Abstract

Marketing through advertising has always longed for, that the appeal of its products obtain a much affecting the purchase and continuously. So that advertisers and marketers too, vigorously conduct educational activities to the public through its products. But we realize it or not, it turns out that consumers are learning to do, very much. And they are not aware of the impact of the product is consumed. Therefore, through this paper, the authors will provide an overview kegitana importance of CSR as a form of continuity of pengedukasian ads.

Abstract

Marketing communications is a strategic way to increase sales. However, not only until the Purchase or intention to buy just the marketing communication is possible, even the values contained in a product to the value required by the consumer could happen, so consumers no longer buy products diam buy a brand but also had to buy value. Thus when designing marketing communications strategies that build has perfect accuracy and carefulness both in its determination of the marketing mix (Product, Price, promotion and place) or in its selection of promotion mix (Personal selling, Direct Marketing, PR and Publicity, Sales Promotion, Packaging, and Word Of Mouth (WOM)) then berhasil pula marketing communications activities undertaken. In this paper we will study how to make the precision and accuracy in using marketing communications, better known by the name of integrated marketing communications (Integrated Marekting Communication). Because marketing is very heavy with the name of competition or in the "war" then, in this paper were fitted with use of the word guerrilla, so what do the marketing communication really becomes a strategy appropriate.

Abstract

Companies must have a marketing strategy to promote or market a product, in order to attract the attention of consumers. One strategy used by companies in marketing their products, through advertising. Advertising is the most effective marketing medium. Advertising can drive purchasing decisions. Therefore the content of advertisements should be clear and understandable to consumers. An advertisement should be able to represent the product being advertised .. Effective advertising can influence buying decisions. This means that advertising has become a marketing tool to assist in establishing effective communication between the company and its customers to penetrate the increasingly fierce market competition.In the effect between advertising and sales promotion with this then, can drive the purchase decision, need to do a variety of efforts to create a strategy to create customer satisfaction by analyzing the needs and desires of consumers to the products on offer. With this strategy by presenting the company's thinking about a different product with other products, as well as having a high quality to strengthen its position in promoting a product, then the consumer makes such products as the main option.Many options that are promoted or beverage products offered through advertising by introducing the benefits of the drink product. With so many choices beverage products, increasing competition that drives the purchase decision in determining the sales promotion of such products. One of the beverage products that have achieved market share, The Botol Sosro issued by PT. SINAR SOSRO.

Abstract

In this study, researchers tried to research a social media that people might not know much about, namely the Facebook Fan Page Account Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan Jakarta Timur. The purpose of this study is to find out more in the editorial policies of Facebook Fan Page Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan Jakarta Timur in determining the news worthy of circulation. In order to study more about social media editorial policies Facebook Fan Page Account Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan Jakarta Timur Jakarta Timur researchers use the methodology of Moderate Participation Observation: in this study there is a balance between researchers being insiders and being outsiders. The researcher also participated in participatory observation in several activities, but not fully. The results of this study are Facebook Fan Page Accounts Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan Jakarta Timur Jakarta Timurhave a policy in making news. News writers are required to have a mindset that is in accordance with the style of language and writing must also be in accordance with the segmentation of the reader, in order to understand what they need.

Abstract

Background of this research is new media or also called online media, researchers want to do an analysis of how Liputan6.com can do media convergence in accordance with market needs, so liputan6.com can win the competition in New Media or New Media industry. By looking at the formulation of the problem, it will be seen how the convergence in online media is done. The results of research on Liputan6.com stated that. In conducting Convergence Liputan6.com converges on the economy, on social and on culture, which further directs its preaching to young people. In addition, Liputan6.com also participates in the creation of affiliate program packaging, expression, collaboration of probleme solving and conection. By engaging the audience with a term called citizen journalism, so the audience to believe that what is conveyed contains elements of truth, and the last Commodification is Sibernat where the limitations of space and time become lost when directed and packaged in accordance with the purpose of Liputan6.com in informing the news. The results of research on Liputan6.com can be concluded that Liputan6.com has fulfilled the element in doing cultural participation in order to capture the competition of new media industry.

