Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mengambil studi kasus di salah satu Perpustakaan sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri yang ada di kota Kediri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun pangkalan data hingga dapat di analisis dan menjadi informasi yang dapat diakses dengan cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat membantu pimpinan perpustakaan dalam mengambil keputusan dengan cara memanfaatkan program pengolahan data berbasis teknologi OLAP untuk menyajikan informasi  peminjaman buku secara detail yaitu dapat dilihat dari berbagai dimensi dalam waktu 1 tahun. Pada Perpustakaan MAN X kegiatan operasional yang meliputi absensi anggota, peminjaman buku, pengembalian buku masih di catat dalam buku induk. Permasalahannya yaitu admin perpustakaan mengalami kesulitan dalam mendapatkan  informasi terkait buku apa yang sering dipinjam, buku apa yang jarang dipinjam, buku apa yang jumlahnya sedikit dan tidak sepadan dengan peminjamannya sehingga pimpinan kesulitan dalam menentukan kebijakan pengadaaan buku baru. Penelitian ini dilakukan mengingat pentingnya pengelolaan data pada perpustakaan agar proses pengelolaan data bisa dilakukan dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kuantitatif dan akan di implementasikan mengggunakan perangkat lunak bantu Pentaho Kettle. Dalam membangun data warehouse ini mengunakan metode Kimball empat langkah. Pada pembuatan data warehouse dilakukan Extract Transform Load (ETL), kemudian data diekstrak dan ditransformasikan ke dalam data warehouse sesuai dengan dimensi dan fakta, selanjutnya data diimport dan ditampilkan di dalam aplikasi business intelligence berbasis web.  Hasil  dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi business intelligence berbasis web yang bisa menampilkan jumlah peminjaman buku berdasaarkan nama anggota, judul buku, pengarang, penerbit, kategori dan tanggal peminjaman buku sehingga dapat digunakan untuk analisis informasi peminjaman buku pada perpustakaan MAN X. Untuk selanjutnya dapat dilakukan penelitian lanjutan yang dapat meningkatkan performa dan juga fungsi data warehouse sebagai bentuk distribusi data.Kata kunci: Perpustakaan, Data Warehouse, OLAP Abstract[Data Warehouse Analysis in the MAN X Library] This research took a case study in one of the State Aliyah Madrasah School Library in Kediri. The purpose of this research is to build a database so that it can be analyzed and become information that can be accessed quickly and accurately so that it can help library leaders in making decisions by utilizing an OLAP technology-based data processing program to present detailed book lending information that can be seen from various dimensions within one year. At the MAN X Library, operational activities, including member attendance, book borrowing, and book returns, are still recorded in the main book. The problem is that the library admin has difficulty getting information related to what readers are often borrowed, what books are rarely borrowed, what books are few and are not commensurate with borrowing. The leadership has difficulty determining the policy for procuring new books. This research was conducted considering the importance of data management in libraries so that the data management process can be carried out better. This research uses the descriptive quantitative method and will be implemented using the Pentaho Kettle software. In building this data warehouse using the four-step Kimball method. In making the data warehouse, Extract Transform Load (ETL) is carried out. Then the data is extracted and transformed into a data warehouse according to the dimensions and facts. The data is imported and displayed in a web-based business intelligence application. The result of this research is a web-based business intelligence application that can display the number of book borrowings based on the name of the member, book title, author, publisher, category, and date of borrowing the book so that it can be used to analyze information on book lending at the MAN X library. Henceforth, further research can be carried out, which can improve the performance and function of the data warehouse as a form of data distribution.Keywords: Library, Data Warehouse, OLAP

Abstract

The development world of work is influenced by several factors such as the performance of human resources, so that each company tried to get quality employees. Improvement of human resources can be obtained from the process of field work practice in college. The field supervisor is a quality improvement factor for the students. Generally the selection of lecturers of fieldwork practice practicum is done without recommendation from students. That condition make students facing problems in field work practice. One of them is the students have difficulty adjusting to the supervisor because the characteristics of lecturers obtained from the college does not match with the required students. Therefore, a recommendation system of guidance lecturers in the field of Information System Department of X University facilitates the students to recommend lecturers according to their needs. In the recommendation process of lecturers the field work practices is conducted with the assessment of five variables. Variables obtained from lecturer performance assessment. Each of these assessments is taken into account and considered according to the needs of the students in the field. That system is made using decision support system method by multi-attribute of Weighted Product. Resulted of the analysis that has been done obtained an alternative of lecturers selected from the group of fieldwork students and the evaluation of lecturer selection by the student group. The result of the method is known that the analysis can give the recommendation of the supervisor lecturers to the student group in accordance with the highest score.

