Abstract

This research is due to concerns about the morals of students who graduate from Madrasah Aliyah who are in Persatuan Islam Boarding School environment which are still very vulnerable to being affected by environmental conditions that are not in accordance with the values upheld in the pesantren. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Management of Noble Morals Education in Madrasah Aliyah Students at Persatuan Islam Boarding School. This research was conducted with a multi-case study approach at MA PPI 67 Benda Tasikmalaya, MA PPI 84 Ciganitri Bandung and MA PPI 99 Ran Brancho Garut with a qualitative method that management of noble character education in improving the quality of graduates of Madrasah Aliyah Islamic Boarding School students. The results of this study reveal that: (1) Noble character education management policies are based on harmonization of conventional Islamic boarding school values; (2) The noble character education program is based on the values of modern scientific development; (3) The implementation of noble character education, through activities that have been determined and serve as guidelines for the implementation of Islamic boarding school learning, as well as continuous monitoring or evaluation, both internally and externally in order to improve the quality of graduates; (4) The method used in the education of noble character that is applied by pesantren is precisely through example, conditioning (boarding school), direction (advice/nurturing), habituation (training and assignment), active participation (involvement of roles in activities) and learning with rewards. and punishments; (5) The form of noble character that is formed in noble character education, through cadres with precise character, scientific insight, competitiveness, tafaqquh fiddin and moral character; (6) The problems faced in noble character education related to combining the official curriculum and typical Islamic boarding schools must work together optimally; (7) The solution given in noble character education is the problem of time division between pesantren activities and learning in madrasas and boarding schools. The conclusion of this study is that the management of noble character education for MA PPI students is able to reduce the emotional turmoil of adolescent students and can become graduates with noble character, although it has not reached the expected degree.

Abstract

Noble character education for Islamic Senior High School (MAN) students is considerably related to school management. The management refers to how the noble character building is planned, implemented, and controlled by empowering the whole resources of the school and is reflected in the educational activities in the school. This research aims to discover the strengthening noble character education program of MAN students. In addition, it also examines the implementation and the impacts of strengthening noble character education programs of MAN students. This research applied a qualitative research method to conduct a case study in Islamic Senior High School 1 Pulang Pisau and Islamic Senior High School Palangkaraya. Eventually, this research identified that (1) the strengthening noble character education program of MAN students through Scouts extracurricular activities have not been implemented properly; despite the SOP of each activity, (2) the implementation of the strengthening noble character education programs of MAN students through Scouts extracurricular activities have not reached proper service quality due to the assessment system, (3) the impacts of the implementation of the strengthening noble character education program of MAN students through Scouts extracurricular activities have achieved the objectives; nevertheless, the impacts can only be monitored when the students are in the school.

Abstract

This study focuses on the issue of the formation of noble morals in MAN 2 Bandung City and MAN 2 Bandung Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. In this study, it discusses how the management system for the formation of noble morals in educational units, especially in MAN 2 Bandung City and MAN 2 Bandung Regency responds to new challenges in this era of globalization which have resulted in many decreases in the quality of human resources, especially related to embedded moral decadence. in students. Besides, it discusses various environmental influences that affect the implementation of the noble character formation program and various problems that arise from the noble character formation program along with the solutions to its solutions. This research shows that the managerial system for the formation of noble morals in the education unit has implemented management principles through the stages of planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating every noble character formation program with various advantages and limited resources. This stage is an effort to reduce the increasing level of moral decadence. The many influences and problems that arise are taken into consideration in formulating various strategies as solutions to these problems.

