Abstract

Nasib kompetisi di bidang olahraga ketika diliburkan pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 sangat berdampak bagi para pelaku kompetisi olahraga di Indonesia. Kompetisi olahraga adalah sumber perekonomian bagi semua kalangan, tak hanya pelakunya namun semua kalangan. Ketika wabah pandemi covid-19 datang ke Indonesia, membuat masyarakat khususnya para pelaku yang berkecimpung didunia olahraga menjadi susah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari harinya, akibat lockdown dan turnamen yang di liburkan baik dari tingkat Nasional hingga di pelosok daerah. Hasil observasi baik secara diskusi pada pelaku dunia olahraga khususnya pelaku sepakbola, baik dari panitia turnamen, wasit, manager, pemain tarkam hingga masyarakat daerah Lombok Barat Nusa Tenggara Barat, menerangkan di lokasi pengabdian kompetisi Tarkam adalah sumber mata pencaharian yang menguntungkan baik dari panitia, wasit, pedagang kecil, manager club hingga pemain. Pelaku kompetisi tarkam khususnya pemain kebanyakan anak usia remaja, dewasa yang bekerja di perusahaan, pengangguran, dan lain sebagainya. Pada masa sebelum terjadi pandemi pemain sepakbola tarkam bisa mengumpulkan uang sebesar Rp 20 juta/tahun Perhatian lebih pada pemain remaja di lingkungan masyarakat di lokasi studi memerlukan penanganan, agar tidak terjerumus ke hal-hal negatif yang melanggar hukum. Sehingga dalam upaya tersebut tim mengambil langkah memberikan sosialisasi, motivasi, pelatihan kewirausahaan baik berbentuk jajanan tradisional dan alat olahraga tradisional, dan pelatihan marketing. Mengingat adanya sirkuit balap Mandalika, sehingga kegiatan sosialisasi ini sangat bermanfaat ke depan baik pada masa pandemi berakhir. Beberapa hal di atas tersebut tercetuslah tema pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema Sosialisasi Berwirausaha, Guna Menambah Penghasilan Pemain Sepakbola PSGS Gunungsari Ketika Masa Kompetisi Diliburkan Akibat Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Discussion related to nationalism has become an essential topic in the field of Indonesian education, particularly in the context of education in the border area. This study reported on the condition of educational services, and explored the meaning and experience of nationalism from Indonesian migrant workers' (IMW's) children at the community learning center (CLC) Sarawak, Indonesia-Malaysia border area. The study employed qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, intended to produce in-depth data on the meaning and experience of nationalism from IMW's children attending CLC Sarawak, Malaysia. The data collected in this study used the main data through exhaustive interviews and observation, while additional data was collected through documentation. The results showed that CLC has made the optimal efforts in growing IMW's children nationalism in border areas, included: i) Implementing educational curriculum in accordance with curriculum standards in Indonesia; ii) Implement programs that can increase IMW's children nationalism; and iii) Improve access and quality education services for IMW's children in border areas. Furthermore, IMW's children interpret nationalism as a feeling of love, pride, and willingness to sacrifice for the nation and country with all their heart. The meaning of nationalism is constructed through various children’s experiences obtained in the school environment, family environment, and socio-cultural conditions in the community. The results and discussions reported in this study can serve as a reference and guideline for the Indonesian government to formulate and prioritize educational designs or policies for Indonesian migrant workers in border areas.

Abstract

Traditional society still perceives that physical education is ineffective in shaping children’s character and that physical education is still considered as only a playing activity without having significant effects to the development of children’s social skill. This research aims to help children shape their social skills through the traditional games provided by physical education teachers with their comprehensive playing activities. The method used in this research was a qualitative approach, by doing some observations and unstructured interviews to teachers and students. The format of the game used in this research was the modification of traditional games called ‘Gobak Sodor’ which is adapted to the multilateral development of children and the theory of sports education. The result of observation and interview shows that the modified traditional games ‘Gobak Sodor’ can help children to shape their social skills, such as personal and social responsibility, teamwork, communication and the care of each other in the game. It can be concluded that the social skills of children can not be created instantly. It requires time and continuous learning process. One of the approaches which can be used in forming children’s social skills is modified traditional sport games ‘Gobak Sodor’.

