Abstract

Underage drug users show very large numbers, so understanding the dangers of drugs needs to be planted as early as possible. Supervision is not only done by parents at home, but also by teachers and the surrounding community. Through the method of telling children, it is expected to be able to distinguish good deeds and bad deeds so that they can be applied in daily life. The method of telling stories using illustrated storybooks that are packaged in an interesting way can be of particular concern to children. The adverse effects of drug use, for children not only will lose their future but will also lose their identity as young people who are creative and innovative, using drugs means children damage themselves, because as we all know that drug use will continually damage the nervous system the brain that will be felt throughout his life, even if the person has stopped using drugs. The method of telling stories by conveying information and knowledge to early childhood about the adverse effects of drug use is fun and will be stored in memory until adulthood so that the hopes and desires to make the younger generation will avoid drugs will be realized.

Abstract

Early childhood education institutions are one form of early childhood education in formal education pathways for zero to six years. Early childhood education, in essence is education that is organized with the aim to facilitate the growth and development of children as a whole or emphasize the development of all aspects of the child's personality. Therefore, education for early childhood especially kindergarten needs to provide various activities that can develop various aspects of development which include cognitive, language, social, emotional and physical. Growth and development are a process that occurs in every living creature naturally. Growth will undergo physical changes while the development of changes in the structure and function of the body more complex. Children are individuals who are in a range of developmental changes ranging from infancy to adolescence.

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan membahas bagaimana pasca-putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi usia minimal menikah bagi perempuan dan pertimbangan dalam nilai-niali hak asasi manusia. Tulisan ini bertujuan: memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat bahwa pentingnya memperhatikan usia menikah sebagai salah satu bentuk perlindungan terhadap hak-hak anak, dan sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan tindakan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan. Pasca-putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi usia minimal menikah bagi perempuan 19 (sembilan belas) tahun syarat dengan pertimbangan nilai-niali hak asasi manusia, dan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk kesadaran masyarakat dan tanggungjawab negara atas perlindungan dan pemenuhan terhadap hak asasi (hak-hak anak, dan prinsip non diskriminasi) dan hak konsitusi. Persoalan ini lebih jauh melihat kedepan dampak dari perkawinan usia anak bagi perempuan dapat menimbulkan tindakan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan terkait dengan persoalan kedudukan hukum antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang secara langsung akan terjadinya pelanggaran terhadap hak-hak anak.
