Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this study are (1) Implementation of management of learning equality education for street children. 2) The existence of empowerment of street children as part of the Out of School Education program. The research method uses qualitative research design. Paying attention to the existence and reality of the characteristics of the tutor in the learning process of equality education programs at the Jalina City Street Clinic. The qualitative research approach uses a single case study design (one case study). The single case study in this study is a case study on equality education tutors, who saw the learning process carried out in an effort to empower street children through education. Data collection uses techniques (a) in-depth interviews, (b) Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and (c) documentation. The results of this study were the learning of street children in an empowerment effort by tutors through facilitation and mentoring activities using group settings. group techniques that can be used in street children's learning activities should be considered well, especially in the accuracy of the selection of methods and their implementation. The form of implementation consists of five phases, namely Phase 1: Approach, Phase 2: Determination of Problems, Phase 3: Development of Critical Reflection, Phase 4: Determination and Implementation of Actions, and Phase 5: Evaluation Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Implementasi manajemen pembelajaran pendidikan kesetaraan bagi anak jalanan. 2) Eksistensi pemberdayaan anak jalanan sebagai bagian dari program Pendidikan Luar Sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif. Memperhatikan keberadaan dan realitas karakteristik tutor dalam proses pembelajaran program pendidikan kesetaraan di Klinik Jalanan Kota Samarinda. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan rancangan studi kasus berupa kasus tunggal (one case study). Studi kasus tunggal dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus pada tutor pendidikan kesetaraan, di mana melihat proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan dalam upaya pemberdayaan anak jalanan melalui pendidikan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik (a) wawancara mendalam, (b)  Forum Group Discussion (FGD), dan (c) dokumentasi.Hasil Penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran anak jalanan dalam upaya pemberdayaan oleh tutor melalui kegiatan fasilitasi dan pendampingan menggunakan setting kelompok. teknik kelompok yang dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran anak jalanan hendaknya dipertimbangkan dengan baik, terutama dalam ketepatan pemilihan metode dan pelaksanaannya. Adapun bentuk pelaksanaannya terdiri dari lima fase, yaitu Fase 1 : Pendekatan ,Fase 2 : Penentuan Masalah, Fase 3 : Pengembangan Refleksi Kritis, Fase 4 : Penetapan dan Pelaksanaan Tindakan, dan Fase 5 : Evaluasi.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian mendeskrisikan pola manajemen penyelenggaraan Kejar Paket C Swadana dengan dana yang terbatas. Penelitian  menggunakan rancanagn  penelitian studi kasus, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dan FGD, dan dianalisis dengan metode analisis interaktif (Miles Hubermans, 1992). Temuan penelitian ini adalah : (a) pengelola PKBM memiliki semangat yang luar biasa dalam mengawali program kejar paket C, dengan biaya sendiri, (b) sambil melakasanakan pogram PKBM mengembangkan program PNF lainnya, (c) Dengan biaya yang diangsur oleh warga belajar mampu mendorong semangat warga belajar paket C, (d) mulai tahun 2016 PKBM telah behasil meluluskan warga belajar Paket C, dan (e) pada tahun 2018 mulai mendapakan BOP Paket C hingga saat ini. AbstractThe purpose of the study is to describe the management pattern of organizing the Swadana Package C Chase with limited funds. Research uses a case study research design, using a qualitative approach. Data were collected by interview and FGD, and analyzed by interactive analysis methods (Miles Hubermans, 1992). The findings of this study are: (a) the manager of PKBM has an extraordinary enthusiasm in initiating a program Paket C, at their own expense, (b) while carrying out the PKBM program developing other PNF programs, (c) With the installments paid by the learning citizens able to encourage the enthusiasm of the citizens to learn Paket C, (d) starting in 2016 PKBM has succeeded in graduating residents to learn Package C, and (e) in 2018 began getting BOP Paket C to date

Abstract

Abstract: The effectiveness of learning through virtual media is increasingly achieving its goals if lecturers and students can develop instructional video media as virtual learning materials. The use of instructional videos in the learning process needs to be systematically designed so that learning media can be used effectively, experience learning-based learning videos so that they are more contextual about the local wisdom of the community. The research objective was to produce a learning model and learning materials for the development of virtual learning video media based on local wisdom of the community through learning experience for students of the Department Non-Formal Education, Faculty of Education, State University of Malang. The research method used is the development (research development) development research model is an attempt to develop and validate educational products. The research design is systematical as follows: (1) the stage of analyzing, (2) the writing stage, (3) the stage of expert assessment and revising, and (4) the stage of the limited trial of the readability of the contents of learning materials related to understanding the content. The conclusion is based on the data analysis of the results of the content assessment on the development of learning materials for making virtual learning video media based on local wisdom of the community through a learning experience in the subject of learning resources and learning media department non-formal educations obtained valid results.

