Abstract

Funding adalah suatu kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan bank untuk mencari dana kepada pihak deposan yang nantinya akan disalurkan kepada pihak kreditur dalam rangka menjalankan fungsinya sebagai intermediasi antara pihak deposan dengan pihak kreditur.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif atau penelitian lapangan yang melalui data-data, yaitu teori atau paradigma yang digunakan untuk menuntun peneliti dalam menemukan masalah dalam penelitian, menemukan hipotesis, menemukan konsep-konsep, menentukan metedologi dan menentukan alat-alat analisis data. Adapun hasil dari penelitian, diketahui bahwa pengaruh funding terhadap kepuasan nasabah adalah tidak terdapat pengaruh dikarenakan tidak kuatnya hubungan atau korelasi pada penelitian ini, dengan besaran angka 0,027 atau 0,0729%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence GDP (gross domestic product), interest rate,and Inflation toward ROA (return on asset). The method that writer applied is multiple regression linear.The data are secondary, based on finance report 4 years. The results show that are simultaneous influence of variable GDP (grossdomestic product), Interest Rate,and Inflation toward ROA (return on asset).The result also show there is a significant partially influence toward ROA (returnon asset), whereas Interest Rate has no partially Influence toward ROA (return on asset). The result adjusted R square show that the influence of GDP (gross domestic product), interest rate,and Inflation toward ROA are 94,6%, and the rest 5,4% was affected by othervariables and not included into this regression analysis.

Abstract

Di dalam Pasal 68 UUPS, Pasal 40 PBI No. 11/10/ PBI / 2009 dijelaskan bahwa UUS wajib memisahkan UUS menjadi BUS apabila: (a) Nilat aset UUS telah mencapai 50% (lima puluh persen) dari total nilai aset BUK induknya, (a) Paling lambat 15 (lima belas) tahun sejak berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah. BUK yang memiliki UUS dapat memisahkan UUS sebelum terpenuhinya kondisi sebagaimana dimaksud dengan memenuhi persyaratan sebagaimana diatur dalam Peta turan Bank Indonesia. Pemisahan (Spin-Off) merupakan lembaga baru yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang No 40 Tahun 2007 tentang perseroam terbatas (UU Perseroan Terbatas) dan UU Perbankan Syariah. Secara umum, Spin-Off menggambarkan suatu tambahan atau produk derivatif atau turunan atau hasil dari sesuatu tiruan usaha sebelumnya. Istilah Spin-Off sering dihubungkan dengan pembentukan perusahaan baru, di mana termasuk produk barunya adalah hal yang sama atau salinan dari organisasi induk, dan menimbulkan aktivitas ekonomi yang baru. Pemisahan ini bisa berbeda bentuk, tapi umumnya memerlukan perubahan yang penting pada kontrol, risiko, dan distribusi keuntungan. Unsur lainnya yaitu transfer teknologi dan hak kepemilikan dari induk kepada pemilik baru Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perkembangan perbankan syariah melalui kinerja keuangan Bank Syariah sebelum dan sesudah Spin-Off. Dalam hal ini objek penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah Bank BNI Syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder yaitu laporan yang telah dipublikasi oleh bank tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan Bank BNI Syariah menunjukkan perbedaan kinerja keuangan antara sebelum dan sesudah Spin-Off terjadi pada aset, keuntungan bank, dan dana pihak ketiga (DPK). Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perkembangannya setelah melakukan Spin-Off.

Abstract

This research begins from a phenomenon that describes the condition of restaurants in Indonesia as inseparable from problems related to marketing strategies, so that it can affect the existence of restaurants in competition and survival. This was a real reflection that cannot be avoided by a business. The research objective was to formulate the most appropriate marketing strategy in accordance with the applied marketing mix by looking at the internal and external conditions that are owned by Pecak Hj. Sadiyah Restaurant. This research was a qualitative descriptive study using marketing strategy theory. Data technique used observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis performed was data reduction, data presentation, data lever, and SWOT analysis. These research results have identified the marketing mix, such as product, price, place, and promotion. Then identified indicators in the internal environment as legality, agile operational managers, increasing income every year, quality food, strategic location, halal certification, good cooperation between workers, low prices with high taste, effective distribution channels, and leadership relationships with employees. good. Weaknesses include no offering motivation, no meetings, poor work management, minimal human resources, parking areas, and limited distribution areas. The external environment was able to take advantage of opportunities from abundant raw material sources, developing technology, consumptive culture of society, online delivery services, and high consumer loyalty. Related threats include unstable raw material prices, unstable public interest, shifting of consumers to competitors, and developments since Covid-19, so that the most appropriate marketing strategy was formulated for the development of Pecak Hj. Sadiyah Restaurant in minimizing the weaknesses and threats that threaten.

