Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to study of inventories contol of rice raw materials at Buyung Putra Pangan Ltd. PP Buyung Banyuasin Regency and to examine the problems in inventories of rice raw materials at Buyung Putra Pangan Ltd. PP Buyung Banyuasin Regency.  This research has been conducted at Buyung Putra Pangan Ltd. PP Buyung Banyuasin Regency, time data taking over conducted in May – July 2017.  The research method used was the case study method, the sample method used was the purposive sampling, collection data method used is the observation, interviews and documentation.  Process method and analysis data used to answer the problem first and second is a qualitative-descriptive, to know the princely safety stock using the formula safety.  Our results indicate that of inventories control of rice raw material at Buyung Putra Pangan Ltd. PP Buyung Banyuasin Regency use by way to perform, own production to need meet raw material as long production, to perform to do stock rice the Silo GSI used was the formula safety stock in the amount of 6,596.27 tons every month of rice raw material available permanent. And obstacles faced by trade in inventories rice raw material is no yet available raw material to do collectors every time and great less kapacitas stock the raw material (Rice Silo GSI).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know Agricultural counselor effort to convince farmer group in applying drip irrigation technology in Regency of Banyuasin And the obstacles of farmer in applying drip irrigation technology in Regency of Banyuasin. This research was conducted in the Budi Mulya Village of the district Air Kumbang Banyuasin Regency. In March until May 2017. The research method used is case study method. The sampling method that used in this research are purposive sampling and systematic sampling. Data methods of collection used in this study are observation and interviews directly to the respondents who have been determined using the tools of quisionary aids that have been prepared previously and documentation and secondary data. Data processing is done using descriptive-qualitative method. The results of the study showed that the efforts of Agricultural counselor in applying drip irrigation technology include: drip irrigation technology socialization, selection of extension method, the procedures for the use of drip irrigation, the application of drip irrigation. And obstacles faced by farmers in the process of applying drip irrigation technology is a problem: capital for the purchase of equipment for drip irrigation such as drip hoses and Water source caused the dry season farmers getting difficulty water supply to watering and fertilizing plants.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the factors behind the rubber farmers working on Sei Lakitan Pom Division of PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk and to calculate the income contribution of rubber farmers working on Sei Lakitan Pom Division of PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk on the income of farmers family. This research was conducted in Marga Baru Village Muara Lakitan District Musirawas Regency. In February Up to April 2017. The research method used is survey method, for Sampling Method used by Purposive Sampling method. Data Collection Methods used Interview method directly to the respondents who have been determined by using the quisionary aids that have been prepared before and secondary data. Data processing is done using descriptive method with qualitative approach and for second problem using formula systematically. From the research results showed that the factors of income and land factors that lie behind the rubber farmers work on the Division of Sei Lakitan Pom PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk and income contribution of rubber farmers work at Sei Lakitan Pom Division PT.PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk by 73 percent to family income.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the profile of farmers Sukadi as guava and to find the motivation Sukadi build guava orchard at Air Kumbang BaktiVillage Of Air Kumbang Districts Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted at Air Kumbang BaktiVillage Of Air Kumbang Districts Banyuasin Regency in March to May 2015. The method used is the case study method (case study). While the sampling method used is a method of intentionally (purposive sampling) and the method by coincidence (incidental sampling) with samples Sukadi as guava farmers, communities, farmers and agricultural extension guava at Air Kumbang Bakti Village. Data collection technique used observation and interview methods. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The survey results revealed that the profile of farmers guava Sukadi as a figure of farmers who have a hard working attitude, diligent and tenacious in to farm. Furthermore, the results showed that Sukadi motivated to build a guava orchard as seen from a technical standpoint (how cultivation) guava can already be done and in terms of economic (profit) that guava is profitable and able to meet the economic needs of the family. Moreover, in terms of the social that Sukadi want to raise the name of the Air Kumbang Bakti Village with guava orchard that he try.