Abstract

Potensi wisata alam yang dapat dikembangkan di Desa Pait antara lain Coban (air terjun) Kethak, Coban Tangkil, Coban Bara’an. Coban Kethak merupakan air terjun dengan ketinggian 25 meter dengan luas wilayah ± 4 ha disekitarnya ditumbuhi tanaman alpukat dan pohon durian,  aliran dua coban ini mengalir ke arah dusun Slatri dan dusun Pait Kulon, disamping dimanfaatkan untuk usaha pertanian, aliran sungai ini dimanfaatkan sebagai tubing yang sangat menarik, khususnya pada musim penghujan. Tujuan yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah Pokdarwis dapat mengembangakan dan mengelola potensi wisata  yang pada akhirnya memiliki dampak pada kesejahtraan mayrakat. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menjawab dan memecahkan permaslahan diatas adalah menjabarkan strategi dan membagi peran atau Tugas pokok  masing-masing pengurus dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan wisata, pelatihan Pemandu Wisata dan promosi obyek-obyek wisata. Hasil kegiatan ini mampu mengekplorasi keberadaan dan keunikan obyek yang ditawarkan didukung bentuk promosi yang bersifat elektronik maupun  bentuk yang lain, serta terbentuknya visi yang sama dengan pemerintah daerah untuk  pengembangan wisata edukasiKata kunci—CobanKethak, CobanTangkil, CobanBara’an, Pokdarwis, wisata edukasi.AbstractPotential natural attractions that can be developed in Pait Village include Coban (waterfall) Kethak, Coban Tangkil, Coban Bara’an. Coban Kethak is a waterfall with a height of 25 meters with an area of ± 4 ha around it is overgrown with avocado plants and durian trees, the flow of these two coban flows towards the Slatri hamlet and Pait Kulon hamlet, besides being used for agricultural business, the river flow is used as a tubing very interesting, especially in the rainy season. The goal achieved from this activity is Pokdarwis can develop and manage tourism potential which ultimately has an impact on the welfare of the mayor. The solution offered to answer and solve the problems above is to describe the strategy and divide the role or main tasks of each board in the development and management of tourism, training of tour guides and promotion of tourist objects. The results of this activity are able to explore the existence and uniqueness of the offered objects supported by electronic and other forms of promotion, as well as the formation of the same vision with the local government for the development of educational tourism.Keywords—CobanKethak, CobanTangkil, CobanBara’an, Pokdarwis, educational tour

Abstract

Strengthening the potential of rural communities, one of which is the government's efforts in developing villages through community empowerment which is packaged in the Village Innovation program, namely an empowerment program to improve the welfare of rural communities through optimizing the use of village funds. The purposes of this paper are: (1) to describe the Independent Village Innovation Program and Inclusive Village, (2) to describe the role of non-formal education in realizing village innovation, (3) a case of community empowerment through social capital-based tourism village management in realizing independent innovation villages. The conclusions are as follows: (1) Realizing independent and dignified village innovations needs to be implemented by institutionalizing innovation with the principles of accountability, transparency, and participation, (2) Profiles of graduates from out-of-school education study programs have competencies that are in accordance with the tasks and competencies required by village assistants by ministry of villages, (3) Synergy between the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration with universities, one of which is non-formal education study programs should be a must in carrying out state responsibilities for the welfare of its people as a whole.Keywords: Non-formal, informal education, village innovation

Abstract

Accommodating the Free Learning program, the Department of Outdoor Education, Faculty of Education, State University of Malang (UM) actively facilitates students to develop their capabilities through curriculum development and implementation. The UM curriculum was developed and implemented using an experience-based learning approach based on project-based learning through Merdeka Learning Kampus Merdeka through the form of learning activities to build villages. According to Borg and Gall, the Design of Learning Innovation Development uses research development methods. Research Objectives Realizing the independent innovation model of learning to build villages based on experience project based learning in making YouTube video media managing village tourism labsite Department of Out-of-School Education. Conclusion: (1) Free Learning Guide and Innovation Module to Build Villages Based on Experience Project Bsed Learning in Making Youtube Media Management of Labsite Tourism Villages for the Department of Outdoor Education FIP UM has gone through the process of analyzing student learning needs in the independent learning program to build villages as a learning resource and material learning PLS, writing initial drafts of learning materials through making YouTube video media through project learning experience in managing village tourism labsite PLS Department, validating learning media experts and outside school education experts, revising input and suggestions from learning media experts and outside school education experts. (2) Based on data analysis on the results of content assessment and implementation of the use of guides and modules from learning media experts and outside school education experts on learning products through the creation of experience-based project-based learning YouTube video media in the management of labsite tourism villages of the PLS FIP UM Department, valid results were obtained ( no revision)

