Abstract

Hydrocephalus is disease that occurs resulting from disruptionthe flow of a liquid in the brain (a liquid serebro spinal) or accumulatedcerebrospinal fluid in the ventricles of cerebral , the subarachnoid space , orspace subdural. The disruption is causes the liquid the increase in manywhich then pressing brain tissue around it, especially nerve centers was vital. This research aims to devise an expert system that implements the methodof Certainty Factor ( CF ) is the value of certainty factors as the value ofclinical parameters given MYCIN to indicate the level of confidence is basedon the hypothesis that are affected by symptoms (evidence ) of a disease.Expert systems are designed based on the knowledge of specialists andassociated research on diseases Hydrocephalus is further applied on theexpert system by applying the method certainty factor whose output can beseen through the medium of a computer connected to the Internet network , itis intended to be known by the public to anticipate and know the earlysymptoms of the disease Hydrocephalus and the prevention and earlytreatment of the disease before it 's too late to be addressed.

Abstract

Already all sectors are now using the role of this technology. The role of technology in the business sector is to carry out online transactions that can be done anytime and anywhere or commonly referred to as E-commerce. Now E-commerce has grown very rapidly, this is because there are many benefits that can be obtained from the use of E-commerce. But that does not mean that the use of e-commerce is not experiencing losses, the use of e-commerce that is not on target will also create losses for business people. Of course this is a problem that must be solved wisely by being able to read the pattern of goods requested by consumers or products that are not in demand by consumers. Where to find out the pattern can be seen from the e-commerce sales data that is already available. Data mining is a technique used to perform data processing. Data processing is carried out in data mining to obtain new information that can be implemented. A priori algorithm is a method used to find a pattern of relationships between one or more dataset items. In the results of the study, it was found that there are 3 items of E-commerce sales data that can be prioritized for sales. Where of the three items there are 3 combinations of items A1èA2 with a support value of 40% and a confidence value of 67%. A combination of items A1èA5 with a support value of 50% and a confidence value of 83%. Combination of items A2èA5 with a minimum support value of 40% and a confidence value of 50%

Abstract

Pets such as tame animals of various types such as cats, dogs, rabbits and others are one of the pleasures for animal lovers in having a desire to meet the needs and protect the animal from everything, difficulty in predicting the tendency of the breed. the goods to be purchased by consumers make shop owners often run out of items that are needed by consumers, this is because buyers do not make transactions and can reduce profit income to the store so it is necessary to extract information on data on buying and selling data or transaction data, in the application of extracting information using data mining methods with the APRIORI algorithm approach which is able to assist in finding out items of pet equipment from the number of sales, the results obtained from using this algorithm show the combination of the most frequent purchases carried out simultaneously on the supply of pet equipment so that it shows items that need to be stocked up more, the results obtained meet the previously set support and confidence values of 25% and 50%, the results obtained by 3 items Bolt 10 gr, Cage, Bowl get the highest value of 65%

Abstract

This research discusses the combination of Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods to produce company manager's decisions in evaluating employee performance. The results of employee performance appraisal are expected to be more effective and objective due to the support of the decision support system used. Many studies have been conducted in performance appraisal using the Simple Additive Weighting method, but have not or do not use good weighting. With a combination of weighting and ranking methods, the outcome of the decision will certainly be more effective.

Abstract

Education is a gate to start the formation of a developed and one-nation country and education is also a gateway to the success of the nation's children, education is something that must be owned by every child and even must be owned by every individual, but there are still many children of the nation who cannot obtain education due to the high cost of education, many donors and volunteers who help unconditionally make a movement of assistance to the level of education, assistance is not only from the government but other there is assistance from outside parties provided to the school aims to provide free educational scholarships at the SMK level (School Secondary Vocational) in private schools, the donors choose to provide funding for vocational level because it is considered Minimum education is at the level of vocational / high school and its level is equivalent, so many Private Schools in the City of Medan so that a decision support system is needed to avoid mistakes in the selection of private high school schools receiving scholarship assistance funds, in this study using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method

