Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud memverifikasi pengaruh faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada MTs dan SMK Terpadu YAPISA Megamendung Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini digolongkan pada penelitian yang bersifat verifikatif serta deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 47 guru pada MTs dan SMK Terpadu YAPISA Megamendung-Kabupaten Bogor. Data primer dan sekunder adalah data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan serta positif terhadap komitmen organisasi pada MTs dan SMK Terpadu Yapisa Megamendung Kabupaten Bogor, secara parsial kepuasan pekerjaan, gaji, promosi, supervisi, rekan kerja serta kondisi kerja berpengaruh signifikan serta positif pada komitmen organisasi. Untuk penelitian berikutnya disarankan menganalisa berkaitan faktor-faktor yang akan menaikkan komitmen organisasi selain faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja yaitu pengalaman kerja, karakteristik pekerjaan, karakteristik struktur, interaksi tugas.

Abstract

Peranan strategis usaha mikro kecil dan menengah masih terkendala lemahnya daya saing produk dan permodalan serta kurangnya manajemen antara stakeholder dengan para pelaku usaha yang saat ini masing-masing stakeholder UMKM masih berjalan terpisah. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh keterlibatan stakeholder (lembaga pendidikan, lembaga keuangan, koperasi, dan asosiasi usaha) terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sampel penelitian yaitu 100 UMKM di Kota Bogor dengan klasifikasi 62 pengurus UMKM di bidang kuliner, 21 di bidang fashion, dan 17 di bidang kerajinan dengan menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif, pendekatan kuantitatif, dan metode verifikatif. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, korelasi berganda, dan koefisien determinasi. Simpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian ialah adanya pengaruh signifikan antara keterlibatan stakeholder (lembaga pendidikan, lembaga keuangan, koperasi, dan asosiasi usaha) terhadap kinerja UMKM. Peranan dari masing-masing stakeholder sangat diperlukan demi meningkatkan kemajuan UMKM dan dukungan dari pihak-pihak terkait akan membantu memajukan usaha terutama usaha mikro dan kecil.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap CSR di Kecamatan Citeureup, Kabupaten Bogor. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian verifikatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data penelitian mencakup uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, serta uji signifikansi secara simultan dan parsial. Dalam menerapkan CSR, perusahaan umumnya melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat, baik sebagai objek maupun subjek program CSR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dan kepuasan masyarakat mempunyai pengaruh terhadap CSR. Persepsi masyarakat dan kepuasan masyarakat juga mempunyai hubungan positif dan sangat kuat dengan CSR.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the perception and satisfaction of the community to CSR and its impact on socioeconomic in Bogor regency. Questionnairewere distributed to 250 respondents . Likert scale was used prior to testing with multiple regression. The results showed that the implementation of CSR programs in Bogor has been done quite effectively. Perception and satisfaction of the community have an influence simultaneously and partially on CSR. The CSR activities in education, health , environment , increasing of desire and basic human needs and security simultaneously have influences towards the socio-economic communities. Partially, education has no effect on socioeconomic condition. The implementation strategy of using Importance Performance Analysis ( IPA ). The strategies which have been generated are 1 ) making ongoing improvements so that the performance attributes ( CSR programs expectancy ) will be increased ; 2 ) maintaining so that the performance will not be declined; 3 ) should be managed seriously because community usually can lead to a disappointment ; 4 ) evaluating all activitiesKeywords : CSR program, Community Satisfaction and Social Economic of the community

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of physical conditon of the working environment and leadership to the work ethic of employees at Biro Humas. The respondents in this research consist of 43 employees who work at Biro Hubungan Masyarakat Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup and Kehutanan Jakarta. The result showed that all indicators expressed validity and reliability. The physical condition of the working environment (X1) and leadership (X2) effect the work ethic of employees at Biro Humas(Y). Whereas, partially all the indicators give both positive and significant affect the work ethic of employees at Biro Hubungan Masyarakat.Keywords: physical condition of working environment, leadership, work ethic.

Abstract

This research purpose how the influence of their own capital and loan capital of net income cooperative in Sukabumi City. This research is quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling where the sampling is based on certain criteria. From the established criteria, obtained 11 (eleven) sample cooperative in sukabumi city with the observation period of 2 (two) years for each sample cooperative. The research analysis tools using multiple regression analysis. Simultaneous hypothesis testing using the F and partial test using t-test with a probability level of 5 percent (0,05). F-test result explain that the own capital and loan capital Simultaneous have a positive and significant effect on net income cooperative. t-test results showed that the own capital have a positive and significant effect on net income. While loan capital is not have significant impact on net income cooperative in Sukabumi City.Key words : Equity, Loan Capital, Net Profit Margin

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja dan iklim kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bogor. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Bentuk penelitian adalah verifikatif meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, analisis korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Delapan puluh pegawai diambil sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata tanggapan pegawai terhadap budaya kerja pegawai kuat. Tanggapan pegawai terhadap iklim kerja rata-rata adalah baik. Tanggapan pegawai terhadap disiplin kerja rata-rata tinggi. Secara simultan budaya kerja dan iklim kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja dan iklim kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kata Kunci : Budaya kerja, iklim kerja, dan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and discipline of work on employee performance in PT. Dwi Cipta Usaha Jakarta. Data analysis method used is the product moment coefficient analysis to measure whether there is any relationship between variables and determination analysis to determine the percentage contribution of each variable were further tested through together and partially. Fourteen employees were taken as samples, and the results prove the supervision and discipline partial and simultaneous significant effect on the performance of employees. The results showed that more supervision than the effect on employee performance employee discipline.Keywords: Monitoring, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

In general, every company wants to achieve success in business, in the sense of always trying to get their business survival remain successful and running smoothly. National automotive industry in the modern era is experiencing significant growth, this affects the increasing number of manufacturers of four-wheeled vehicles are vying to grab a large market share. The aim of this study was to investigate and analyze brand equity as a planning tool in the marketing strategy of the brand Toyota Avanza four-wheel vehicles in the city of Bogor. In this study, analysis tools used are: Spearman-Brown validity test, reliability test, Cochrans test and Likert scale. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of consumers in the city of Bogor to the four-wheeled vehicle brand Toyota Avanza by measuring the level of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty. Based on the results of the questionnaire study of 100 respondents. These results indicate that the four-wheel drive brand awareness types of low Mpv four-wheel vehicles as the Avanza brand top of mind. Analysis of brand association brand Avanza currently has nine attributes forming the brand image. Results of analysis of quality brand Toyota Avanza perceived as a whole shows that the quality of performance (the consumers perception of the quality of the product) which is lower than the quality importance (of respondents to the expectations of the product). Brand loyalty for four-wheeled vehicles may be said Avanza brand loyal to the level like the brand.Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Consumer Perception and Brand Loyalty

Abstract

The aim of research to determine the effect of competence and employee motivation at PT Maduroo International. Koesioner distributed to 4 supervision of each division. The questioner using validity and reliability test. Likert scale is used prior to testing with multiple regression. Results of the study of motivation and competence PT International Maduroo simultaneously have influence on employee performance. Partially flexibiltas competence, ability to learn, the desire of achievement, work on target, willingness to cooperate, customer orientation affects the performance. While intrinsic motivation in the success achieved something, recognition of work, responsibility, career advancement, professional development and intellectual and organizational policies extrinsic factors, intrapersonal relations and payroll have an influence on employee performance.Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Employee performance
