Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengaruh persepsi guru tentang supervisi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMK Winaya Loka Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuatitatif. Dalam menentukan popolasi dan sampel mengunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel (sampel jenuh).Hasil penelitian maka dapat diambil simpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh angka R adalah sebesar 0,217 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 0,217 yang mengindikasikan bahwa pengaruh tersebut adalah rendah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of teacher performance through work culture. The research method used is a survey method with quantitative approach. In determining popolation and the sample using the entire population as a sample (saturated sample). The results of the study can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between work culture on teacher performance. From the calculation results obtained by the number R is equal to 0.121 which means that the influence of work culture on teacher performance is equal to 0.121 which indicates that the influence is low

Abstract

Penelitian survey ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besarnya pengaruh  kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran dan persepsi siswa atas lingkungan belajar. Lingkungan belajar yang baik membuat guru melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang baik dan siswa dapat mengikuti pelajaran dengan sebaik-baiknya, sehingga hasil belajar siswa bisa dicapai dengan baik. Sampel Penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang siswa di SMA Negeri 5 Tambun Bekasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua data memiliki distribusi normal. Data dianalisis menggunakan korelasi regresi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi atau ilmu pengetahuan sosial. Begitu juga persepsi siswa atas lingkungan belajar memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi atau ilmu pengetahuan sosial. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran dan persepsi siswa atas lingkungan belajar secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi atau ilmu sosial

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum which has been implemented for more than six years in Indonesia has many problems in its application. Therefore, we need to conduct empirical research to determine the causes of the ineffective implementation of the 2013 curriculum in schools. This study involved 13 high schools and vocational high schools in the provinces of DKI Jakarta and West Java with a total of 420 students, 26 teachers, and principals as respondents. The research employed mixed parallel method and data analysis using combined analysis of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research found that there are still schools that use two different curricula, 2013 curriculum and school-based curriculum. In implementing the 2013 curriculum, teachers are required to use various learning with a scientific approach that refers to student-centered concepts. There is a need for the training program to improve teachers’ professional competence, especially in the terms of various learning methods mastery.

Abstract

 AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMPIT Rahmaniyah Fullday school. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Data primer diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan google form secara online sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari nilai ulangan harian siswa kelas IX pada kompetensi dasar benua dan samudera. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMPIT Rahmaniyah Fullday school. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 97 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah koefisien regresi linear sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi product moment, analisis koefisien determinasi dan pengujian uji t. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan persamaan koefisien regresi linear sederhana bahwa Y = 59.585 + 0.252X. Koefisien korelasi r sebesar 0,142. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 2% menunjukkan pembelajaran daring berpengaruh sangat rendah terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan sisanya 98% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Hasil perhitungan uji t menunjukan t-hitung < t-tabel yaitu 1,399 < 1,985, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara pembelajaran daring terhadap hasil belajar siswa. AbstractThis study aims to determine how much influence online learning has on student learning outcomes at SMPIT Rahmaniyah Fullday school. This research uses quantitative methods. This research is descriptive research. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires using an online google form while secondary data was obtained from the daily test scores of class IX students on the basic competencies of continents and oceans. The population in this study were all students of class IX SMPIT Rahmaniyah Fullday school. This study used a saturated sample of 97 students. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression coefficient, product moment correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and t test testing. Based on the results of the calculation of the simple linear regression coefficient equation that = 59.585 + 0.252X. The correlation coefficient r is 0.142. Calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained by 2% shows that online learning has a very low effect on student learning outcomes and the remaining 98% is determined by other factors not examined in this study. The results of the t-test calculation show that t-count < t-table is 1.399 <1.985, so it can be concluded that there is no influence between online learning on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study was to find out and understand the profile of Higher Education (PT) Human Resources, the quality of Human Resources for Higher Education, and determine the quality of Higher Education in Kopertis III Jakarta, by using data from 2015 to 2017. The method used in this analysis is a study of documentation and surveys. Besides, key performance indicators (IKU) were used from the Kopertis III Education Strategy Plan in 2015-2019 to assess the quality of Higher Education. The results show that there are 332 Higher Education under the auspices of Kopertis III Jakarta, which consists of PT Private institutions in the form of Universities of 57 Universities, in the form of 15 Institute institutes (4.52%), in the form of Colleges 125 (37.65%), in the form of academies, 121 (36.45%). Based on five composite indicators selected, the quality of PT is only 49.85, meaning less than half. Based on the results of the analysis of the authors, it is recommended that further research is carried out regarding PT data collection, especially lecturers with all the details and whether the composite indicators used are appropriate to measure the quality.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan semangat kewirausahaan berbasis syariah bagi para Manajer dan anggota Koperasi BKM Al Makmur Pasar Minggu, Pejaten Timur - Jakarta Selatan., Pengurus dan anggota Koperasi BKM Masjid Al Makmur Pasar Minggu Koperasi , Pejaten Timur - Jakarta Selatan dapat memahami prinsip-prinsip dan memiliki Koperasi Syariah di bawah naungan yayasan badan hukum dan adopsi teknologi Manajer dan anggota Pasar Koperasi Pasar BKM Al Makmur Pasar Minggu, Pejaten Timur - Jakarta Selatan. Metode pelatihan ini (PKM) adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan kewirausahaan, pelatihan pembukuan usaha kecil / menengah, dan pelatihan manajemen bisnis berbasis syariah. Peserta setelah berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan PKM memiliki semangat kewirausahaan dalam bekerja dan meningkatkan hasil bisnis. Memahami prosedur untuk mendirikan koperasi yang dimiliki oleh para peserta sebagian besar dalam kategori baik dan sangat baik. Hingga draft pendirian koperasi terbentuk sebagai hasil konsultasi antara calon manajemen, calon pendiri dan Tim PGRI Universitas Indraprasta Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The research method used qualitative methods with data collection techniques through surveys. The subjects of this study were 30 employees of PT Diken Engginering in Bekasi City. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument using a Likert scale. The validity of the data is obtained by testing the validity and reliability, all data have a normal distribution. The results showed that work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R) 2 is work motivation and the work environment has a strong relationship with employee performance by 64.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The research method is a survey research. The subjects of this research are 30 employees in the city of Bekasi. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire using a Likert instrument. The validity of the data was obtained by testing the validity and reliability, all data had a normal distribution. The results showed that leadership style had a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Likewise, the work environment has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R)2 is that leadership style and work environment have a strong influence on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Leadership, Environment

Abstract

This research concerns students' interest in deciding to enroll in Business and Technology Vocational Schools in terms of factors that influence students from information obtained through promotional media used by Vocational Business and Technology namely Banners, Brochures, Presentations, Friend Recommendations, Parent Choices , Own Choices, Teacher Recommendations and Others. The purpose of this research is to determine what strategies must be done by the Vocational Business and Technology through the promotional media used. The results of the 60 respondents showed that from eight sources of information about the Business and Technology Vocational Schools obtained by these students, the Brochure ranked first, followed by Parent Choices and then Friend Recommendations. The research method used is a survey using a questionnaire. The data obtained is then analyzed and presented in the form of tabulations.
