Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential and contribution of retribution revenue from the City Administration Government of Central Jakarta, East Jakarta, and South Jakarta to the total DKI Jakarta Original Regional Revenue (PAD). This study uses primary data and secondary data. Qualitative descriptive analysis method focused on the development strategy of MSME business empowerment in the form of retribution income performance based on purposive sampling and literature study with Growth analysis testing tools and Share analysis. Growth rate (Growth) Temporary Location retribution income (LokSem) and Patronage Locations (LokBin) in the city government The administration of South Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and East Jakarta has fluctuated every month. Total revenue retribution (Loksem and Lokbin) Administrative City Administration of South Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and East Jakarta does not have a large influence on the total Regional Original Revenue (PAD) of DKI Jakarta Province in 2016.In order to improve the performance of retribution, it can be concluded that the strategy in the form of a Performance SOP and Performance Accountability Report (LPJK) in each month has an integrated Management Information System for all SME & Trade Sub-Centers in DKI Jakarta, analyzing 5 C (Capital, Collateral, Character, Capacity , and Condition) and 7 P (Personality, Party, Purpose, Prospect, Payment, Profitabillity, and Protection). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi dan kontribusi pendapatan retribusi dari Pemerintah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Timur, dan Jakarta Selatan terhadap total Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang difokuskan pada strategi pengembangan pemberdayaan usaha UMKM dalam bentuk kinerja pendapatan retribusi yang berdasarkan purposive sampling dan studi kepustakaan dengan alat uji analisis Growth dan analisis Share. Tingkat pertumbuhan (Growth) pendapatan retribusi Lokasi Sementara (LokSem) dan Lokasi Binaan (LokBin) di Pemerintah kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Pusat, dan Jakarta Timur mengalami fluktuatif tiap bulannya. Total pendapatan retribusi (Loksem dan Lokbin) Pemerintah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Pusat, dan Jakarta Timur tidak memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap total Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Provinsi DKI Jakarta di Tahun 2016. Guna meningkatkan kinerja retribusi, dapat disimpulkan strategi berupa Terdapat SOP Kinerja dan Laporan Pertanggung Jawaban Kinerja (LPJK) di tiap bulannya, memiliki Sistem Informasi Manajemen terpadu bagi seluruh Sudin UKM & Perdagangan di DKI Jakarta, melakukan analisa 5 C (Capital, Collateral, Character, Capacity, and Condition) dan 7 P (Personality, Party, Purpose, Prospect, Payment, Profitabillity, and Protection).

Abstract

The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with simple linier regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis. In this study, the population is a student of Jakarta Capital City who has social media instagram and has never bought natural tourism package. The validity test used in this research is using Convirmatory factor analysis (CFA) technique. The low validity of a questionnaire instrument can be measured by loading factor with SPSS 20.00 for Windows. Based on the results of simple regression calculation obtained a = 98.145 and b = 0.27 form regression Y = 98.145 + 0.27X. Interpretation of the regression equation model is any change of X variable scores for one unit, then the variable Y increases by 0.27 in the same direction with the constant 98.14 Provided Coefficient of Determination (KD) of 0.0225, this shows that the contribution of attitude on social media instagram (X ) to the decision of purchasing natural tourism package (Y) is equal to 2,25% and contribution by other factor equal to 97.75%. Based on t arithmetic <t table (1.485 <1.984), it means there is very low influence between attitude on social media instagram to decision of purchasing nature tour package.

