Abstract

Deteksi dini gangguan autisme merupakan hal yang terpenting dalam proses tumbuh kembang anak. Namun, kebanyakan orang tua masih belum memahami tentang gangguan autisme yang dialami oleh anaknya dan bagaimana cara penanganannya. Para orang tua lebih memilih untuk mencari dan mendatangi seorang dokter atau pakar tumbuh kembang anak untuk berkonsultasi. Tetapi, ketersediaan dokter ataupun pakar tumbuh kembang anak sekarang tidaklah terlalu banyak sehingga para orang tua harus mengeluarkan biaya yang relatif banyak hanya untuk berkonsultasi kepada seorang dokter ataupun pakar. Oleh karena itu diperlukan cara atau metode untuk memudahkan para orang tua dalam mendeteksi dini gangguan autisme yang dialami oleh anaknya. Perbandingan kinerja Algoritma C4.5 dan Naïve Bayes bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat akurasi terbaik dari masing-masing algoritma untuk diterapkan dalam deteksi dini gangguan autisme pada anak. Hasil dari komparasi Algoritma C4.5 dan Naïve Bayes menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Algoritma C4.5 menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 72% sedangkan menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes menunjukan hasil 73.33%.

Abstract

At this time, a way to improve insight in a field can be by reading books, watching television, attending exhibitions, visiting museums. Another way that is currently often used to add insight is to attend a seminar, both seminars with national and international scales. With the rapid development of technology and now almost advanced technology systems putting forward online as one of the ways of accessibility in meeting every need, Persada Indonesia University YAI makes an innovative idea of creating a web system to register national scale seminar registration with various technology topics which can be followed by anyone. In the web there will also be various kinds of competitions that can be followed by various teams and visits to large industries that certainly add to the insight.

Abstract

Seminar is an activity that aims to conduct a thorough study of a particular topic with problem solving that requires interaction between seminar participants and is assisted by professors or scholars. The problem that arises is the application of the seminar participant registration system which is still done manually or via sms or whatsapps, with a few officers. QR-Code technology is a type of matrix code or two-dimensional bar code developed by Denso Wave with the main functionality that can be easily read by a QR scanner which stands for quick response, which in accordance with its purpose is to convey information quickly and get a fast response too. System application National Seminar Ikraith version 3 is web-based and android, and can manage computerized participant registration, payment transactions and certificate data of participants. By implementing QR-Code technology, namely by implementing an e-ticketing system in seminar participant registration, participants will receive an e- ticketing containing QR-Code as entry access during the seminar after completing payment. And then after the participant will get an e-certificate after completing the seminar. Where in the e-certificate there is a QR-Code which is expected to reduce or eliminate the level of forgery of the national seminar certificate.
