Abstract

AbstrakGlobalisasi ekonomi dan perdagangan bebas, mendominasi berbagai aktivitas bisnis (barang/jasa) manusia dewasa ini. Salah satunya adalah perihal pendistribusian gas LPG.Prosedur pelaksanaan pendistribusian gas elpiji yaitu: terdapat proses pendistribusian dengan cara memanfaatkan teknologi sistem informasi yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi kemana saja gas elpiji tersebut didistribusikan oleh agen, daerah mana saja yang mengkonsumsi gas elpiji tersebut dan berapa jumlahnya sehingga pertamina dapat mengetahui kebutuhan pasokan gas elpiji pada setiap agen di wilayah tersebut, yang pada akhirnya diharapkan proses pendistribusian gas akan lebih cepat, akurat, agen dapat bekerja secara baik, efektif, dan efisien.Selain itu adapun yang menjadi kendala saat pendistribusian gas elpiji, yaitu saluran distribusi ini harus benar-benar dipertimbangkan, dalam hal ini perusahaan atau produsen harus memperhatikan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pendistribusian gas elpiji, diantaranya: terdapat kendala pengiriman karena kurang lancarnya lalu lintas, dan harus mengikuti prosedur yang berlaku saat pengambilan gas elpiji, seperti mengikuti antrian. AbstractEconomic globalization and free trade, dominates a wide range of business activities (goods/services) this adult human. One of them is about the distribution of LPG gas.LPG gas distribution implementation procedures, namely: there is a process of distribution by way of utilizing the technology information system that aims to acquire information wherever the LPG gas distributed by the Agency, the area where only consume the LPG gas and how much the amount so that pertamina can know LPG gas supply needs at any dealer in the area, which is ultimately expected to process gas distribution will more quickly, accurately, agents can works very good, effective, and efficient.In addition as for the time constraints that become distribution LPG gas, namely, distribution channels, this should really be taken into consideration, in this case the company or manufacturer should pay attention to obstacles faced in distributing gas LPG, among them: there are constraints due to lack of lancarnya shipping traffic, and should follow the current procedures LPG gas retrieval, such as following the queue.

Abstract

Agricultural business activities are businesses that have a high risk of uncertainty. Global climate change has an impact on agricultural products resulting in decreased income and welfare of farmers, so that legal protection is needed by the government as an effort to protect farmers. The research method uses descriptive qualitative analytical techniques, in which this study describes and analyzes systematically, factually, and accurately about Legal Protection for Farmers Through Agricultural Insurance Agricultural premium subsidy insurance is a form of legal protection for farmers who have the aim of protecting against crop failures that is a form of risk mitigation as a form of mitigation Risk Welfare State.

Abstract

Non-bank financial service actors in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic made a breakthrough by creating fintech (Financial technology) through the development of Peer Peer Lending (P2P) or online loans. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of 5C principles in the practice of peer-to-peer lending Fintech based on a review of Islamic business ethics. The method used in this research is a normative juridical approach with a descriptive research approach. The data that has been obtained will be arranged systematically for further qualitative analysis. This study concludes that principles and business ethics must be considered with the concept of “The Five C’s Principle of Credit Analysis” in either conventional or sharia systems. In the case of customers who choose a sharia online loan system, they must also pay attention to the ethical aspects of financial business in Islam, which is something that must be considered considering that in Islam, ethical issues are related to the determination of economic policies that will affect the halalness of service and the agreement of the parties.

Abstract

This research aims to examine law enforcement against business actors who cause water pollution in Cianjur Regency. Today's rapid development has a negative impact on the environment. Liquid waste from industry and domestic is the main cause of water pollution, which threatens the quality of water used as a source of daily needs. This research uses a normative juridical approach and descriptive analysis method. Data is obtained through literature studies by searching for primary materials and supported by secondary materials. The impacts of water pollution by business actors include: a decrease in the quality of water resources, public health problems, and losses for farmers. The implementation of law enforcement against business actors is faced with several obstacles, including the lack of awareness of the importance of the environment and the lack of effective criminal sanctions. To maintain the right to a good and healthy environment, serious environmental protection and management as well as strict law enforcement are required by all parties concerned. Obstacles in law enforcement against business actors who commit water pollution include non-optimal environmental protection and management, violations of existing regulations, and obstacles in the waste filtration process. Therefore, decisive action is needed in law enforcement, including operational requirements, waste treatment, and more effective supervision to control and prevent water pollution in Cianjur Regency.

Abstract

The government has an obligation to provide Work Accident Insurance (JKK) and Death Insurance (JKM) protection to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This aims to improve the welfare of ASN, in addition to providing life insurance protection for high-risk jobs for ASN. The research method used is normative juridical, which is to study and examine legal principles, especially positive legal principles derived from existing literature materials from laws and regulations. The results showed that the excellent services provided by the police to the community include security maintenance, protection, protection, and law enforcement, in accordance with Article 13 of Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police. Police work in Indonesia carries risks and workloads that can cause stress, with stressors including excessive workload, time pressure, poor quality executives, unfavourable political climate, inadequate authority, prolonged conflict, differences in task values between leaders and subordinates, and unusual organisational changes. In addition, the results of the study state that PT ASABRI (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise responsible for managing social insurance programs for TNI Soldiers, members of the National Police, and State Civil Apparatus Employees (ASN) within the Ministry of Defence and the National Police, in accordance with Government Regulation Number 102 of 2015 concerning Social Insurance for Soldiers of the Indonesian National Army, Members of the Indonesian National Police, and State Civil Apparatus Employees within the Ministry of Defence and the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia.
