Abstract

Campak masih menempati urutan ke-5 penyakit yang menyerang terutama pada bayi dan balita. Cakupan imunisasi campak di provinsi Banten tahun 2013 masih rendah salah satunya di Kabupaten Tangerang sebesar 90,45%.  Penyebabnya adalah kurangnya informasi untuk mengingatkan ibu terhadap ketepatan pemberian imunisasi. Penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimen populasinya adalah bayi usia 9-12 bulan yang belum diberikan imunisasi campak di Puskesmas Pagedangan dan Puskesmas Caringin. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan purpose sampling, berjumlah 50 bayi dimana kelompok yang diberikan pengingat 18 bayi dan tidak diberikan pengingat 32 bayi. Hasil penelitian pada kelompok diberikan pengingat terdapat 83,3% yang tepat dan 16,7 % tidak tepat sedangkan pada kelompok yang tidak diberikan pengingat terdapat 81,3% yang tepat dan 18,8% tidak tepat. Hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara ketepatan waktu pemberian imunisasi campak dengan pemberian pesan singkat pengingat. Simpulan tidak ada pengaruh antara ketepatan waktu imunisasi campak dengan pemberian pesan pengingat. Saran bagi tenaga kesehatan terutama bidan untuk memiliki kontak personal ibu yang memiliki bayi untuk memberikan informasi kesehatan anak terutama pemberian imunisasi.

Abstract

Pregnancy and childbirth are inseparable chain reactions in a normal woman's life. To undergo a safe and comfortable pregnancy, pregnant women must be able to manage their body, mind and spirit holistically during pregnancy. (Kuswandi,2013) Changes in the safety and comfort of pregnant women are closely related to physical and psychological changes. (Prawiroharjo,2015) To reduce the physical and psychological complaints of mothers during pregnancy, what can be done by including the mother in pregnancy exercise classes, Prenatal yoga is a type of exercise that is good for pregnant women to do. Practicing yoga means that pregnant women practice physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.Based on the data obtained at Pamulang Health Center, from 684 pregnant women during January to April, only 20% of pregnant women attended the pregnancy class provided by the puskesmas, the remaining 80% of pregnant women were not involved in gymnastics classes at all. The absence of pregnant women is due to busyness and unsuitable schedules. The general objective of this study is to develop audiovisual self-training media for basic prenatal yoga and to test its effectiveness.The research method is action research. The first stage will conduct a study of the condition and level of needs of pregnant women about basic prenatal yoga. The second stage will be the process of making audiovisual media for basic prenatal yoga self-training. The third stage is testing the effectiveness of the media. The results showed that 60% of respondents did not know well what Prenatal Yoga was, pre-intervention described the mean score of physiological comfort during pregnancy of 56.1 with a range of values ranging from a score of 35-77. The mean value obtained post intervention was 48.4 with scores ranging from 30-70. p value of 0,000. Thus, it is known that there is a significant relationship between prenatal yoga movements and physiological comfort during pregnancy.

Abstract

Background Pregnancy is a special condition for a woman as a prospective mother, because during pregnancy there will be many changes both physical, social and mental changes. During pregnancy there can also be things that cause a high-risk pregnancy especially those associated with anemia. This ignorance is one of the reasons for the lack of supporting media information related to the practice of how to consume FE tablets correctly. This study generally aims to analyze the level of understanding of mothers about how to consume FE tablets and compile an effective video information media for pregnant women about the practice of FE Tablet consumption patterns, so that it can effectively improve mothers' understanding of FE tablet consumption patterns practices that can meet FE's needs to you during pregnancy. In line with the objectives to be achieved in this study, this research uses the action research method. This method was chosen because in the first phase, research will be carried out on the condition and level of understanding of pregnant women regarding the practice of correct consumption patterns of FE tablets. Furthermore, in the second phase, an implementation / action will be carried out to implement and test the application and effectiveness of the use of information media in the form of video provided in Puskesmas Cisoka Kabupaten Tangerang. Research TKT at level 3. Results Increased knowledge of pregnant women before being given health education 42 to 65. Increased knowledge of pregnant women before being given video-based educational media 43 to 76. The targeted output in this study is to produce a video-based educational media that will increasing the percentage of regular consumption of Fe tablets in pregnant women can be accessed through in  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIFi0y4KjCc  The conclusion in this study is the analys of media needed to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about the consumption patterns of Fe tablets that are adequate to reduce the risk of anemia in pregnant women. Significant increase in knowledge of pregnant women (P. value 0.001). The advice given to the providers of care (Midwives) is to use video-based educational media as an alternative media for health education.