Abstract

Community empowerment is often carried out by change agents using various methods. Detailed, detailed and in-depth identification is the first step to empowering the community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the stages in community empowerment through digital-based local economic development in the era of society 5.0. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The location of the research was carried out in the Labsite Village of the Department of Outer School Education with a total of three villages included in the Malang Regency area, namely Pait Village, Kasembon District, Benjor Village, Tumpang District, and Pujon Kidul Village, Pujon District. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman models which consist of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the stages in community empowerment through digital-based local economic development are carried out in two ways, starting with strengthening a solid production ecosystem through four stages, namely; (1) identification, (2) inventory, (3) management and development of assets, and (4) building partnership networks to introduce products. Furthermore, building a sustainable business ecosystem. Then, building a sustainable digital-based business ecosystem with three stages, namely, (1) Maintaining and Creating a Market, (2) Forming a Solid Network, and (3) Product Expansion using Digital Media

Abstract

UPT Pelatihan Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Timur memiliki unit perpustakaan khusus dan terakreditasi A. Salah satu misi yang dilakukan oleh perpustakaan UPT Pelatihan Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah dengan menggiatkan program pepustakaan berbasis inklusi sosial. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam upaya implementasi inklusi sosial adalah dengan book sharing bersama TBM Pelita dan dijembatani oleh mahasiswa KPL dari Departemen Pendidikan Luar Sekolah UM. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi masyarakat Desa Karangwidoro melalui program book sharing terkait kunci sukses dalam mengelola bisnis. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan metode  deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari satu orang pengelola TBM Pelita, dan lima belas orang kader kesehatan desa setempat. Lokasi kegiatan dilakukan di Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM) Pelita Desa Karangwidoro Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Book sharing di TBM Pelita dapat berjalan lancar, karena adanya antusiasme yang sangat positif dari peserta serta ditunjang dengan teknologi yang ada dari UPT Pelatihan Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi saat ini membuat sebagian besar pelaku usaha khususnya bagi para pelaku UKM harus memiliki ide kreatif untuk mengenalkan produknya kepada khalayak umum. Untuk saat ini teknik marketing yang dibutuhkan harus sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada. Kemajuan teknologi tersebut dapat terlihat misalnya dengan munculnya berbagai platform sosial media yang digunakan oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Tentunya keberadaan sosial media dapat dimanfaatkan bagi para pelaku UKM sebagai salah satu media dalam promosi usaha. Pemanfaatan sosial media ini tentu tidak terlepas dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang mampu mengelolanya dengan baik. Influencer merupakan salah satu SDM yang saat ini memiliki pengaruh besar di kalangan masyarakat sebagai konten kreator yang mampu memberikan dampak besar terhadap suatu penjualan produk di sosial media. Adanya influencer ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu sumber untuk mempromosikan produk UKM di sosial media. Maka dari itu pelaku UKM harus memahami dengan seksama bagaimana pemanfaatan dan peran influencer dengan tepat salah satunya melalui webinar yang tentunya diisi dengan narasumber yang ahli di bidangnya sehingga mampu memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan yang memadai. UPT Pelatihan Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Timur menyelenggarakan webinar dengan tema influencer marketing guna memberikan edukasi khususnya bagi pelaku UKM agar mereka mengetahui peran influencer dengan tepat dalam membantu untuk mempromosikan usaha yang sedang dijalani.

Abstract

Ngemplak Hamlet is one of the hamlets in Sumbersuko village in Wagir District, especially located on the slopes of Mount Kawi. Wagir District is located between the slopes of Mount Kawi. This hamlet is one of the hamlets in Sumbersuko village that has physical potential in terms of abundant natural resources, especially in the food sector. The people of Ngemplak Hamlet are able to make various food preparations that come from local food ingredients. Nowadays, tourists are starting to like tourist attractions that not only provide natural beauty but also community interaction. The local food village tourism facilitator has the role of providing information to tourists about the local culinary specialties that exist and the typical dishes of the people in Sumbersuko Village that are served to tourists. The concept of local food tourism villages will indirectly require the community, especially village youth, to act as facilitators of local food. However, the lack of information regarding the potential of villages in Ngemplak hamlet by the community, especially teenagers, especially regarding local food, is one of the obstacles when tourists come to their area. There is a need for assistance to prepare teenagers in Ngemplak Hamlet to be trained to increase their knowledge and skills as local food facilitators, which can be an added value for visiting tourists. The objectives of community service are as follows: (1) Empowering teenagers as facilitators of local food tourism villages in increasing their knowledge and skills in processing local food in Ngempalk Village Hamlet; (2) Provide assistance to the management and members of the local food tourism village in Ngemplak Hamlet, Sumbersuko Village in introducing the tourism village through social media; (3) Provide assistance to local food education tourism village administrators in managing the tourism village so that it can run and survive as one of the tourist village destinations in Malang Regency.