Abstract

Enforcement of local regulations regarding the handling of Covid 19 against street vendors in the West Jakarta Administrative City is still ineffective based on the lack of discipline on street vendors to comply with Health Protocols and the efforts of Satpol PP in enforcing PERDA to overcome Covid 19. While the theory used is effectiveness according to Tyson & Jackson, which consists of 1) Briefing, (2) Delegation, (3) Control, (4) Accountability, (5) Efficiency, (6) Coordination, (7) Adaptation, (8) Social Systems and Individual Expectations. The research method in this research uses qualitative methods. A qualitative approach is used because it involves the formulation of symptoms, information, or information regarding the enforcement of local regulations on Covid-19 prevention by Satpol PP against street vendors in West Jakarta Administrative City. The use of qualitative methods is supported by a project map on the Nvivo 12 application. The research findings show that the implementation of the enforcement of the Covid-19 countermeasures PERDA on street vendors in West Jakarta City Administration by Sat Pol PP, namely: (1) Satpol PP in enforcing the Covid 19 countermeasures PERDA in street vendors is still not fully effective in the implementation of delegation and control , accountability, efficiency, coordination and adaptation; and (2) The concept of improvement that can be carried out is the enforcement of the regulation on Covid 19 prevention by implementing humanist normative pattern of street vendor control, namely performance management of street vendors with environmental control, social services and economic empowerment of street vendors as business actors in the economic system. community organized according to the conditions of the Covid pandemic 19.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dibahas mengenai efektivitas kinerja Tagana dalam melaksanakan kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah dalam menanggulangi bencana banjir di DKI Jakarta. Tagana masih dipandang efektif mengingat sudah banyak perangkat pemerintahan yang juga menangani bencana. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan karena menyangkut perumusan gejala-gejala, informasi, atau keterangan-keterangan mengenai pelaksanaan kebijakan daerah dalam penanggulangan bencana alam banjir oleh Tagana di DKI Jakarta. Penggunaan metode kualitatif didukung dengan project map pada aplikasi Nvivo 12.Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan kebijakan penanggulangan bencana banjir di DKI Jakarta oleh Tagana yaitu: (1) Tagana dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan penanggulangan bencana di DKI Jakarta masih belum sepenuhnya efektif pada pelaksanaan pendelegasian, pengendalian, pertanggungjawaban, efisiensi, koordinasi dan adaptasi; dan (2) Model pengembangan baru dalam efektivitas Tagana terkait pelaksanaan kebijakan penanggulangan bencana alam banjir di DKI JakartaDapat dilakukan melalui model pelaksanaan Kebijakan Penanggulangan Banjir melalui pemberdayaan mandiri. Model ini dengan memfokuskan pada pelaksanaan kebijakan penanggulangan bencana banjir di DKI Jakarta pemberdayaan berjalan beriringan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Development of South Tangerang City Government (Tangsel) Policy implementing the Ministerial Regulation of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2011 concerning Child Friendly City Development Policies. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which explains the phenomenon in depth through data collection. This descriptive research provides an accurate and objective description and explanation of the actual state of the object under study. The theory used is the theory of public policy making according to Metter and Horn. The results showed that the development of South Tangerang Child Friendly City in general went well. Among them are shown by the achievement of basic health and welfare, the large number of breastfeeding facilities, the high percentage of complete basic immunization for children, the low prevalence of malnutrition in children under five, the low infant mortality rate (IMR), and the active and successful Adolescent Reproductive Health Counseling Information Center.

Abstract

Mass media is one of the important things in human life to get information and entertainment. Mass media, one of which is television, has been around for a long time and has used women as an attraction. Women are used for their bodies and sensuality in television programs to make them more attractive and serve as entertainment content. This study aims to determine the semiotic analysis of the exploitation of women's sensuality and to find out the semiotic representation of the exploitation of women's sensuality in the Tonight Show NET.TV program, especially the episode on February 21, 2020. The method used is Roland Barthes' Semiotics and the theory of Gender, Expression, and Feminism as theory supporting this research. In general, the results of the analysis of this study found that the denotative, connotative, and mythical meanings contained in the NET.TV Tonight Show Program were seen from several signs such as the appearance of female guest stars, facial expressions, and dialogue between the host and guest stars that showed sexual context so that the show is entertaining and funny. This ultimately represents the exploitation or use of women's sensuality even in the form of jokes or chatter. For that, a great awareness is needed not to use women in the mass media industry, as well as educating the public about gender equality.
