Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah meditasi Alkitab dan doa pribadi membawa kebahagiaan terhadap Kristen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif statistik untuk mengetahui dampak pengaruh meditasi Alkitab dan doa pribadi terhadap kebahagiaan umat-umat Kristen. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari adalah 198 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa meditasi Alkitab dan doa pribadi yang konsisten mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap kebahagiaan umat Kristen. Walaupun kondisi mental terganggu, banyak permasalahan, tetapi saat melakukan meditasi, berdoa, dan berserah kepada Tuhan maka kita akan merasakan kebahagiaan yang sejati.

Man is the crown of God's creation which is different from the rest of creation. Created in His image is a testament to how respected man among all the other creations. Humans will be valuable when the image / likeness of God is in him and reflect God’s thoughts and greatness, this is a haven for human judgment standard. Losing one’s self image of God means losing the value of life and not worthwhile anymore. And the power of thought play a vital role in reflecting the image of God made â€‹â€‹man worth.

Young generations are church motors.Â They are often called as the strengths for today and leaders for tomorrow.Â However, there is a great danger of losing the young generations that will weaken the church.Â The church building may be present, but it may be empty.Â The program may be held, but the effect cannot be felt.Â Therefore, the church should make a movement to proctect these young generations from the negative cultures, so that the church will not lose its young generations that will be the leaders of tomorrow.

This article provides a brief but comprehensive overview of the understanding of God's people about the phrase “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come” during theCovid 19 pandemic where the use of technology became a necessity. The research methodology used is a qualitative analysis method through a theoretical perspective, using narrative interpretation through bible, official documents, spiritual books, andtheological journals. The results of the analysis were first, in the midst of the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, the use of technology via the internet network with its various applications accelerates and facilitates the spread of the gospel throughout the world. Second, the method used for evangelism is to use applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, Zoho Meeting, Cisco WebEx, Join Me, Google Hangouts Meet and other applications. By using these various applications, everyone, wherever they are, even in remote villages where the internet network is available, they could attend Bible study classes and listen to sermons from various pastors from any country, thereby arousing their interest in deepening their knowledge of Jesus.

Church growth is sometimes experienced very slowly in one congregation and this is due to several influencing factors including the reluctance of church members to be involved in worship services. For this reason, the author examines and explains why a Christian must serve and what services can be done in church worship. The purpose of this study is to understand the correct concept of the importance of the involvement of church members in worship services, where such involvement can be the strength of the existence of the church and the growth of the church. To get a complete explanation, the author uses qualitative research methods and uses literature studies from various bibliography lists, both books and journals and is supported by biblical verses so that they get a complete understanding. Through this research produce steps that must be taken by a Christian to be involved in worship services such as prayer services, word ministries, music services and hymns. It is hoped that this will increase the strength of the alliance as a basis for escalating church growth.

Disengaged employee is a serious problem and it seems to be a worldwide organizational phenomenon, organizations are facing engagement crisis that may led to lower organizational performance. In the health sector researchs in Indonesia shows that there a positive sign in the increase of nurses productivity. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of personality trait, motivation and employee engagement of nurses at Advent Hospital in Indonesia. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the relationships between the Personality, motivation and employee engagement were examined. The results indicated that there was a significant and positive correlation between need for achievement and employee engagement and significant and positive correlation between need for achievement and extraversion. The novelty of this paper advance the understanding about why introvert nurses more engage with their work and why need for power is more needed for an introvert personality person. This paper highlighted the importancofÂ the recruitment process and for intensify employee engagement in health sector.

The author examines "The role of pastors and parents in educating children and adolescents in improving education in the church" in the Padasuka congregation, Cimahi, Bandung, and the application of this verse context in the church itself.This research was specifically addressed to the Padasuka congregation, Cimahi. Bandung. The research has 4 indicators, namely: (1) "The role of the pastor in educating children and adolescents in the church", (2) "Actions taken by parents in educating children and adolescents in the church", (3) "The concept of educating children and Youth in the Bible ", and (4)" Getting education that is in the Church".The researcher has a basis with four indicators to be discussed, namely: The role of the pastor in educating children and adolescents in the church. The second indicator is about actions taken by parents in educating children and adolescents in the church. The third indicator concerning the concept of educating children and adolescents in the Bible, and the fourth indicator is about obtaining education in the ChurchThis research is divided into two parts, namely theoretical research and field research. The results of theoretical research are the role of pastors in educating children and adolescents in the church. Actions taken by parents in educating children and adolescents in the church. The concept of educating Children and Youth in the Bible. Get education in theChurch.The results of field research conducted through questionnaires were distributed to 35 members of the Padasuka Seventh-day Adventist Church, Cimahi, Bandung, where the questionnaire contained 45 questions, resulting in a data that could be concluded that the respondents had very good views on the one to four.The method that I use to complete this scientific work is by the method of collecting data through: the Bible, books, magazines, dictates, reflections, interviews, the internet, and other articles relating to the writing of this scientific paper.

In this modern era, children are no longer involved in the daily tasks of the household, so it seems that they tend to be lazy. Parents have a role and responsibility to educate and familiarize their children to be involved in household chores every day at home, where if this is done it can educate children to have good character, be diligent, disciplined and responsible for now and in the future. Often parents do not involve them in household work because these children are focused on general science education but forget that character and responsibility education are also important. Parents also don't involve them, maybe because nowadays there are housemaids who do it. However, through this paper the author examines the negative consequences if parents do not involve them in household chores. The research method used is a qualitative method through library books, observations and experiences as parents. Through this paper, many parents will bias their children to be involved in household chores even for simple things.

The church has a very important role in providing mentoring services for the children of its congregation members, this must be done from an early age while they can still be shaped as desired. The church is a center for ministry training and this can be done since they were children, there are several forms of service that can be done in childhood such as singing, Bible stories and conveying memorized verses from the Bible. If this is developed then in the future they will be better prepared to be involved in better and wider services. For this reason, the church must provide them with both coaching support, adequate space and opportunities to serve in the church. Through this research, it is hoped that the results will be that parents and the church pay more attention to the children of church members to prepare them for the present and the future. And if this is done they are less likely to leave the church or the truth.

The fundamental reason for this research is to analyze the opinion of king Davidabout God Wrath Every time based on Psalm 7:12. In this case, to understandthe spiritual meaning contained in Psalm 7:12 from king David's statement aboutGod through his personal experience. Therefore, the author uses three indicatorsto find the understanding of God Wrath Every Time. Every indicator that writeruse is; (1) The Meaning of God Wrath Every Time, (2) The reason that GodWrath Every Time, (3) The purpose that God Wrath Every Time. Nex Stept, isto find out the level of understanding from the members of the IndonesiaPublishing House (IPH) congregation about God Wrath Every Time.The methodology of this research consists of field data collection techniques,place and time of research, research results and methods of data analysis andresults and discussion.The meaning of God Wrath Every Time is because sin always against His natureor will. This shows God's attitude that unchanging toward a human who againstHim by breaking His law.God's wrath every time aims for believers to be comforted that evil does notescape from the observation of God. In this case, God is not being indifferent,in which there is goodness, justice, mercy, preventing the destruction of sinnersby bringing the sinner to repentance. At the same time God shows the necessityof doing judgments to sinners even the punishment of the unconverted.
