Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine (1) the process of developing Muara Jambi Temple learning video based on local history in Indonesian history up to the 15th century subject History Study Program of Batanghari University Jambi (2) the advisability of Muara Jambi Temple learning video based on local history in Indonesian history up to the 15th century subject History Study Program of Batanghari University Jambi. The type of this research are research and development. This research emphasizes an effort to produce certain products that will be used in certain fields of science and can also be used in an activity that needs it. The development which was carried out in this research is developing video learning media. To determine the feasibility of the media, the media experts and material experts validated the media that had been made and then conducted a media trial to the students, the trial was carried out in three stages, one to one, small group trials, and field test trials. The results showed that (1) the stages of developing Muara Jambi Temple learning video based on local history in Indonesian history up to the 15th century subject adopted the steps or stages which were developed by Lee and Owens which consisted of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. (2) The results of the assessment by media experts for all aspects obtained an average score of 4.1 with good category and reasonable to be used. Furthermore, based on the media expert's assessment, the average of all aspects is 4.3 with a very good category so that the material reasonable to be used. The feasibility of Muara Jambi Temple learning video based on local history in Indonesian history up to the 15th century subject based on student assessment in the field test obtained an average of all aspects, namely 4.3 in the very good category so that the media was very suitable to be used in this learning activity.Keywords: Instructional Media, Local History, Muara Jambi Temple

Abstract

Objective: To describe the incidence of 3rd and 4th grade perineal tear in Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital on the period of 2011 - 2014 and its compatibility of treatment based on RCOG guidelines. Methods: Data were collected through medical records on women who had vaginal delivery in Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital from January 2011 to December 2014. This was a descriptive study with cross sectional design. Results: The incidence of 3rd and 4th grade perineal tear each year were 3.55%, 4.35%, 3.95%, and 1.77% consecutively. About 100% treatment were accompanied by consultant; 3.5% performed in operating theatre; 90.7% were given postoperative antibiotic; 42.2% were given urinal catheter in 1x24 hour postoperative; 100% were given analgesic. About 61.4% of procedures were not compatible with RCOG guidelines. Conclusion: The study showed that the incidence of 3rd and 4th grade of perineal tear was 3.66% for 4 years and the compliance to RCOG standard was 38.6%. Abstract

The development of technology and communication has a big influence on all fields of life including in the field of education. Creativity and innovation is needed in developing learning media including in learning history. The purpose of this research is to obtain: 1) description of the use of learning media in the learning process in the field, 2) obstacles faced by lecturer in Indonesian history up to the 15th century learning 3) media formulations needed in learning Indonesian History. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and analysis of documents. The informan were selected through purposive sampling. Data validation used triangulation. Data analysis techniques used interactive analysis models including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of the research shows that 1) Lecturer has used learning media as a learning resource in the learning process, but are still less varied. The media used is still limited to the use of powerpoint which displays images and text only. 2) The constraints faced by the lecturer in delivering the material about the muara jambi temple are limited references and learning resources. 3) Media that needs to be developed in learning is video
