Abstract

AbstractE-Government services nowadays must make it easier for the public. Request for E-Government services that can be done anywhere at any time is an innovation that can shorten service time and can reduce queues at government offices. This service model uses ICT (Information Communication Technology) media which has high flexibility. An example is Mobile platforms. A type of mobile application that popular and widely used by the public is Chat Apps or Instant Messaging. This type of mobile application has an easy way to use and a user friendly for everyone. Almost all smartphone users also use Instant Messaging. Telegram Instant Messaging as a mobile application of this type was chosen because it has a Bot API or Bot Engine feature that is open license and can be easily integrated with other system. Based on these advantages, the concept of the ease of people sending messages (chatting) with this type of application is integrated with the concept of E-Government services to improve the quality of E-Government services. The method used in developing this system is Research & Development with adjustments to location conditions. This research produces a Telegram BOT-based service feature that can simplify and shorten the people when using E-Government services so it can be improve government performance in the context of services to the peopleKeywords : E-Government, Bot Engine, Telegram, WebhookLayanan E-Government saat ini harus semakin memudahkan masyarakat. Request layanan E-Government yang dapat dilakukan dimana saja kapan saja merupakan sebuah inovasi yang dapat mempersingkat waktu layanan serta dapat mengurangi antrian pada kantor pemerintahan. Model layanan tersebut menggunakan media ICT (Information Communication Technology) yang memiliki flexibilitas yang tinggi. Salah satu contohnya adalah platform Mobile. Salah satu aplikasi pada platform mobile yang cukup populer serta banyak digunakan masyarakat adalah Chat Apps atau Instant Messaging. Aplikasi mobile jenis ini memiliki cara penggunaan yang mudah serta tampilan yang user friendly bagi semua orang. Hampir seluruh pengguna smartphone juga menggunakan Instant Messaging. Instant Messaging Telegram sebagai aplikasi mobile jenis ini dipilih dikarenakan memiliki fitur Bot API atau Bot Engine yang bersifat open licence serta dapat dengan mudah diintegrasikan dengan sistem lainnya. Berdasarkan keunggulan inilah maka konsep kemudahan orang dalam melakukan pengiriman pesan (chatting) dengan aplikasi jenis ini diintegrasikan dengan konsep layanan E-Government untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan E-Government. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah Research & Development dengan penyesuaian kondisi dilapangan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah fitur layanan berbasis BOT Telegram yang dapat mempermudah dan mempersingkat masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan layanan E-Government sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemerintahan dalam rangka layanan kepada masyarakat.Kata Kunci : E-Government, Bot Engine, Telegram, Webhook

Abstract

Scholarship is the provision of financial assistance needed by students who have qualified for a scholarship. Many scholarships are available both from UNWAHA and outside of UNWAHA but many do not know this scholarship information. The current system of disseminating scholarship information is still through social media while scholarship seekers have not or do not have friendships on social media. The design if the spread of this scholarship is using the waterfall method which is a method of systematic system development. The design of this scholarship information distribution system was created to accommodate scholarship information so that it can help students to directly get information easier. This scholarship information distribution system can be an alternative that makes it easier for students to get scholarships and share scholarship information. Abstract

Categories are part of the classification system (class, rank type, and so on). In an integrated mapping system, there is a lot of data and types of mapping which will make it difficult to search for data by selecting one by one. To facilitate the search, a search system is created that also supports categorization. The mapping’s category system makes it easier to search for maps according to their respective categories. Therefore, design and construction of mapping category on the geographical information system researching on how to implement categories in the geographical information system, which can then be displayed on the category table, so that the data of category names can be displayed in the form of a table in the category search. In the search category, users can not only fill one category in the search field, but users can fill more than one category. However, the name entered in the search field must match the category name, if it does not match then the category name will not be displayed in the category names table. This method hopefully can help users to find similar or relatable mapping to the one they need.

Abstract

All user mapping data that has been created in the gis web can also be displayed on the user's own web and can also be displayed through mobile gis. By applying for tokens first to the admin for validation so that the mapping data can be displayed through API-based tokens. When the user wants to display in his own web then the user must enter the mapbox token first and if the user does not have a mapbox token then the user is directed to create a mapbox token first. first into the mapbox whose link has been provided, the purpose of inputting mapbox tokens is to display html scripts / code that are just copy paste in hopes of making it easier for users to see the mapping that has been made.in the gis web to his personal web without creating any more scripts and can be run And for mobile we just copy paste the tokens that are already in the gis web then The mapping data can be displayed immediately.oute of the trip.

