<![CDATA[This research was conducted to improve the application used in the calculation of the sunshine duration. The research that has been done using the opening method for segmentation of the pias card. The error or failure of segmentation is caused by a small burning object of the pias card and or a thin but translucent object, so that the object is partially lost or forms an object's separation area. Based on the error or failure of segmentation in the above research, the research will be done is to develop similar applications by replacing one of the methods with erosion morphology. The test was carried out with 92 data and the results stated that Erosion with Radius = 3 became the best alternative method in this research with RMSE 3.14. ]]>

<![CDATA[The measurement of the duration of solar irradiation at the climatology station can be done using campbell stokes and pias cards. The aim of this research is to assist the climatology station operator to determine the burn object on the SO-40U (1400-40S) type of pias cards, making it easier to calculate the duration of solar irradiation. This app is designed and built to successfully segmentation the burn on the card automatically. In this research, the data was collected at a climatology station located in Barongan, Sumberagung Jetis, Bantul. Based on the test conducted segmentation generated in this study is good and produce RMSE number of object result of segmentation equal to 2,6485 to sum object in original image. The difference in object calculation results from a segmentation error caused by a small burning object of the pias card and or a thin but translucent object, so that the object is partially lost or forms an object's separation area.]]>

<![CDATA[A comic has its own characteristics compared the other types of books. The difference between comic and other books can be seen from the category o f period, material and physical. Comicand other booksneeded an application o f classification system. Looking for the problem, classification system was made using Chi Square Feature Selection and Naive Bayes algorithm to determine the comic based on the period, material and physical. Delphi programming language and Oracle Database are used to build the Classification System. Chi Square Feature Selection acquired trait a comic is in 0.10347 and which not comic is in 1.9531. Furthermore, data is classified by the Naive Bayes algorithm. From 120 titles o f comic that consists 60 titles o f comic and non comicused to build classesfor trainand 60 titles o f comic and non comic used to test. The results o f Naive Bayesalgorithm for comic is 96,67%with 3.33% error rate, and non comic is 90% with 10% error rate. The classification to determine comic is good.]]>

<![CDATA[Solar radiation measurements in climatology station barongan done by using campbell stokes and record card. Solar radiation is the accumulation of the whole length of the object radiation recorded on the record card. Solar radiation data reading performed by observers by estimating the long of object irradiation compared with the scale of hours listed on the record card. The difficulties encountered by observers in conducting solar radiation data readout is the shape of the object radiation recorded on the record card are not always in the form of elongated areas, some areas disjointed, even can only form small holes along the track on the card record. The purpose of this study was to design and build a system that can be used to calculate solar radiation recorded on the card record, thus increasing the accuracy of measurement data readout. Cropping process is carried out in order to obtain the right area for analysis. The approach method in object segmentation is done by implementing a solar radiation threshold otsu method. The test results showed that the determination o f the radius o f the opening and removing noise value appropriately irradiation can obtain the number o f objects on test images with RMSEof1.4429 compared with the amount o f exposure o f the image o f the original object. Results o f calculation solar radiation by the system showed system RMSE o f 0,51 to observer calculation.]]>

<![CDATA[Video Call is a set of interactive telecommunication technologies which allow two parties of people in different locations can interact via two-way delivery of audio and video in real time. Tools to sketch pictures and writings on the application ViCall aims to facilitate educators do the learning process using media with video call implementation sketch pictures and writings as explanatory. Educators start doing sketches image and writings and then saved. After that upload sketches image and writings made by educators can then be shown to the students. The results of the testing of the application can be run on at least speksifikasi android kitkat v4.4.4. On testing provider obtained the average connection time 8.33 seconds. Based on a questionnaire, test this application generates 84.4% by criteria of "very good".]]>

