Abstract

Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif This study aimed to determine the types of Arbuscular Mycorrhiza Fungal (AMF) in soybean rhizosphere in Gunung Sari Village. The research method used wet filtering technique, where spores were found to be identified based on spore morphological observations including spore size, shape and color, and then matched with INVAM (International Culture Collection of (Vesicular) Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi) and according to Brundrett et al . (1996) and Morton (1998) to determine the genus FMA. The isolation results obtained spores of FMA from the five sampling points (A, B, C, D, and E) on every 100 g of soil samples. The results of spore FMA identification obtained 3 different genera namely Glomus, Acaulospora, and Gigaspora. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitative.
