Abstract

Interesting attractions will make tourists come back to visit and create a positive image of the tourist area. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Destination Image, Perceived Quality and Perceived Value on Satisfaction and Revisit Intention on tourism in Tanjung Benoa Bali. This study uses primary data through questionnaires on 150 travelers whove been to Water sport Tanjung Benoa Bali. The sampling technique of this study was non-probability sampling. Processing and testing the model using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of analysis of moment structures (AMOS 16). The results of quantitative research shows that there is influence of destination image on perceived quality, perceived value on satisfaction and revisit intention significantly. The influence of perceived quality significantly to perceived value, satisfaction and revisit intention. Note also that there is the effect of perceived value on satisfaction and revisit intention. In this study also found that there is influence significant satisfaction to revisit intention.

Abstract

Nowdays in Indonesia, family restaurants gaining more popularity and become the most favourite place to eat for Indonesian families. The purpose of this study is to know whether service quality, food quality, and price value of Boncafe Steak and Ice Cream Manyar restaurant will effect customer satisfaction and will effect behavioral intentions of theconsumens that have visited and dine in the restaurant before. Aside from that this study also examine whether consumers satisfaction will make the consumers want to visit Boncafe Steak and Ice Cream Manyar restaurant again. The study of this research is basic research with causal purpose and quantitative approach. This study using quota sampling approach, which is a sampling technique that based on control characteristic in accordance with respondents characteristic that the researcher wants, and after that the researcher will determine quantity of the quota in order to fulfill minimum requirement to excute the analysis. As for the characteristics of the control set are respondends that have visit and dine in Boncafe Steak and Ice Cream Manyar and aged between 18-70 years old. Respondents that used on this study are 250 peoples. Result on this study showed that three hypotesis on this study are supported and two hypotesison this study are not supported. As for the hypotesis are customer satisfaction have positive effect to behavioral intention, service quality have positive affect to customer satisfaction,service qualiy have positive effect to behavioral intention, food quality have positive effect to customer satisfaction, and price value ratio have positive effect to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tourism is an important economic sector in Indonesia and has developed rapidly into the tourism industry in each province, especially the Special Region of Yogyakarta province which is thick with culture and history. This study aims to determine the influence of destination image of Yogyakarta on behavioral intentions of domestic tourists. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sampling technique of this study is non probability sampling. The results of the study showed that the destination image of Yogyakarta has a direct influence on the behavioral intentions of domestic tourists. Destination image assessment can be measured through the variable infrastructure, attraction, value of money, and enjoyment. Because the four variables have high average values, it can be interpreted that destination image of Yogyakarta as a tourist destination has a good influence on domestic tourists.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence factors of dining atmosphere of a restaurant towards satisfaction and behavioral intention. This study uses object restaurant which has a Mediterranean theme in the city of Surabaya. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents who have bought and dine in the Mediterranean restaurant. The analysis used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear analysis. The sampling technique of this research is convenience sampling. The results showed that there is an effect of a restaurant’s dining atmosphere towards satisfaction and behavioral intention. Variables of dining satisfaction affect the intention of behavior as well. In this study multiple linear regression tests were carried out for the four atmosphere dimensions of restaurants. It was found that the dimensions of facility aesthetics of restaurant’s atmosphere did not significantly influence dining satisfaction and behavioral intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence tourists to travel for medical tourism in Malaysia. The four main factors used were destination competitiveness, service quality, tourist attitudes, and costs, with 6 additional factors as supporting factors. This study used a quantitative approach. The data were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis run by SPSS and AMOS 22.0. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the sample consisted of 100 respondents. Results showed that there were 44 elements adopted from the study. Based on the anti-image results, 5 factors were removed. According to the component rotation matrix table, 9 factors influence tourists to visit Malaysia for medical tourism. Then, these 9 factors labelled with the new names, i.e., internal and external factor, location attractiveness, ease of accommodation and services, tourist attraction and service quality, transportation and political condition, information and environment, medical service quality, medical tourism and language, and medical personnel. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of generativity, experience expectation, and motivation on visit intention. The object that we use here is Mojokerto Mojopahit Museum. Data processing was carried out using the IBM SPSS 24 program, in addition, researchers used IBM AMOS 22 which will be used for the SEM method or Structural Equation Model. The data in this study will use primary data obtained from online questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 200 people who have an interest in coming to the Mojopahit Museum in Mojokerto and have a generative nature. Sampling used non-probability sampling techniques and convenience sampling. The results of this study will indicate a significant positive effect of generativity on experience expectation, then experience expectation on motivation, and the influence of motivation on visit intention at the Mojopahit Museum in Mojokerto.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perspective of customer experience in managing Majapahit House in Bejijong Village by explaining the phenomena that are being the questions of the study. Then to explain the phenomena that occur, this study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological paradigm. The results of this study indicate the views of managers and tourists towards activities that refer to three conditions: before, during the service delivery process and the service has been provided. This research is useful for business managers, especially related to the field of tourism to see the importance of managing customer experience.

Abstract

Masuknya virus Covid 19 ke Indonesia pertengahan Maret 2020 lalu membuat masyarakat harus mewaspadai penyebaran virus ini ke daerahnya. Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (PPDM) merupakan hibah dari Kemenristekbrin yang dilakukan Universitas Surabaya di desa Duyung, mencermati bahwa pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid 19 ke desa ini menjadi satu hal yang penting dilakukan sehingga menjadikan isu ini menjadi salah satu program dalam pengabdian yang dilakukan di desa tersebut. Tujuan dari pemberdayaan adalah untuk mencegah penyebaran virus Covid 19. Metode yang dilakukan adalah 1. Sosialisasi kepada para perangkat dan masyarakat desa Duyung, 2. Pembentukan Relawan Desa Lawan Covid 19, 3. Edukasi Masyarakat melalui spanduk yang dipasang di beberapa jalan yang banyak dilewati warga, dan 4. Penyemprotan secara berkala dan pembentukan posko Covid 19. Selain itu, pihak Desa Duyung juga melarang kunjungan warga dari luar selama bulan Maret-Juni dan membatasi akses warga dari luar desa untuk berkunjung ke desa tersebut setelah bulan Juni. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sampai saat ini belum ada warga yang terjangkit Covid 19 dan Desa Duyung mendapat apresiasi dari bupati Mojokerto karena merupakan Kampung Tangguh Covid 19. Abstract

the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of destination loyalty modeling that embody of service quality on destination image, destination image on destination loyalty, destination image on destination satisfaction, consumer experience on destination satisfaction, consumer experience on destination loyalty, destination satisfaction on destination loyalty. In this study, the type of research that will be used in this thesis is a type of quantitative research, where this research will collect data from questionnaires targeting Indonesian pilgrims in Medina and Mecca. The methodology of this research study will be processed with SEM AMOS. The research results that service quality influences destination loyalty, destination image influences destination loyalty, destination image influences destination satisfaction, consumer experience influences destination satisfaction, consumer experience influences destination loyalty, destination satisfaction influences destination loyalty.
