Abstract

Sistem pakar adalah aplikasi yang memiliki kemampuan menirukan penalaran seorang pakar berdasarkan keahliannya pada suatu pengetahuan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan sistem pakar untuk mengidentifikasi organisme pengganggu tanaman semangka. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mengimplementasikan certainty factor pada perancangan sistem pakar untuk mengidentifikasi organisme pengganggu tanaman  tanaman semangka dengan memberikan aturan-aturan gejala serta memberikan nilai pada setiap gejala yang diperoleh dari seorang pakar. Semua nilai yang didapatkan diproses menggunakan rumus certainty factor. Sistem yang dibangun juga cukup mudah untuk digunakan oleh orang pengguna awam sekalipun. Penggunaannya dilakukan dengan cara memilih data gejala yang ditampilkan oleh sistem, setelah semua gejala yang ditampilkan dipilih dengan cara di centang maka akan langsung keluar hasil identifikasi serta dapat dilihat berapa persen kemungkinanya. Dengan demikian, para petani semangka dapat melakukan pengobatan, penyuluhan atau pencegahan dini terhadap tanaman semangkanya.Kata Kunci - Sistem Pakar, Penyakit Tanaman Semangka, Certainty Factor

Abstract

Expert systems are applications that have the ability to mimic the reasoning of an expert based on his expertise in a knowledge. In this study, an expert system was designed to identify watermelon plant disturbing organisms. In this study, the author implements certainty factor in designing an expert system to identify watermelon plant disturbing organisms by providing rules of symptoms and providing value to each symptom obtained from an expert. All values obtained are processed using the certainty factor formula. The system built is also quite easy to use even by ordinary users. Its use is done by selecting the symptom data displayed by the system after all the displayed symptoms are selected by ticking it will immediately exit the identification results and see what percentage of the possibilities. Thus, watermelon farmers can do treatment, counseling or early prevention of their water plants. Keywords: Expert Sistem; Watermelon Plant Disease; Certainty Factor.

Abstract

Graduates are an inseparable part of an educational institution that can help realize the vision and mission. Besides that, graduates' success in the community can be an indicator of the quality of the education. Therefore, relationships or networks between graduates must be closely intertwined so that later graduates can help each other and share experiences or knowledge with graduates who have just finished their education. Mobile-Based Graduate Data Information System Design with Framework7 is a medium that can facilitate graduates at the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Tambakberas Jombang Foundation in recording and collecting graduates spread across various regions. By using the waterfall method as an application design method. This mobile-based application was created to facilitate access to information media according to the current developments. The software used to design this information system is Visual Studio Code, using Mysql as a database and using Framework 7 for mobile application development. With the construction of the Mobile-Based Graduate Data Information System Design, it is hoped that graduates will be able to find out more about graduate data information that is spread out later and can strengthen the synergy between graduates.

Abstract

Cryptography is one of the fields of science in information security. One of the cryptographic algorithms is the Rinjdael algorithm. Security is still not a priority in an information system. The problem that often arises in government data is data leakage. Rinjdael algorithm is implemented to encrypt and decrypt data. Abstract

Electrical Energy has a large contribution to the operational costs that must be incurred. The selection of electrical equipment can be one alternative that might be implemented to reduce operational costs incurred. In its use sometimes users do not know any electrical equipment that uses high electrical power and low electrical power. Therefore a system was made to classify data on electric power usage. This data will be classified into four classes, such as: very efficient, efficient, quite efficient and wasteful. Data classification is done using a back propagation neural network algorithm. The training data set used is 190 data and the test data set is 30 data. Based on the training that has been done, the optimal parameters are learning rate 0.5, target error 0.001, max epoch 10000, and 25 hidden neurons. Tests show that the system is able to recognize data with an accuracy level of 96.67% and MSE of 0.03333. Of the 30 data that have been tested obtained 29 data in accordance with the target. Where the 29 data are classified into 4 classes, namely 9 data classes are very efficient, 6 data classes are efficient, 5 data classes are quite efficient and 9 data classes are wasteful. The results of this study can be concluded that the backpropagation neural network algorithm can be implemented to classify electrical power usage data.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah proses kerja di suatu perusahaan, karyawan menjadi ujung tombak pertama dalam proses produksi. Perekrutan karyawan, pemindahan tugas karyawan, mutasi karyawan ataupun hasil evaluasi karyawan menjadi dasar diadakannya job training. Hal ini untuk melihat sejauh mana kompetensi yang dimiliki para karyawan baru, peningkatan serta pengawasan kompetensi bagi karyawan lama. Sehingga pemimpin perusahaan dapat mengambil keputusan memilih karyawan yang terbaik di antara yang terbaik. Penilaian yang dilakukan meliputi kedisiplinan, tapping dan produktifitas. Sistem aplikasi dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemprograman visual basic 6.0 dengan menggunakan logika fuzzy metode sugeno ordo nol untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap proses training karyawan baru di CV. Abstract

Sistem Informasi Geografis (GIS) adalah sistem informasi khusus yang mengelola data yang memiliki informasi berbentuk spasial atau bereferensi keruangan. GIS adalah sebuah alat bantu manajemen berupa informasi yang memanfaatkan computer sebagai alat bantu yang berkaitan erat dengan sistem pemetaan dan analisis terhadap segala sesuatu serta peristiwa-peristiwa yang terjadi di muka bumi. Google menyediakan berbagai API (Application Programming Interface) yang sangat berguna bagi pengembang website maupun aplikasi desktop untuk memanfaatkan berbagai fitur yang disediakan oleh Google. Abstract

Monopoly check is a monopoly that was taken from the owner and authority vehicle that was registered in their territory. Android is operation system for a mobile phone with the basic linux to reserve opening platform for advance to make their application. The researcher using research method to make the last report is observation with the data to use in his report. Interview with the session asking question for the official samsat gresik to get more detail payment. The researcher are getting reference from the books that can applied in this research.From the result findings that was the researcher doing, the researcher make “Check Application Of Monopoly Payment Vehicle Through The Basic Android”. His research applied counting of monopoly check vehicle into sets agency media android. Besides that tools was used into make application is android studio as IE legality to develop android and java application as language program that was used. Abstract

Agriculture is an important sector that can not be separated in determining the formation of various economic and social reality of society in various regions of Indonesia. Most of the livelihoods of the Indonesian community are covered by agriculture. In daily life for farmers there are still many problems or constraints such as crop failure due to less suitable land for plant growth, climate uncertainty and others. So in this case will be made information system that will provide recommendations for farmers in determining the use of plant species in accordance with the conditions of land in certain areas.This application use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a method that will take the decision of some criteria by calculating the weight ratio or value on each type of plant and will produce information in the form of cropratings are recommended. So that decision support system with AHP method can be used as one solution in solving the problem of choosing the use of plants in accordance with the condition of the land in certain areas.