Abstract

Sejarah yang begitu panjang dalam mempertahankan eksistensi pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga di Indonesia, masih belum bisa memberikan sebuah ‘oase’ atau pengalaman yang menyenangkan di tengah permasalahan-permasalahan yang semakin menjustifikasi ketidakbermanfaatan pendidikan jasmani di sekolah maupun masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengungkap gambaran tentang permasalahan, urgensi, dan pemahaman dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar dari perspektif guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif dengan penekanan pada pengetahuan dan pengalaman subjek pada situasi dan permasalahan tertentu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama dua bulan melalui observasi dan wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap tiga belas guru pendidikan jasmani (n=13), di lima sekolah dasar di Pulau Lombok, NTB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Pertama, permasalahan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dapat dirumuskan bahwa masih kurang atau tidak memadainya prasarana dan sarana, materi pembelajaran tidak sesuai dengan RPP, kurangnya pemahaman tentang konsep pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani baik dari pengawas maupun guru, dan masih terdapat kekeliruan dan ketidaksesuaian konsep dengan praktik pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Kedua, keadaan yang sangat mendesak (urgensi) dalam pendidikan jasmani adalah tentang kerentanan hilangnya eksistensi pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar, dan semakin melemahnya esensi pendidikan jasmani sebagai tempat memberikan pengalaman gerak dan olahraga yang menyenangkan kepada semua peserta didik tanpa adanya diskriminasi, polarisasi, dan tendensi bias gender. Ketiga, guru pendidikan jasmani memiliki kekurangan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang model pembelajaran dan model penilaian yang sesuai dengan kurikulum. Physical education, sports, and health in elementary schools: description of problems, urgency, and understanding of teacher perspectives AbstractThe long history in maintaining the existence of physical education and sports in Indonesia, is still not able to provide an 'oasis' or a pleasant experience in the midst of problems that increasingly justify the uselessness of physical education in schools and the community. The objective of this research is to reveal an idea of the problems, urgency, and understanding of the physical education learning in elementary school from a teacher's perspective. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative design with an emphasizes the subject's knowledge and experience in certain situations and problems. Data collection was conducted for two months through observations and semi-structured interviews towards thirteen physical education teachers (n = 13), in five elementary schools in Lombok Island, NTB. The results shows that; First, the problem in the learning of physical education can be formulated that it is still lacking or inadequate infrastructure and facilities, learning materials are not in accordance with the RPP, lack of understanding about physical education concepts both the supervisor and the teachers, and there are still errors and discrepancies concept with physical education learning practices. Second, the urgency in physical education is about the vulnerability of the loss existence of physical education in elementary schools, and the weakening of the essence of physical education as a place to provide a pleasant experience of movement and sports to all students without discrimination, polarization, and gender bias tendencies. Third, physical education teachers have a lack of knowledge and understanding of learning models and assessment models that are in accordance with the curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga bola voli pantai di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Contexs, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu análisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga bola voli pantai di Provinsi NTB masih kurang baik dan di DIY sudah berjalan dengan baik. Pada evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi di NTB, dari segi contexs sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi input masih kurang baik. Dari segi process masih sangat kurang. Dari segi product secara garis besar prestasi yang diraih sudah baik, dapat dilihat dari hasil dokumentasi prestasi-prestasi yang pernah diraih oleh atlet-atlet NTB. Sedangkan di DIY, evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi dari segi contexs sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi input sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi process sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik. Abstract

The physical education learning process through the scientific method emphasizes finding information about the basic techniques/skills taught and game rules to find solutions to every problem encountered. This study aims to determine the results of the implementation of the scientific method in learning physical education. The study design was a cross-sectional study. There were 386 students and three physical education teachers participants. The data collection procedure in this study used an assessment questionnaire for students and an interview protocol for physical education teachers. Two research instruments were used: student questionnaire sheets and teacher interview protocols. Student questionnaire data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive and physical education teacher interview data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive. The results of the assessment of the response of class students indicate that the implementation of the scientific method in physical education learning has been going very well. This is evidenced by the percentage value of the assessment of more than 75%, both in the initial, core, and final activity variables. This research has an impact on increasing the knowledge and competence of teachers related to scientific methods and improving the quality of physical education learning.

Abstract

Floating Service adalah jenis servis dimana jalannya bola dari hasil pukulan servis itu tidak mengandung putaran, dengan kata lain bola berjalan mengapung atau mengambang. Dengan demikian tingkat kesulitan dalam melakukan floating service lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan servis normal. Selain membutuhkan teknik servis yang baik, dibutuhkan pula mental dan kepercayaan diri seorang atlet, hal ini berhubungan erat antara imagery dan penampilan atlet dalam olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah model latihan Imagery terhadap Ketepatan Floating Service pada Atlet Voli Pantai NTB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau yang sering disebut research and development yang mana digunakan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk yang diinginkan. Penelitian R&D ini menggunakan 10 langkah sesuai dengan pendapat Sugiyono. yaitu: (1) Studi pendahuluan (analisis kebutuhan), (2) perencanaan (tujuan penelitian, dana, waktu, prosedur penelitian, berbagai bentuk partisipasi, (3) mengembangkan produk awal (perencanaan draft awal produk), (4) ujicoba awal (mencoba draft produk ke wilayah dan subjek yang terbatas), (5) revisi untuk menyusun produk utama, (6) uji coba lapangan utama (uji coba ke wilayah dan subjek yang lebih luas), (7) revisi untuk menyusun produk operasional, (8) uji coba produk operasional (uji efektif produk), (9) revisi produk final (revisi produk yang efektif), dan (10) diseminasi dan  implementasi  produk  hasil  pengembangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UKM Bola Voli IKIP Mataram untuk uji coba skala kecil, Klub Bola Voli Lombok Tengah untuk skala besar, dan Klub Voli Pantai NTB untuk uji efektifitas produk akhir. Pengumpulan data berupa panduan analisis kebutuhan yang dikemas dalam wawancara, kuesioner obeservasi sistematik pada uji skala kecil dan skala besar dan lembar penilaian atlet. Teknik analisis data untuk validitas instrument menggunakan formula Aiken’s V (content validity coefficient)/ V= Σs/ [n(c-1)], dan uji produk menggunakan rumus P= f/n x (100%) dengan standar klasifikasi kelayakan. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yaitu studi pendahuluan, uji skala kecil dan skala besar yang telah dilakukan dengan percobaaan floating service dinyatakan bahwa penilaian para ahli terhadap model latihan imagery untuk meningkatkan ketepatan floating service dikatakan ‘layak’ untuk diterapkan di lapangan

