Abstract

SISKA is an Academic Information System at Ganesha University of Education (UNDIKSHA) used for TESIS process. Starting from proposal submission, proposal seminar, pre thesis exam and thesis exam. So far the running application is still in web form. With so rapid development of Android-based applications, it will be made SISKA Android-based applications that will certainly make it easier for students and lecturers to access this application via Smartphone. In the development of this application will be used Eclipse commonly used for software development. Web-based SISKA application development into Android-based SISKA application provides a new look that is more user friendly, easy to use, and easy to access using smartphone

Abstract

To increase user satisfaction with information systems requires analysis and testing of the system. The User Experience Questionaire (UEQ) is a tool used to measure the level of user satisfaction with a system through a questionnaire. This study focuses on the analysis of executive information systems at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia in order to improve information systems, especially in system design. The six rating scales that will be sought in this study include attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Based on the test results using the UEQ method, the executive information system STMIK STIKOM Indonesia obtained Good results.

Abstract

Cerita rakyat merupakan sebuah kejadian, peristiwa, atau fenomena yang terjadi pada jaman dulu, mengandung pesan moral sangat tinggi nilainya dan mencerminkan kehidupan seseorang atau sekelompok orang dalam masyarakat. Cerita rakyat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan wawasan pendidikan terutama pada peserta didik. Komik interaktif berbasis mobile merupakan sarana penting dalam melengkapi proses belajar mengajar terutama bahasa isyarat. Media komik interaktif, tentang cerita rakyat Cupak dan Grantang diharapkan dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa dan mempu menarik perhatian peserta didik untuk belajar, dari hasil pengujian didapatkan hasil kuisioner dari responden untuk kebermanfaatan bagi masyarakat khususnya bagi siswa tuna wicara memperoleh nilai persentasi sangat setuju 90%, setuju 10%, bahasa isyarat mudah dipahami, menu yang terdapat pada aplikasi sudah berfungsi dan aplikasi ini bermanfaat bagi siswa SLB khususnya siswa tunawicara dan tunarungu. Tampilan dan animasi menarik terbukti dari hasil kuisioner pada masyarakat umum dengan jumlah persentase sangat setuju 60% dan setuju 40%.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is not only for the discourse of food sovereignty, but one of the foundations of the economic strategy. The erosion of agriculture by the opportunities of other sectors, refers to the focus of research in Bali's Celuk Buruan Village, by uncovering phenomena that occur in this region. The existence of regional development, the availability of access and public facilities, is a problem in the agricultural sector in this region. Changes in perspective or land-use change are inevitable, impacting agriculture and small businesses that have long worked with farmers to drive the village economy. Based on the phenomenon, an idea arose to revive the agricultural and industrial sectors in Celuk Buruan. During the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, the decline of Bali's tourism, with a qualitative approach, attempted to design, which could provide positive input to the situation. The design of media about agriculture is a preventive action, carried out in a structured, processed in the design of visual communication. In the end, communication media can produce to answer the problem and widely disseminated on the internet media.

Abstract

BISINDO or Indonesian Sign Language is one of the sign systems used in Indonesia. BISINDO comes from the first language or mother tongue for the deaf. The phenomenon of the Covid 19 pandemic has changed the world of education globally. The results of a survey of people with hearing impairments in Bali, especially in Denpasar, showed that 72 respondents, 62.5%, stated that it was difficult to understand the learning process carried out at home during the pandemic. 37.5% indicated that they had no difficulty understanding the learning process at home during the pandemic. According to respondents, 75.7% of respondents chose BISINDO, which is easy to understand and 24.3% chose SIBI. An augmented reality application was designed to recognize the BISINDO alphabet from this data. This application is expected to provide a solution to make it easier for deaf people to understand BISINDO sign language during a pandemic. SIBI is an adaptation of American Sign Language which is currently applied in special schools (SLB). To provide support in learning SIBI sign language, in advance of technology, the design of Augmented Reality to introduce SIBI letters will help in the learning process. The results of the black box test show that all the features and functions of the application can run well. In observing the response time when scanning markers using the Xiaomi PocoF1 marker on the SIBI letters, the average time is 6.05 seconds. Observation of the scan distance of SIBI letters, the average scan distance of markers that can be scanned at a distance of 5 cm to 50 cm.