<![CDATA[At an event, the event organizer usually requires guest stars as performers. Event organizers often find it difficult to find a guest star that suits their needs for their event. The purpose of this research is to build an e-marketplace application as a web-based decision support system that can be used to find alternative decisions to choose guest stars according to the criteria using product weighting methods. The weighted product method is one of the methods that can be applied to web-based decision support system applications for determining guest stars in e-marketplaces. There are three criteria used to determine guest stars in this e-marketplace, these criteria are the type of show, price and location. As for the alternatives that were tested, there were nine alternatives consisting of guest stars in Yogyakarta. Functionality testing is carried out using the black box method and the result is that all functions and validation buttons on the e-marketplace can function properly. The result of calculation using the weighted product method is the guest star with the highest yield is Frengki Sermadi with a value of 0.135234, while the guest star with the lowest result is Sanggar Titik Dua with a value of 0.083222.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of photography is very rapid and has become a very important need for human life. Many business opportunities can be created through photography, one of them is to support the marketing of a product. Product Photos are one of the factors that support so that merchandise will sold well. So it can be said that photography is a medium of visual communication in promoting products. Pengkok village is one of several villages in the Patuk Gunung Kidul sub-district which has many regional superior products produced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The activity of promoting superior products from the region is very important to support tourism activities and the economy of the surrounding community, especially in Patuk District, Gunung Kidul Regency. One of the activities to support promotions that can be done is taking pictures of attractive and beautiful products. Not all product photos for promotional purposes are produced from expensive and sophisticated equipment. Understanding photography techniques to take products’ photos is an important part in promoting products that attract consumers' attention. Therefore, there is a need for training in product shooting techniques using a smartphone. For this reason, to meet the needs of partners (BKAD in Patuk District) a Accompaniment/Training on product shooting techniques using Smartphones for MSME products in Pengkok village was held in the form of Community Service activities. The implementers of this service are lecturers of the Informatics Study Program, Adisutjipto Aerospace Technology Institute assisted by several students of the Informatics Study Program. This training is expected to increase the skills of the MSMEs of Pengkok Village in using smartphone cameras to take pictures of their products as marketing support, so that the resulting images/photos look better and attractive to consumers.The result of monitoring evaluation that has been done during the training is, there is 64% skill increase of the MSMEs of Pengkok Village in photography technique to take attractive product photos.]]>

<![CDATA[Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) pada jaman sekarang sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap masyarakat baik itu orang dewasa maupun anak-anak. Khususnya pada anak-anak, sangat dibutuhkan pelatihan penggunaan perangkat teknologi informasi dan komunikasi agar nantinya anak-anak dapat memanfaatkannya dengan baik. Salah satunya adalah dengan melatih kemampuan mendesain artikel artistik dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi pengolah kata yaitu Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word adalah aplikasi pengolah kata yang sangat populer pada saat ini,dengan aplikasi tersebut dapat memudahkan kerja manusia, salah satunya dalam membuat artikel. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dititik beratkan dalam bentuk pelatihan tentang cara mendesain artikel artistik menggunakan software Ms.Word bagi siswa-siswi kelas 5 di SDIT Salsabila Al Muthi’in Yogyakarta. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut, siswa-siswi dapat lebih mengetahui tentang teknik mendesain yang artistik dengan memanfaatkan Microsoft Word dan penggunaannya sehingga dapat membantu saat pengerjaan tugas sekolah maupun meningkatkan kreativitas. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan memberikan pengalaman dan ketrampilan pada para siswa di SDIT Salsabilla Al-Muthi’in dalam mendesain artikel yang artistik dengan memanfaatkan Microsoft Word. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul “Pelatihan Mendesain Artikel Artistik Menggunakan Microsoft Word Bagi Kelas 5 SD di SDIT Salsabila Al Muthi’in Yogyakarta” memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi peningkatan keterampilan siswa siswi dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komputer, khususnya untuk membuat artikel artistik.]]>

<![CDATA[By developing the commercialization of micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) products in Patuk Gunungkidul district, Instagram social media can be used by creating content in the form of stop motion videos. The creation of stop-motion videos requires the knowledge and skills of MSME actors. Help with the production of stop motion videos is therefore necessary to improve the marketing of products. The assistance consists of introducing stop-motion video, photo-taking techniques and posting stop-motion video content on Instagram. The results of mentoring activities revealed that SMEs in Patuk Gunungkidul's sub-district had the skills to create stop-motion videos on their products. In addition, they were also able to post videos of products they had made on Instagram social networks.]]>

As teachers in their daily lives to educate the nation, requires the support of equipment that can be used in the teaching and learning process in the field that it has. The necessary support material may be hardware and software that can be used to compile teaching materials of interest to learners. Therefore, teachers should have the skills as educators to leverage the kmputer hardware and software correctly to create interactive educational materials in the digital age, one of the multimedia-based teaching materials using Microsoft software Power point. The purpose of teaching didactic materials for teachers is to provide teachers with skills to use the use of Microsoft Power Point to produce interactive documents that may be more interesting for student learning. Thus, the implementation of community service activities with the title "support for the development of educational materials for primary school Teachers ISAM (SDIT) Salsabila Al Muthi'in multimedia through the use of Microsoft Power Point" offers advantages important for improving teachers' skills in the use of information and computer technologies.]]>