Abstract

Abstract

Exercise physical condition, especially the speed and explosive power leg muscle needed by athletes. So that the physical conditions in all sports especially football sports need to be trained with a good workout. Exercises intended to improve the speed and explosive power leg muscle is phyomeric and resistance exercises. The purpose of this study was to assess: (1) the effect of plyometric exercises to increase speed and explosive power leg muscle; (2) the effect of resistance training to increase the speed and explosive power leg muscle; and (3) the effects of plyometric and resistance training to increase the speed and explosive power leg muscle. This type of research used in this research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental methods. The design of this research use only matching design and data analysis using ANOVA. The process of data collection is done with a test run of 30 meters and leg muscle explosive power test using a jump off during the pretest and posttest. Furthermore, the data of the present study analysis using SPSS 20.0 series. The results showed: (1) There is significant influence plyometric training program to increase speed and explosive power leg muscle; (2) There is a significant effect of resistance training program to increase speed and explosive power leg muscle; (3) There is significant differences between the effects of plyometric training program and the resistance to increasing the speed and explosive power leg muscle. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the speed and explosive power leg muscle for each experimental group and control group after being given plyometric training and resistance seen from the results of t-test. other than that there are differences in the effect through ANOVA test, as well as plyometric exercise program is more effective than resistance training and the control group in improving the speed and explosive power leg muscle

Abstract

Olahraga bola voli merupakan permainan yang sangat kompleks, dimana permainan bola voli memiliki beberapa teknik dasar yang sangat bervariasi. Setiap pemain harus dapat menguasai keterampilan bermain bola voli, agar mampu untuk berprestasi, akan tetapi setelah peneliti melakukan survei atau observasi pada UKM BolaVoli IKIP Mataram, masih sangat kurang dalam melakukan servis atas, para pemain hanya melakukan servis atas tanpa mampu mengarahkan bola ke posisi yang diinginkan, sehingga pemain hanya melakukan servis atas tanpa memiliki ketepatan yang benar. Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada Pengaruh Latihan Decline Push Up dan Standing Fore Arm Flexion terhadap Ketepatan Service Atas pada UKM BolaVoli IKIP Mataram Tahun 2016?. Tujuan Penelitian ingin mengetahui ada atau tidak Pengaruh Latihan Decline Push Up dan Standing Fore Arm Flexion terhadap Ketepatan Service Atas pada UKM BolaVoli IKIP Mataram Tahun 2016. Rancangan Penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen “Group Pretest-posttest Design”. Eksperimen ini masih terdapat variabel luar yang berpengaruh terhadap terbentuknya variabel terikat. Adapun pelaksanaan rancangan ini adalah dengan cara memberikan perlakuan (treatment), berupa latihan Decline Push Up dan Standing Fore Arm Flexion terhadap subjek dalam waktu tertentu, pengukuran Ketepatan Servis Atas dilakukan dengan instrument tes Servis, di lakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan di berikan. Populasi yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 20 pemain, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan studi populasi. Dan hasil penelitian keadaan ini didukung oleh analisa t-test yang menghasilkan t-hitung lebih besar dari pada t-tabel. Latihan Decline Push Up dengan nilai (> 2.262) sehingga hipotesis Nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis (Ha) diterima yang berbunyi: “Ada Pengaruh Latihan Decline Push Up terhadap Ketepatan Service Atas pada UKM BolaVoli IKIP Mataram Tahun 2016”, sedangkan latihan Standing Fore Arm Flexion dengan nilai (12.67>2.262) sehingga hipotesis Nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis (Ha) diterima yang berbunyi: “Ada Pengaruh Latihan Standing Fore Arm Flexion terhadap Ketepatan Service Atas pada UKM BolaVoli IKIP Mataram Tahun 2016