Abstract

The success of the Wasathiyah Islamic Clerical Cadre Education is inseparable from the extent to which MUI conducts an analysis of educational needs in the implementation of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating functions, methods, and learning processes as well as any obstacles faced by the West Java MUI during PKU. Based on the results of the research findings, it was revealed that the data on MUI Ulama Cadre Education (PKU) in West Java province contained the mission of "Islam Wasathiyah" to realize the decision of MUNAS IX MUI 2015 in Surabaya which had two main functions, namely; The first is a personal function, namely the graduates of the tafakkuh Fiddin ulama as preacher cadres who have the ability to guide and guide Islamic teachings to society in a directed, moderate, polite and contextual manner. While the second is a structural function, namely graduates have the ability to become the leadership relay for MUI in the future. Ulama Cadre Education (PKU) to prepare the competence of preachers in MUI West Java province with the mission of Islam Wasathiyah is a form of regeneration of preachers. preacher. Approach to non-formal education theory for adults, Education and Training theory (DIKLAT) through the Analysis of Educational Material Needs, Learning Methods and Processes. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through triangulation, observation, interviews and documentation study. The conclusion of the PKU research results with the mission "Islam Wasathiyah" MUI West Java province has implemented proven management functions in; (1) Analysis of planning needs is characterized by the formulation of a vision, mission, objectives, material structure, focus methods, instructors, facilities, participant requirements, infrastructure, consolidation and outreach, and budget, conducting the opening ceremony, and successfully getting positive responses from various parties; (2) Analysis of the need for an organizational function marked by the composition of the committee, division of tasks, coordination, consolidation and outreach; (3) Analysis of the needs of the implementation function characterized by students, learning schedules, instructor assignments, the learning process, applying varied methods, and material conveyed, carrying out field studies; (4) Analysis of the needs of the monitoring and evaluation function is indicated by routine supervision, establishing rules of order, conducting motivation, having grid questions, carrying out final examinations and field studies, and managing administration; (5) Barriers and constraints analysis; (a) there are some managers who are less active; (b) less than optimal budget, (c) the backgrounds of students are too diverse; (d) the scoring system is still semi-formal. The results of the study showed that the students 'output was described: (1) a description of the students' scores; (2) the substance of all subjects is understood; (3) master the principles of Islamic Wasathiyah mission; (4) mastering contemporary da'wah methods; (5) able to practice management sciences and da'wah methodology. The results of the study show that the outcome, graduates have a positive change in the picture; (1) there is an increase in science and insight is considered useful; (2) changes in interpreting Wasathiyah's Islamic mission description; (3) feel great benefits; (4) changing styles, a more convident attitude in preaching activities; (4) the scope of da'wah services is getting wider; (6) positive support from the community and wider local government. The results showed that the PKU program with the Islamic Wasatiyah mission in the analysis of educational needs both internally and externally had not been explored in depth, it still needed innovation and creativity which had become a commitment as material for further PKU program development. The results of the study show that this success adds to the credibility of the MUI West Java leadership, marked by full support from various groups, especially from the West Java provincial government and district / city governments in West Java. The results showed that PKU had the mission "Islam Wasathiyah" to be implemented in a sustainable manner. The results of the research show that monitoring and evaluation still require innovative, creative and coordinative development so that the competency standards of graduates are achieved. The results of this study have implications for the West Java MUI and competent parties as input and consideration in an effort to improve the analysis of the needs of PKU management functions. to prepare the preaching competency as expected.

Abstract

This study examines the management of entrepreneurial learning in increasing student independence in SMK (Multi Case Study at Mutiara Qolbu Vocational School and Ar Rahmah Vocational School in Cianjur Regency). Approach The research carried out in writing this article is to use a descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach. The use of this approach is adapted to the main objectives of the study, namely to describe and analyze. The results of this study conclude that, the Implementation of Entrepreneurial Learning Management in Improving Student Independence at SMK Ar Rahmah Cianjur and SMK Mutiara Qolbu Cianjur in an effort to prepare productive entrepreneurship teachers is optimized by various government regulatory policies so that there is an increase in student independence. However, there are problems in the management of entrepreneurial learning regarding efforts to improve the quality of entrepreneurship. First, the quality of student entrepreneurship standards has not been standardized nationally. Second, the quality of product marketing techniques is still centralized on productive entrepreneurship teachers. This means that product marketing techniques have not collaborated with the head of the business unit and the head of the expertise. Third, the quality of compiling a business plan is too heavy and congested.

Abstract

There are still many young generations who are trapped in the global flow of immorality resulting in the erosion of character values that the education system has not been able to stop, one of which is the science learning materials. This research aims to examine and analyze character education management, specifically the character of noble morals through planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating management, reviewed from the theory and concepts of learning management. Through the case study method with a qualitative approach, it shows that the management of student character education through the science learning system is still constrained by infrastructure resources and teacher competence. Noble moral character education in SMK by integrating religious programs based on Islamic teachings through religious literacy programs, and some SMKs have collaborated with parents of students in the context of continuous coaching, but are still limited by time in its implementation.