Abstract

Peranan multimedia dalam pembelajaran sangatlah penting, terutama dalam mata pelajran bahasa Bali. Peserta didik SMK TI Bali Global Jimbaran dalam menyerap pelajran bahasa Bali masih sangat kurang sehingga hasil ulangan harian dan ujian akhir semester hanya masih dalam nilai KKM, yaitu dengan persentase 70% peserta didik hanya mampu mendapat hasil sesuai KKM dengan nilai 70. Media pembelajaran berbasis interaktif yang tepat akan sangat berperan dalam terciptanya tujuan pendidikan itu sendiri. Multimedia dianggap sebagai media pembelajaran yang menarik berdasarkan upaya yang menyentuh berbagai panca indra: penglihatan, pendengaran dan sentuhan. Dengan adanya aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa bali berbasis interaktif multimedia, diharapkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa dan peningkatan nilai terhadapa mata pelajaran bahasa Bali.

Abstract

AbstrakPertanian sebagai salah satu sektor penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan sebenarnya telah memiliki berbagai piranti hukum yang mendukung. Pesatnya pembangunan dan gencarnya pengadaan infrastruktur ternyata bertambah pesat pula alih fungsi lahan-lahan produktif milik petani. Fenomena ini diikuti pula dengan hasil panen dan industri kecil sebagai pendukung perputaran ekonomi kerakyatan yang perlahan mulai menurun. Perancangan dokumenter tentang eksistensi pertanian dan industri pertanian di Celuk Buruan dilakukan untuk membangkitkan kembali semangat agraris pada sektor ini. Pendekatan riset yang dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data secara kualitatif dari informan, perlahan diungkap fenomena pada realitasnya. Didukung proses perancangan dalam merealisasikan dokumenter, riset ini diharapkan dapat memberikan luaran yang semestinya menjadi bahan renungan khalayak. Tidak hanya termotivasi oleh tindakan penyelamatan sektor pertanian, namun mengingatkan kembali bahwa pertanian adalah salah satu garda terdepan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan manusia terutama pada kondisi sulit saat ini. Media dokumenter ini dapat menjadi suatu edukasi untuk khalayak agar tidak memandang sektor pertanian dengan sebelah mata. Sehingga pada akhirnya perlu diambil tindakan dalam berbagai studi untuk mengkaji beragam hal terkait pertanian untuk strategi tindakan selanjutnya.  Kata Kunci: Bali, Celuk Buruan, dokumenter, pertanian AbstractAgriculture as one of the significant sectors within food commodity has had various supporting legal tools. The rapid development and incessant provision of infrastructure have also rapidly increased the conversion of productive land owned by farmers. This phenomenon followed by yields and the small industry as a supporter of the people's economy that slowly starts to decrease. The documentary design about the agriculture existence and the agricultural industrial sector in Celuk Buruan was carried to revive the spirit of agrarian in this sector. The research approach was performed by collecting data qualitatively from the informants. Slowly the phenomenon is revealed in its reality. Supported by the design process in realizing the documentary, this research is expected to be able to provide an outcome that should be the subject of public reflection. Not only motivated by the act of saving the agricultural sector but reminded that agriculture is one of the frontlines in fulfillment of human needs, especially under current difficult conditions. This documentary media can be an education for society in order not to demean the agricultural sector. Therefore, eventually, it is necessary to take action in various studies to examine multiple matters related to agriculture for further action strategies. Keywords: agriculture, Bali, Celuk Buruan, documentary

Abstract

Corona Virus or Covid-19 is still a threat to society. This virus spreads very quickly through droplets or liquid droplets from coughing and sneezing, personal contact such as shaking hands, and touching objects or surfaces with the virus on them, then touching the mouth, nose, or eyes before washing hands. From observations made in the community, people need handwashing tools and automatic hand sanitizer to avoid direct contact with objects' surfaces. Technology in the form of Automatic Hand Sanitizer Using Ultrasonic Sensor and Arduino as hand sanitizer from bacteria without touching the hand sanitizer bottle that can be used and utilized by the public. This tool is implemented in Lodtunduh Village on Gianyar Regency, placed in one of the residents' houses Mr. Wayan Adhe Suwetha. This Automatic Hand Sanitizer technology makes it possible to work without any touch or pressure on objects, which will reduce the spread of viruses from objects that are often used to maximize the application of health protocols for the community, especially for Lodtunduh Gianyar community. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method with data obtained through observation and sampling of the population regarding the impact of using the Automatic Hand Sanitizer technology.