Abstract

Sistem informasi merupakan sistem yang berkaitan dengan adanya pemrograman dan database. Sebuah sistem informasi yang baik bersifat dinamis. Sistem informasi yang dinamis tidak mungkin terlepas dengan adanya database sebagai tempat penyimpanan data. Pada umumnya database digunakan secara pasif sehingga fungsinya hanya untuk penyimpanan data, padahal database juga dapat sebagai pengendalian sebuah sistem informasi. Beberapa database opensource sudah mendukung untuk pengendalian sistem atau yang dapat disebut juga active database system seperti MySQL, MariaDB dan PosgreSQL. Active database system memberikan fungsi database untuk mendapatkan perilaku reaktif dan melakukan pengendalian sistem informasi pada tingkat database. Proses bisnis yang biasanya dilakukan oleh bahasa pemrograman sebagai aturan dimasukkan di aplikasi dapat dimasukkan langsung ke dalam database.penelitian ini dilakukan untuk perancangan active database sistem terhadap pelayanan harga pasar. Abstract

Calon santri baru adalah sekumpulan anak - anak yang ingin mempelajari atau ingin mengetahui ilmu agama maupun ilmu pengetahuan, Sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan santri baru adalah bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang dipakai untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah setiap tahun ajaran baru, Pesantren mengadakan penerimaan dan penyeleksian calon santri baru, untuk menentukan proses penyeleksian santri di Pondok Mondern Al-Islam, proses penyeleksian ini sering timbul permasalahan seperti terbatasnya panitia seleksi, lamanya penilaian, serta penilaian yang terkadang subyektif yang menyebabkan kesalahan menganalisis calon santri yang diterima atau ditolak., Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penelitian sistem penunjang keputusan (SPK). Penelitian ini akan diangkat suatu kasus yaitu mencari alternative terbaik bedasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).  Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu santri terbaik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi pengambilan keputusan, metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini yaitu dengan Metode metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). untuk memberi referensi yang tepat dengan kriteria yang sesuai, dengan bahasa  pemrograman delphi dan perangkat lunak, pendukung yang digunakan adalah Delphi Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Kesimpulan yang dicapai dengan adanya sistem yang diciptakan ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam memberi referensi.

Abstract

Information system is a system related to the existence of programming and database. A good information system is dynamic. Dynamic information systems can not be separated with the existence of databases as data storage. In general, the database is used passively so that its function is only for data storage, but the database also can be as a control system information. Some opensource databases already support for system control or that can be called active database system such as MySQL, MariaDB and PosgreSQL. Active database system provides database function to get reactive behavior and control system information at database level. Business processes that are typically performed by programming languages ​​as a rule incorporated in the application can be entered directly into the database. This research is done for the design of an active database system against market price services. This active database system approach is designed to get an applicative and responsive service system to collaborate with the control system on the modem.

Abstract

The advance of informational technology is expected to be a tool which helps data tabulating process.  Management and usage of the data systematically can produce detailed information. The important of data management is able to enhance the quality of information that is processed. Data management is started from the storage system of data namely database design. In the database design, the thing that should be heeded is the relation of each table inside of it. The relation among the table shows the linkages data that will be processed to be essential information. In this research, the focused discussion is optimalizing a table for further tabulating towards a marketing informational system database.  The database that will be optimalized will be used to marketing prediction tabulation. In tabulating stage, data prediction in database will be exported into two databases namely PostgreSQL and MariaDB. The data used for examining amount 476619 marketing data is taken from marketing transaction among 2015-2017. This research data is tabulated using join table that produce 374 data. The data is the information that will be used for marketing prediction. Based on rapidity examination of marketing data tabulation by using PostSQL indicates slight difference around 0.26 seconds faster than MariaDB. The research result of database optimalizing design which has been made shows that PostgreSQL is better in data tabulating rapidity than MariaDB

Abstract

The use of data that has long stored in the information system can be utilized to know information that supports decision-making activities. One of them is sales transaction data. During this time, the case of sales transaction data is rarely analyzed to be taken into consideration when taking a decision, such as analyzing the transaction data. The prediction analysis of the transaction should analyze the inflation factors that affect earnings. It is predicted that inflation will lead to an increase in the price of basic necessities which can also lead to employers tend to raise the price of products to be sold. Therefore, this research focuses to analyze sales transaction data at a restaurant. Where the data used is data that has been stored for 3 years within the period 2015-2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality comparison of sales predictions of sales between years with regard to inflation based on changes in selling prices. The result of the study is known that the prediction of goods sold with actual data in the following year is quite significant and the prediction of income is not affected by the inflation based on price comparison.