Abstract

The background of this research problem is the quality of learning in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in Bogor Regency, which still does not meet the established standards. The aims of this study are to describe: 1. PAUD policy process in improving the quality of learning, 2. Policy analysis. 3. Policy implementation, 4. Policy evaluation, 5. Barriers to policy implementation, and 6. PAUD policy implementation results. This study used a qualitative approach and data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations and documentation studies with data sources from the Bogor Regency Education Office in the field of PNF PAUD. The results of the research show: 1. The PAUD policy process in improving the quality of learning is based on the Regional Regulation of Bogor Regency Number 6 of 2011 in Articles 5,6,7. 2. Analysis of PAUD Policy in Bogor Regency there are still many that are not in accordance with National education standards and infrastructure facilities are not optimal, 3. Implementation of PAUD Policies, with HI (Holistic Integrative) PAUD Action Plans / Programs Partnership The Bogor Regency Education Office always synergizes and partners with organizations/institutions/associations of similar groups, 4. Evaluation of PAUD policies using accreditation as a benchmark in the quality of learning and the quality of these institutions, 5. Barriers to implementing PAUD human resource policies are constrained by the imbalance in the number of PAUD institutions with supervisors as PAUD coaches. 6. The results of the implementation of PAUD policies in improving the quality of learning, namely the implementation of Integrative Holistic PAUD as a form of service to the community in improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif deskkriptif ini bertujuan mengkaji gaya kepemimpinan demokratis Kepala SMK dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan yang berdaya saing di SMK Karya Guna 2 dan SMK Bina Mandiri Kota Bekasi yang bermanfaat sebagai bahan masukan untuk kebijakan penyelenggara pendidikan, sebagai tolok ukur proses pembelajaran dan peningkatan mutu lulusan yang berdaya saing pada SMK dan sebagai dasar pengembangan Peningkatan konsep Manajemen pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, Guru dan Staf secara observatif di lapangan, kemudian dianalisa berdasarkan temuan-temuan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan ideal bagi Kepala SMK adalah bergaya Demokratis, proses pengambilan keputusan dengan Musyawarah, serta melibatkan semua unsur pimpinan secara mufakat, proses melaksanakan keputusan dengan mendelegasikan wewenang dan tanggung jawab kepada bawahan, dampak penerapan gaya kepemimpinan positif dengan meningkatkan kompetensi unsur pimpinan, implementasi evaluasi program dilaksanakan dengan objektif dan kontinyu, gagasan inovasi model kepemimpinan diberikan apabila memiliki kendala dengan model gaya kepemimpinan lain.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems faced in implementing the equivalence program in non-formal education in the city of Bandung. The objectives of this research were: (1) to analyze the strategy for improving the quality of non-formal education equality programs in the context of policy and implementation; (2) assessing the implementation of the PNF equivalency program quality improvement in the context of policy and implementation; (3) knowing the effect of policies and implementation in order to improve the quality of the equality program PNF; (4) examines the problems faced to improve the quality of the equality PNF program in the context of policy and implementation; (3) knowing solutions and improvement efforts on how to improve the quality of PNF equality programs in the context of policy and implementation. This research uses mixed methods, extracting data through questionnaire techniques, interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was parametric statistics consisting of multiple linear regression and significance tests with multiple correlations. The results showed that the strategy to improve the quality of the equality program PNF had been implemented but not maximized, not synergized, and not simultaneous. Strategies are implemented in coaching, training, courses, meetings, and outreach to PKBM managers, PKBM heads, and tutors. Policies in the form of regulations have been implemented, there is a correlation, but the contribution is not yet maximal. It can be seen from the implementation of coaching, which is sometimes carried out, partly because of the lack of funds for coaching programs. Based on the research results, it can also be seen that there is a positive effect of policies on improving the quality of the equivalence program, but the positive effect of increasing the quality is not yet maximal.

Abstract

Republic Indonesia Defense University (RIDU) was established by The Minister of Education Letter Number: 29/MPN/OT/2009 dated March 6, 2009 concerning the Establishment of a Defense University and inaugurated by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on March 11, 2009. RIDU develops defense science to meet the needs of the National Defense System. This research discusses the educational management RIDU towards the world class defense university based on Planning, Organization, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC). The method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that RIDU has moved forward towards the World Class Defense University.