Abstract

Kota Gorontalo dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan kesejahteraan sosial, lebih memfokuskan di bidang penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial atau PMKS seperti pemberantasan kemiskinan, terlantar, ketunaan, kecacatan, keterasingan serta penanggulangan bencana. Penyebab terjadi masalah di Kota Gorontalo diakibatkan karena kualitas SDM yang masih rendah, fisik yang cacat, sosial psikologis, serta letak geografis yang menyebabkan terjadinya bencana. Permasalahan sosial ini akan semakin luas apabila penanganannya tidak dilakukan secara serius karena pasti akan menimbulkan permasalahan berupa kriminalitas yang meningkat, perdagangan anak dan perempuan, tindakan kekerasan dan lain sebagainya. Untuk mengurangi hal tersebut pemerintah Kota Gorontalo melakukan penanganan, akan tetapi proses pendataan Daftar Penerima Bantuaan (DPM) saat ini bagi penyandang masalah belum efektif karena belum terkomputerisasi dengan baik sehingga proses penyalurannya masih terhambat dan belum tepat sasaran. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu perancangan aplikasi agar proses pendataan DPM dapat terkomputerisasi dengan baik, dan tentunya dapat membantu Dinas Sosial Kota Gorontalo dalam proses penyaluran bantuan bagi PMKS. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Research and Development, dengan kata lain sebagai sebuah metode yang di gunakan untuk menciptakan suatu produk tertentu serta menguji efektifnya sebuah produk. Aplikasi ini akan berbasis android sehingga tentunya sangat mempermudah semua pihak dalam menggunakan serta mengontrol proses pendataannya.Kata kunci; Android, PMKS, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Field facilitator workers shall guide the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) recipients intensively, either in technical matters or the fund use realization process during construction terms. Guidance is given from planning, implementing a construction, and forming an assistance recipient community group that can construct decent housing independently. Accordingly, field facilitator workers are imperative to guide the BSPS recipient community. Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Gorontalo is still selecting field facilitator workers manually, bringing on assessment errors in the selection process, e.g., selecting field facilitator workers that do not fulfill the requirement. Additionally, the sheer number of applicants overwhelms staff as they have to face off piling files of applicants. It brings about a longer selection process. As such, a systematic selection process based on the determined criteria is important. Later, it can act as a reference. It is called a decision-supporting system. Our decision-supporting system aims to help make decisions to select field facilitator workers guiding the BSPS recipient community using the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. The results point out Bambang achieved the highest final score of 87.675. Hence, MFEP in the supporting system is a recommended method to make decisions to select field facilitator workers guiding the BSPS recipient community in building decent housing.

Abstract

The Integrated Service Center for Women and Children Empowerment (P2TP2A) in Boalemo Regency is an institution that provides services to the community in cases of Domestic Violence (KDRT). The issue that arises is the lack of public knowledge about KDRT and its handling. It is important to continuously educate the community about the negative consequences of domestic violence and the importance of supporting victims and preventing such violence. With increased awareness and community participation, it is hoped that domestic violence can be minimized and eliminated, creating a safe and harmonious environment for all family members. Cases of KDRT continue to occur without being realized by the community and are rarely reported to the Center for Domestic Violence Services (PLKB) due to a lack of information on how to report KDRT cases to the PLKB. Most people feel that the complaint service is limited to reporting without any follow-up process. The research objective is to design an information system that provides information about KDRT as a means of socialization to the community and assists the community in reporting KDRT cases easily and flexibly through Android smartphones. The system analysis method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method, which aims to produce a specific product and test its effectiveness. This application is developed using Java and PHP programming languages, with MySQL as the database for data storage. The system utilizes web service techniques to retrieve data from the server. The result of this research is an application of an information system that facilitates the presentation of information about KDRT through Android smartphones, equipped with online reporting features, and can map the location of the reporter to facilitate follow-up actions by the PLKB. The calculation results show that the Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = 2 and V (G) = 2, indicating that the system is effective and efficient. The system implementation can be done on Android version 10.0 (Q), version 9.0 (Pie), and version 8.0 (Oreo).