Abstract

Berkembangnya internet di indonesia merupakan kesempatan bagi pelaku usaha, barang yang dijual akan dapat dilihat masyarakat luas yang tidak terbatas waktu dan tempat selama bisa mengakses internet, maka hal ini memunculkan ide untuk membuat pelelangan barang koleksi berbasis web. Apalagi di indonesia masih belum begitu banyak pelaku bisnis pelelangan online, maka hal ini adalah kesempatan yang sangat baik. Pada program pelelangan berbasis web ini dibatasi hanya untuk koleksi yang berupa mainan saja. Mainan bisa berupa action figure atau mainan yang trend pada masanya. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelelangan online adalah pembeli atau penawar yang tidak serius. Maka untuk mengatasi hal ini dibuatlah fitur pembelian bid atau bisa disebut sebagai pengganti tiket untuk mengikuti sesi lelang. Dengan fitur pembelian bid maka akan meningkatkan rasa kepercayaan penjual untuk melelang barang jualannya dengan aplikasi lelang ini. Dari sisi pembeli atau penawarpun sama, dengan sistem uang ditahan dulu oleh penyelenggara lelang maka akan meningkatkan rasa aman untuk pembeli. Penjual menginputkan nomor resi pengiriman dari ekspedisi pengiriman paket di sistem aplikasi lelang online ini, sehingga akan mudah melacak barang kirimannya sudah sampai apa belum. Apabila barang sudah sampai kepada pembeli, maka uang akan diteruskan kepada penjual.

Abstract

Students who have completed their education and are ready to enter the job market need to know the importance of having a portfolio. because the company assesses the quality of applicants through a portfolio owned by job applicants. Some companies even recruit employees from portfolios regardless of educational background. While the problem of most students who are difficult to get a job is that students are not able to create their own portfolios properly. one solution that can be useful for students to support in terms of job search is a portfolio web application that can display the work of students. This application aims to provide a platform for students to be able to show off the work they create and can be a reference for a company to check the alignment of student skills for the work offered.

Abstract

There is a lot of mapping data scattered on the website of the geographic information system where the information needs to be displayed in order to be seen by the public. But the platform to display such data or information is still very limited, so it is necessary to create a mobile-based platform that is easily accessible to the public. This platform is expected to be able to display mapping results freely and can be made by various circles both academics and the general public. The platform that displays this mapping information using framework 7 and Mapbox with grapple research method (requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, deployment) with case study in this study is Jombang city tour, where will be done mapping tourist attractions according to the location.

Abstract

Sistem informasi geografis terintegrasi adalah sebuah sistem informasi geografis yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pembuatan dan pengintegrasian data pemetaan sehingga peneliti dari berbagai latar belakang dapat menampilkan hasil penelitianya dalam bentuk pemetaan dan dapat digabungkan dalam skala yang lebih besar. Dalam pembuatan sistem informasi geografis terintegrasi penggunaan maps box dipilih karena maps box adalah sebuah tools untuk pembuatan pemetaan yang bersifat gratis baik dalam pembuatan pemetaan maupun penampilan hasil pemetaan sehingga bisa menghemat biaya karena dengan jumlah pengakses dan pemetaan yang di buat akan menimbulkan biaya yang cukup besar bila menggunakan alternatif yang berbayar. Namun demikian Maps box mempunyai banyak kekurangan dalam hal fitur oleh karena itu saya meneliti untuk mengintegrasikan aplikasi pihak ketiga untuk memenuhi fitur-fitur yang kurang pada maps box. Untuk mengatasi kekurangan dari map box peneliti mengintegrasikan fitur rute pada google maps, mengintegrasikan fitur detail lokasi pada google maps serta mengintegrasikan data koordinat google maps melalui link google maps dapat di simpan di sistem sehingga fitur-fitur tersebut bisa di gunakan di sistem informasi geografis terpadu.Mengintegrasikan aplikasi pihak ketiga dapat membuat sistem informasi geografis terpadu dengan menggunakan map box tetapi juga bisa mempunyai fitur yang lebih banyak.

Abstract

The problem of students who will and have graduated from college is in terms of job search, among others, their lack of understanding in making a CV with a good format so as to make opportunities accepted in a job a little. Design this system based on visual builder that is able to process data and facilitate storage automatically. This sample is obtained from observation data with the target of Unwaha students, this method is used because it has ease in finding an existing fact. The analytical technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive which is done by analyzing or describing the process and the results of the design of the developed system. Design this system based on visual builder that is able to process data and facilitate storage automatically. For that, there is a system that can facilitate the creation of a CV and Portfolio so that students no longer need to be dizzy in loading and publishing their CV.

Abstract

Tracer study is a mean to gather information of the alumni on regards to learn about their progress in career, their implementation of skills they learn in their study, and opinion about them from people who work alongside them. The importance of tracer study lies in the processing data from the alumni and producing information that can be used to increase the learning materials, learning methods, motivation of the current students, and quality of service given by the university. Collecting data from graduated University students is not an easy task. The major issue in the data gathering is the distance between the University and the data givers’ location because most of them are not grouped in areas near the campus which make them unable to directly submit the questionere to the faculty they studied. Other dificulties faced by the university which conduct tracer study are the alumni’s ocupation which prohibit them for going to University, time limit given for the alumni to submit their form, cost used for buying and printing papers, more over the form’s layout and content that consist of things that need to be skipped based on options the participant’s choice which make it confusing and dificult to gather valid data.The result of this research is an aplication that can handle the inputs of tracer study by the alumni and produce information about alumni’s progress from those inputs, especialy for those who had graduated from their alma mater for more than six months.  Several improvement that can be achieved by this application caompared to the previous hand in form method are instant collecting as soon as the user press the submit button, automatic processing which can eliminate submision due date because the user can fill the form any time there is a change in their data, and automatic text and graphical reporting which can be seen anytime with real time update which can be used for producing data for decision making in the university where this application is used.Keyword : angket, alumni, UNWAHA, tracer study, online
