Abstract

College of informatics and computer management - Amik Riau (STMIK Amik Riau) has electronic lecturer evaluation system by students (E-EDOM). The problems found in the System (E-EDOM) is the lack of ready students especially the new students STMIK Amik Riau in accepting changes in the evaluation system, this is due to not yet familiar new students, especially students from the region with the use of electronic systems, the server that resulted in the web server must follow the changes because the old source code will no longer recognize the system so it needs improvement that will affect the lecturer's evaluation process. In addition, E-EDOM STMIK Amik Riau has not previously been done evaluation of information technology governance. Based on this, the authors apply the evaluation of IT Governance according to COBIT standard 5. This research focus on BAI07 process (Management of Admission Change and Transition). The purpose of this research is to know the capability level of E-EDOM system in Transform and Transition Admission Management process. The research stages are based on the Assessment Process Activities of COBIT 5. The results of this study are audit results / audit reports of E-EDOM system, scientific publication in national journals,as well as enrichment of teaching materials on the information technology audit course.

Abstract

Produk yang dihasilkan SMK khususnya SMKN 4 Pekanbaru selama ini sudah sangat banyak seperti : berbagai macam kerajinan kayu&rotan, hasil kreatifitas batik&tekstil, berbagai jenis pakaian dan banyak produk kreatif lainnya. Permasalahannya adalah selama ini pada saat pemasaran produk tersebut belum ada sarana e commerce yang digunakan , padahal sebagaimana yang diketahui e commerce saat ini sudah digunakan dalam berbagai sektor bisnis guna meluaskan pemasaran produk hingga menjangkau seluruh tempat dan seluruh elemen masyarakat.

Abstract

Semboyan SMK Bisa menunjukkan bahwa para lulusan siap bekerja sesuai dengan bidang dan kompetensi. Selain kompetensi utama yang harus dikuasai, perlu juga kompetensi pendukung. Era digital yang terjadi saat ini mulai merubah kegiatan dalam masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah memanfaatkan platform digital untuk membuat kegiatan berbasis digital. Event Organizer atau EO adalah istilah untuk penyedia jasa professional penyelenggara acara. Tugas dari EO adalah membantu kliennya untuk dapat menyelenggarakan acara yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa tentang software pengolah video yaitu Adobe Premiere dan melatih keterampilan siswa dalam pembuatan video dengan aplikasi tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah siswa-siswi SMKN 1 Bandar Sei Kijang mampu membuat video undangan digital pernikahan dengan Adobe Premiere dan siswa-siswi memilki semangat yang tinggi untuk mengeksplorasi kemampuan mereka terkait aplikasi Adobe Premiere.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini fokus pada memberikan berkesempatan kepada siswa/i untuk menjadi seorang UI/UX designer yang mampu merancang sebuah produk digital dalam menjawab setiap kebutuhan, baik sisi pengguna maupun pemilik/produsen. Software yang digunakan adalah Figma. Figma adalah editor grafik vektor dan alat pembuatan prototipe yang berbasis web, dengan fitur offline tambahan yang diaktifkan oleh aplikasi desktop untuk macOS dan Windows. Aplikasi pendamping Figma Mirror untuk Android dan iOS memungkinkan melihat prototipe Figma secara real-time di perangkat seluler. Para peserta pelatihan diharapkan mampu membuat user interface yang baik dan rapi menggunakan Figma dan mampu menggunakan Figma Plugins & GUI kits. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah metode pelatihan interaktif. Studi kasus pada pelatihan ini adalah pembuatan merancang Homepage/Sign in/Sign Up, dan Design shopping experience, checkout experience, profile, order history

Abstract

The corona virus has become a global pandemic and has spread almost all over the world, including Indonesia. There are many negative impacts caused by the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia, so the government takes vaccination measures in order to suppress the spread of COVID-19. The public's response to vaccination was quite diverse on Twitter, some were supportive and some were not. The data used in this study came from Twitter which was taken using the drone emprit portal, using the keyword, namely "vaccination". The classification will be carried out using the SVM and hybrid methods between SVM and XGBoost or what is commonly called XGBSVM. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview to the public whether the Covid-19 vaccination actions carried out tend to be positive, neutral or negative opinions. The results of the sentiment evaluation that have been carried out can be seen that SVM has the highest accuracy of 83% with 90:10 data splitting, then XGBSVM produces 79% accuracy with 90:10 data splitting.

Abstract

Exploring information or new knowledge from existing data sets is an important point of the data mining process, such as a collection of course value data that has been stored, but its potential has not been raised to find new benefits. While on the other hand there is the problem of how to find the concentration of studies that are in accordance with the competencies of the students themselves. This study was conducted to find the concentration selection pattern, based on some of the best value data from the courses that have been taken using the Apriori Algorithma, where the rules in this method will be used to find the pattern in question. Using a minimum support value of 70% produces rules with 5 item sets, namely courses in logic and algorithms, system analysis, system design, web programming and software engineering. The pattern / rule produced can be a guide for students in choosing concentration.