Abstract

This study was to find out and understand the profile of Higher Education (PT) Human Resources, the quality of Human Resources for Higher Education, and determine the quality of Higher Education in Kopertis III Jakarta, by using data from 2015 to 2017. The method used in this analysis is a study of documentation and surveys. Besides, key performance indicators (IKU) were used from the Kopertis III Education Strategy Plan in 2015-2019 to assess the quality of Higher Education. The results show that there are 332 Higher Education under the auspices of Kopertis III Jakarta, which consists of PT Private institutions in the form of Universities of 57 Universities, in the form of 15 Institute institutes (4.52%), in the form of Colleges 125 (37.65%), in the form of academies, 121 (36.45%). Based on five composite indicators selected, the quality of PT is only 49.85, meaning less than half. Based on the results of the analysis of the authors, it is recommended that further research is carried out regarding PT data collection, especially lecturers with all the details and whether the composite indicators used are appropriate to measure the quality.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan semangat kewirausahaan berbasis syariah bagi para Manajer dan anggota Koperasi BKM Al Makmur Pasar Minggu, Pejaten Timur - Jakarta Selatan., Pengurus dan anggota Koperasi BKM Masjid Al Makmur Pasar Minggu Koperasi , Pejaten Timur - Jakarta Selatan dapat memahami prinsip-prinsip dan memiliki Koperasi Syariah di bawah naungan yayasan badan hukum dan adopsi teknologi Manajer dan anggota Pasar Koperasi Pasar BKM Al Makmur Pasar Minggu, Pejaten Timur - Jakarta Selatan. Metode pelatihan ini (PKM) adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan kewirausahaan, pelatihan pembukuan usaha kecil / menengah, dan pelatihan manajemen bisnis berbasis syariah. Peserta setelah berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan PKM memiliki semangat kewirausahaan dalam bekerja dan meningkatkan hasil bisnis. Memahami prosedur untuk mendirikan koperasi yang dimiliki oleh para peserta sebagian besar dalam kategori baik dan sangat baik. Hingga draft pendirian koperasi terbentuk sebagai hasil konsultasi antara calon manajemen, calon pendiri dan Tim PGRI Universitas Indraprasta Jakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui atas pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen bis Transjakarta di Terminal Kampung Melayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di Terminal Kampung Melayu dengan metode purpossive sampling berjumlah 100 orang pada penumpang bis Transjakarta secara acak, baik ketika jam-jam sibuk pada pagi dan sore hari, maupun saat-saat sepi penumpang pada menjelang siang hari. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, angket kuisioner, pengumpulan ujian (tes), dokumentasi dan lainnya. Pada penelitian ini data diolah menggunakan tabulasi korelasi regresi sederhana, korelasi product moment, dan analisa koefisien determinasi pada software microsoft excel 2010 terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 12,496 dan b sebesar 0,520, artinya setiap kenaikan per satu satuan pada kualitas pelayanan maka akan naik kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,520. Kemudian nilai r = 0,533, ini menunjukkan ada hubungan yang sedang atau cukup signifikan antara variabel X (kualitas pelayanan) dengan variabel Y (kepuasan konsumen). Dan nilai determinasi 28,41% menunjukan bahwa kontribusi variabel X (kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel Y (kepuasan konsumen) sebesar 28,41% dan sisanya sebesar 71,59% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dapat memperkuat penelitian ini yaitu menunjukkan bahwa t-hitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 6,140 > 1,9855 yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

 This research used Non Probability Sampling method with Convinience Sampling technique using 100 respondents in Jakarta. This research is to find out how big influence of service quality dimension to visitor satisfaction at Setu Cultural Attraction Object limited by using tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance aimed to test the effect of these variables on the satisfaction of visitors on the Object of Culture - Setu Babakan.Based on F-test, t-test, and multiple regression test indicate that service quality dimension consist of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance together or simultaneously affect the visitor's satisfaction significantly and the highest value that became evidence of success for the manager of Cultural Attraction Setu Babakan in providing high service to visitors.Based on the summary model of  R-Square test results, it can be seen that there is a strong correlation or correlation between service quality dimension with visitor satisfaction with value more than 50%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze marketing costs and changes in sales turnover have a partial or simultaneous effect on company profits at a company. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection methods through interviews and observations by processing company data. The data used are the financial statements of a company which are taken directly from the accounting department. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially marketing costs and changes in sales turnover have a significant effect on company profits by 85.6% the remaining 14.4% are not included in this study.

Abstract

The development of SMEs sector, explicitly aimed at the efforts to realize the power of the nation-competitiveness in order to strengthen the global competitive economy. This research uses qualitative descriptive method to describe each variable analyzed. The analysis is SWOT analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Procees (AHP) to calculate any case the most preferred and influence the development of the empowerment of SMEs especially in terms of revenue and market expansion in Semarang based and questionnaire that sample scrambled by the author. Objectives and results of this study is to determine the priority of the strategy used by the Semarang city government and become the main reference for entrepreneurs of SMEs in Semarang to increase revenue and market share in the city of Semarang is improving managerial skills by improving capacity, work ethic, and the performance of the institution and the staff of the local government of Semarang, and increase community participation in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of development of SMEs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kiat pelaku usahawan yang sukses, danadanya hubungan kiat pelaku usahawan sukses terhadap motivasi mahasiswaberwirausaha. Sedangkan urgensi penelitian meliputi anatara lain: Sebagaiindicator awal untuk mengukur kualitas pendidkan kewirausahaan, Kontribusiuntuk membentuk jaminan mutu pendidikan kewirausahaan, referensi untukmembangun karakter pendidikan kewirausahaan dan bahan referensi bagipenelitian selanjutnya serta dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagipengembangan ilmu dan pengetahuan bidang manajemen pada khususnya.Metode penelitian menggunkan pendekatan kuantitatif survey dimana instrumentyang digunakan berupa angket, teknik sampling yang digunakan bersifatprobability dengan metode sampling acak. Sample dilakukan di 3 universitas yaituUniversitas Nasional, Universitas Bakrie dan Universitas Thamrin. Kesimpulanyang didapatkan dari seluruh uji yang dilakukan secara garis besar mempunyaihubungan yang positif dimana kiat wirausahawan mempunyai pengaruh terhadappeluang mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha
