Abstract

Service is very important thing take precedence in the company of retail. The one that appliedis the service excellence. Basically, satisfaction and comfort comes from service excellence tocustomers. All parties who were in the company should be involved in providing service excellence.Provide service excellence to customers with good attitude, can increase the positive corporate image.This research aims to know there is not a relationship of service Customer Service against theinfluence of the improvement of corporate image in PT. ACE Hardware Indonesia, Tbk. at LenmarcMall Surabaya. The research method use is the method of quantitative research with correlationapproach. The sample use as many as 100 customers/ respondents who came to shopping at PT. ACEHardware Indonesia, Tbk. Lenmarc Mall Surabaya. Sampling technique used was Quota Samplingwith method of data collection is the spread of questionnaire. Data analysis use is simple correlationanalysis, t test and simple linear regression analysis with manual calculation. Based on the hypothesistest result where NH>NT (9,8217>1,9842) there was significant influence between service ofCustomer Service towards the improvement of the corporate image. And from the results ofcorrelation test of the 0,759 correation approach +1 with sig. 0,000>0,05 that there is a significantinfluence on relations between the service of Customer service towards the improvement of thecorporate image.Keywords: Service, Customer Service, Corporate Image.

Abstract

Hotel is a bussiness utilizing a building equipped with facilities which are specially provided for theneeds of everybody who will stay or spend the night with adequate services and in return there arecharges for the services obtained. These things will also determine how many stars it deserves. The morestars achieved the better the image shown to the people. Therefore there's a certain division responsiblein building image for the company related, known as Public Relations. But does every company haveone? One of the starred hotels in Surabaya, Launched in july 1st 2013 with its one of a kind designand location is The Ibis Budget. It's where you'll find every rooms adapting the concept of design cocoonroom (which has won the hotel room design competition in Europe) and it's also located in a uniqueplace, none other than inside the Terminal 1 of Juanda International Airport. Another intriguing thingabout The Ibis Budget is its organizational structure that shows no sign of Public Relations. Neverthelessit seems that many people are still interested on the image it builds by itself. According to SS and EA,there are four components that needs to be done and determines the company image: cognition,perception, attitude, and motivation (S, 2003). And after this qualitative descriptive research is donethrough interview and field observation, the datas collected concludes that the Sales Manager only runsthree out of the four components (which are cognition, perception, and motivation) and there's no suchdivision as Public Relations. Abstract

The development of internet technology create various changes occurring on the community, thechanges is social changes, behavior, and norms sex. Researchers want to find information from teenagerssurabaya especially the youth sitting on the bench college an undergraduate degree how style date them,About their attitude in receipt of sex before marriage, Does happen deviate behavior, And change a normsex when they saw resident of sites on the net. The kind of research use is quantitative with correlation tofind relations. Through this research to know how influence impressions pornomedia the internet onchanges in norms and teenagers sex in Surabaya. This research result indicates that any impactpornomedia internet impressions of the changes norms and teenagers sex. However impressionspornomedia is not the only factor of change the norms and normal sexual behavior teenagers insurabaya. Because, there are other factors which also coloring the occurrence of a change the norms andsexual behavior teenagers in surabaya. Abstract

This event will be based on research by the tourism industry is an important legacy wasowned by Mojokerto tourism industry history in particular who are in district of Trowulan to inform tothe public. Paguyuban Duta Wisata Gus and Yuk Mojokerto is the organization that constructed by theYouth Sports culture and tourism Mojokerto PAGUK (Paguyuban Gus and Yuk) this organizationmoving in the field of tourism which is the task of an Ambassador of Tourism is helping the Tourismsector to promote the tourism industry in order to increase tourist visits. The research on the focus onthe historical attractions of sub trowulan tourism Candi Brahu Temple Bajang Ratu, Temple of rats,Temple Name Mace, and the great Hall with an integrated Pemasran communication theory orcommonly known with Intergrated Marketing Communications (IMC). This study uses qualitativemethods because in this study describes the situation so as to find the results of prediction.Researchers found a few things from the integrated marketing communication is lacking most of thefunctions and tasks DISPORABUDPAR, Gus and Yuk Mojokerto and Ma nager.The cause of all Personal Communications is less effective, so that the destination must be maximizedbecause it has a great asset for attracting tourists and the potential is large, located in district ofTrowulan.

Abstract

Tattoo is a work of human art known since ancient times . There is no definitive information aboutthe emergence of this self sculpture. But certainly have become entrenched and people's lifestyles inalmost all corners of the world. Posed artistic beauty wowed some communities , which raises the fancommunity group , to users of this tattoo. Based on the background of the above problems, theformulation of the problem of this research is how the student perception UNTAG against tattoos on thebody. This study used a qualitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to a samplewithdrawal . Abstract

The value of company in investor perception towords the company success lavel which is often related to the price of the stock. The high value of the company will make the market believe is not only the present condition of the company but also the prospect of the company. Based on the previous studies, there are some factors influencing the value of the company, among them are : decision of funding, dividend policy, decision of stock, company growth and size of the company. Some of the factors have relationship and influence towards the inconsistent value of the company. The present study is aimed at finding out the influence of capital structute and company growth towards the value of company at manufacture companies of Indonesia Stock Exchange.            The population of the study was the manufacture industry registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange which was studied from 2014 up to 2015. The method used to determine samples was using purposive sampling method with some fixed criteria with the 1 samples of manufacture companies. The data used was the secondary data which was obtained from Indonesia Capital Market Directory from 2014 up to 2015.             The result of the study shows that: 1) capital structure has a positive influence toward the company value, 2) company growth has positive influence towards the value of the company.            Keywords: Capital Structure, Growth Of Company and Firm Value.