Abstract

Information on product prices is one of the things that is often disturbed by society because information about product prices is frequently different among sellers. Whereas the government has made information disclosure in the form of a standard price of a product that aims to reduce price differences among sellers but it cannot be denied that there are several factors that make the price of products different. For example regional factors, transportation, or limited stock. When the community has obtained price information from the government, the public can compare prices on the market. However, the disclosure of information from the government regarding the standard up-to-market price of products on the market is still through internet. Internet media cannot be fully accessed by all people, especially rural communities who still have remote areas such as Gadungan village in Kediri regency. This research was conducted as an alternative technology to facilitate information disclosure of product prices. The method used in this study is action reseach. In this research phase, researchers used the gateway service technology service with a functional PostgreSQL database. The results on usability testing showed that the average score was 88.3%. Application testing results obtained from the application effectiveness level in the range of 89%, the application effectiveness level in the range of 90% and on application satisfaction in the range of 86%. The use of the application is expected to help the public in getting more varied pricing information so as to achieve perfect price competition*****Informasi harga produk menjadi salah satu hal yang sering diresahkan masyarakat karena informasi mengenai harga produk sering berbeda dikalangan penjual. Padahal pemerintah telah melakukan keterbukaan informasi berupa standar harga pokok sebuah produk. Sesungguhnya standar harga produk dari pemerintah tersebut bertujuan untuk mengurangi perbedaan harga di kalangan penjual. Walaupun tidak bisa dipungkiri terdapat beberapa faktor yang membuat harga produk berbeda-beda. Misalnya faktor wilayah, transportasi, ataupun keterbatasan stok. Ketika masyarakat telah memperoleh informasi harga dari pemerintah, masyarakat dapat melakukan perbandingan harga di pasaran. Namun keterbukaan informasi dari pemerintah terkait standar harga produk di pasaran yang up to date masih melalui media internet. Media internet tidak dapat sepenuhnya diakses oleh semua masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat desa yang masih memiliki kawasan wilayah terpencil seperti Desa Gadungan Kab. Kediri. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai alternatif teknologi untuk menfasilitasi keterbukaan informasi harga produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah action research. Penelitian ini menggunakan layanan teknologi gateway service dengan fungsional database PostgreSQL. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pengujian usability testing diketahui bahwa rata-rata score adalah 88,3%. Hasil pengujian aplikasi didapatkan dari tingkat efektivitas aplikasi pada kisaran 89%, tingkat efektivitas aplikasi pada kisaran 90% dan pada kepuasan aplikasi pada kisaran 86%. Penggunaan aplikasi diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi harga lebih variatif sehingga mencapai persaingan harga sempurna dengan teknologi informasi menggunakan metode gateway service.

Abstract

Hoax is a current issue that is troubling the public and causes riot in various fields, ranging from politics, culture, security and order, to economics. This problem cannot be separated from the impact of rapid use of social media. As a result, every day there are thousands of information spread on social media, which is not necessarily valid, so that people are potentially exposed to hoax on social media. The hoax detection system in this study was designed with an Unsupervised Learning approach so that it did not require data training. The system is built using the Text Rank algorithm for keyword extraction and the Cosine Similarity algorithm to calculate the level of document similarity. The keyword extraction results will be used to search for content related to input from users using the search engine, then calculate the similarity value. If the related content tends to come from trusted media, then the content is potentially factual. Likewise, if the related content tends to be published by unreliable media, then there is the potential for hoax. The hoax detection system has been tested using confusion matrix, from 20 news content data consisting of 10 correct issues and 10 wrong issues. Then the system produces a classification with details of 13 issues including wrong and 7 issues including true, then the number of classifications that match the original label are 15 issues. Based on the results of the classification, an accuracy value of 75% was obtained.

Abstract

It is the mission of Vocational High School (SMK) education in Indonesia to produce highly competitive and skilled graduates. One standard for evaluating the success of vocational education is assessing the achievements of alumni. The evaluation process can be carried out with programmed alumni tracking activities or commonly known as tracer studies. However, the implementations of tracer studies that have been carried out by vocational schools in Kediri are still using the manual method. These conditions make the school find many obstacles in the implementation of tracer studies. Some schools have used technology with e-mail applications but have financial constraints. This research aims to improve the performance of assessing the alumni achievement of Vocational Schools in Kediri by integrating the website-based tracer study information system with social media Telegram API. Usability testing that gave 4.83 of 5 scales has shown that the integration can improve the performance and benefits of an application compared to the application before integration