Abstract

Intisari - Bantuan Hibah merupakan salah satu program pemerintah menteri dalam negeri RepublikIndonesia yang diatur dalam peraturan menteri dalam negeri atau undang-undangkah nomor 14  tahun2016, untuk mendukung proses pemberian dana hibah bantuan fasilitas rumah ibadah. Azaz yang digunakan dalam menentukan keputusan harus bersifat keadilan, kepatutan dan rasionalitas.  Data mining telah berkembang pesat dan menambah nilai suatu informasi yang tersimpan dalam database. Salah satu algoritma data mining yang cukup sederhana adalah Rough Set. Dengan penggunaan metode Rough Set dapat membentuk pola aturan atau rule yang bisa dijadikan pedoman dalam menentukan pemohon yang layak diberikan bantuan. Aspek atau atribut yang dinilai dengan menggunakan metode rough set terdiri-dari: kelengkapan persyaratan, status bantuan, tahun pendirian, kondisi dan tingkat rutinitas rumah ibadah. Penelitian mengenai kelayakan bantuan hibah fasilitas rumah ibadah dibiro kesra provinsi Riau. Menggunakan metode rough set dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan keluaran berupa  rule atau pola aturan  dengan  berbagai  kondisi  yang  menghasilkan  keputusan  diterima, diproses dan ditolak. Dari pola atau rule tersebut bisa disimpulkan pemohon bantuan yang layak diberikan bantuan atau tidak. Tujuan dari penerapan metode rough set ini adalah untuk membantu pihak pegawai biro kesra provinsi Riau di dalam mengetahui pemohon yang layak diberikan bantuan atau tidak layak diberikan bantuan dana hibah fasilitas rumah ibadah di pemerintahan provinsi Riau. Manfaat yang diperoleh adalah dapat ditentukan secara dini kemungkinan calon penerima bantuan hibah fasilitas rumah ibadah berdasarkan knowledge yang diperoleh melalui metode rough set. Kata kunci : Data Mining, Rough Set, Bantuan Hibah. Abstract

Traffic offences often occur in different regions, ranging from mild to moderate to severe. The categories of offences include not carrying a Driver's Licence, stnk (Vehicle Number Certificate) or stck (Vehicle Trial Certificate) is invalid, not wearing a seat belt, not turning on headlights during the day and under certain conditions, disobeying traffic signs, disobeying traffic signals. Moderate offences include not having a Driver's Licence, not concentrating while driving and breaking the door of the drawbar. Serious violations include deviating from other vehicles on the road, damaging and interfering with road functions, not insuring one's own responsibility and not insuring staff and passengers. In this study, the K-Means algorithm was used with the aim of obtaining information on data groups of traffic violations based on the time of the incident so that the cause of the traffic violations that occurred in Tasikmalaya City is known. Based on the validation with Davies Bouldin Index metric, 4 clusters were identified which can group the data well. The PerformanceVector results from the assessment of the clusters resulted in 4 clusters with a value of 0.134. Cluster 1 with the most data violations amounting to 74 violations occurred at night, Cluster 2 with the most violations amounting to 16 violations occurred during the day, Cluster 3 with the most violations amounting to 6 violations occurred in the afternoon and Cluster 4 with the most violations amounting to 113 violations occurred in the morning.

Abstract

Efforts to increase investment in the regions need to be carried out with intensification and extensification activities, improving the implementation of excellent services through the formulation of strategic planning. Policies in the investment sector are basically aimed at increasing the ability of the regions to invite investors to enter the city of Medan. So far, the process of granting permission is by registering by filling out the form and uploading the required files, then the team will verify the files manually, this kind of work is considered less effective because it takes quite a long time. Likewise, the central government often changes regulations related to financial management, licensing, investment-related aspects, so that the regions must immediately adapt to the new regulations. The system process that uses the forward chaining method is by solving problems that are tracked based on existing facts until conformity is found based on the Rules that are formed until conclusions are found. The research that has been done can be concluded that the Expert System using the forward chaining method which is applied to the system in determining the feasibility of licensing is good enough to be applied because it can help the community, the investment office in determining the feasibility of the proposed business through the system. This expert system also provides information on recommendations for improvement to people who submit but are not yet eligible, so that they can easily adjust the conditions, facilities, and other supports to the standards made by the government.

Abstract

Futsal is a soccer game played indoors, this game itself is played by two teams, each team consisting of five people. At this time futsal is very much in demand from various groups ranging from children to adults, so there are many futsal field rental places, especially in the city of Pekanbaru. However, the problem that occurs is that it is still difficult for tenants to find out where there is a futsal field and the nearest futsal field from where the tenant is located, including price information and field facilities. Therefore, we need a system that can make it easier for tenants to find out where there is a futsal field and the nearest futsal field from the tenant's location. This system is made based on Android so that it can make it easier for users to use this system. The method used in making this system is the Haversine method. The results obtained are a marketplace system that can make it easier for users to find out where there is a futsal field, find the nearest field and it is also easy to find out all information related to the field and can make it easier to rent a futsal field through the marketplace system.