Abstract

In the Indonesian economy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the business groups that have the largest number. In addition, this group has proven to be resistant to various kinds of shocks to the economic crisis. So it is imperative to strengthen the UMKM group which involves many groups because the UMKM sector has a big contribution to workforce absorption, developing the UMKM sector will be able to absorb more existing workers and of course it will be able to improve the welfare of the workers involved in the workforce. In it so that it can reduce the unemployment rate and in the end it will be used to reduce poverty. The criteria for businesses that are included in MSMEs have been regulated in a legal umbrella based on law. This study aims to determine the role of Islamic Banking in Encouraging Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesian Sharia Banks (BSI) kc. Ahmad Yani Kota Bogor during the Covid Pandemic 19. This study used a descriptive qualitative method and the data used in this study were primary data. This study uses data collection techniques through literature study and interviews. The instrument used in the primary data is an interview with a source from Bank Syaria Indonesia Kc Ahmad Yani, Bogor City. Respondents revealed that the Role of Islamic Banking, especially Islamic Bank Indonesia Kc. Ahmad Yani played an important role in maintaining MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic as now because he helped distribute government programs, namely KUR (People's Business Credit), Providing.relaxation or relief to entrepreneurs affected by Covid-19 and facilitating the financing process for entrepreneurs. Abstract

The Village law has made the village the subject of development. Villages and villagers jointly initiate village development in order to create a better livelihood and village life. Village funds as village capacity in development have the potential to improve community welfare. This Research is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach in order to analyze the planning and implementation process of village funds in improving community welfare from a sharia economic perspective. Data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation methods. The governments, community leaders and villagers became informants so that a broad perspective was obtained about village funds and their implications for walfare. The results showed that the planning and implementation of village funds was not yet participatory, the grassroots community had not been involved. Physical infrastructure became the priority of discussion during the planning process. In an effort to improve welfare in 2019 touching the aspects of health, education, and community residence. In 2020, village funds have a greater role in increasing community income in the form the cash assistance to the community in overcoming the covid 19 pandemic. In order to achieve a comprehensive development, in the process must apply sharia economic values. The value of integrity in the devekopment process in the form of justice, trust and fulfillment of reponsibilities as well as helping each other.

Abstract

Marketing is an important thing in the sale of a product. It takes a strategy in doing marketing so that the company can achieve its goals. To attract and retain consumers, a company must maintain consumer confidence so that a good corporate image is formed and can ultimately give rise to satisfaction and level of customer loyalty in order to maintain the company's performance in a sustainable manner. In maintaining consumer trust, a marketing strategy is needed that applies Islamic values in every stage of the company's marketing and operations. Marketing strategies determine how sales can be achieved, whether the increase is experienced or precisely stagnation and even decrease in sales turnover. This research is qualitative research with descriptive approach that aims to analyze Islamic marketing strategy conducted by Muslimah Beauty Care (MBC) and how it affects sales increase. The data collection techniques used in this study are interview methods and library studies. The marketing division is used as a respondent in digging information on how islamic marketing strategies have been carried out by the company. The results of this study show that the application of marketing strategies is very important in increasing sales at Muslimah Beauty Care companies. In the application of marketing strategy Muslimah Beauty Care has now implemented segmentation, targetting and posittioning. Muslimah Beauty Care company also uses marketing strategy 4P Marketing Mix consisting of product strategy (Product), price strategy, promotion strategy (promotion) and place strategy. Islamic marketing strategy used by Muslimah Beauty Care company is the same as that practiced by Prophet Muhammad SAW

Abstract

This study aims to explain how the distribution system of zakat funds in Baznas Bogor City on the welfare level of Asnaf Gharimin during the Covid-19 pandemic and how effective it is. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentations. The primary data in this study were the deputy chairman II for the utilization and distribution of the Baznas Bogor City, the head for the utilization and distribution of the Baznas Bogor City, and the head of the sub-section for the utilization of the Baznas Bogor City. The results of the study stated that the zakat fund distribution system that wa successfully distributed by the Baznas Bogor City contained 25 asnaf gharimin during the Covid-19 pandemic. For funds channeled to asnaf gharimin, it is given via transfer. The effectivveness of the distribution of zakat funds to asnaf gharimin is already quite effective. Because the community also really feels helped by the help of zakat funds, so they can meet their needs and live a better life..

Abstract

Financing is one of the important activities in the banking world because it is the main source of income and is one of the supporting businesses of the bank. Murabahah is a sale and purchase contract in sharia economy where the selling price of the goods is in the form of the cost of goods plus profits and has been agreed upon by both parties. Wakalah is giving or delegating the power of a job to another person as long as it does not violate the syara' law. Hyrid contract is two contracts that are united in one transaction (multi contract). One of the hybrid contracts in Islamic banks is the murabahah bil wakalah contract. Murabahah bil wakalah contract is a combination of two contracts in which the wakalah contract is used before the murabahah sale and purchase contract. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the implementation of the hybrid contract agreement on murabahah bil wakalah at Bank BJB Syariah Bogor Branch. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data used comes from primary data in the form of documentation and the results of interviews with staff account officers of Bank BJB Syariah Bogor Branch. The results of this study indicate that in its implementation Bank BJB Syariah Bogor Branch has complied with the DSN-MUI fatwa No.4/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 regarding murabahah. The advantages of murabahah bil wakalah are that it makes it easier for banks to process financing, is more flexible in modern financing needs and is less risky. While the weakness of the murabahah bil wakalah contract is that there is often misuse of funds by customers, such as the purchase of goods that are not in accordance with the RAB that has been agreed upon by the bank and the customer. With this result, Bank BJB Syariah Bogor Branch must continue to be consistent in managing sharia banking products so that the sharia economy can continue to grow and develop.
