Peningkatan Menulis Deskripsi Melalui Model Problem Based Learning Pada Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

Problems relate of to improving the skills of writing descriptions through the model of Problem Based Learning (LBL). The research aims to describe the planning, implementation, assessment, and enhancement of the writing description. Data collection techniques were performed with observations, interviews, and tests. The results of analysis were presented in a qualitative descriptive. The results of the study showed that each cycle experienced improvement, as follows. (1) The study plan on the cycle of one assessment is 71.5 and at a triple cycle of 93 with excellent categories, (2) The implementation of learning, on the one cycle of 70 and on the three cycles of 91 with excellent category (3) Assessment Write the description, in the pracycle, cycle one, two cycles, and three cycles were obtained on average of 74.6; 77.5; 80; and 85. (4) Improved learning on cycle one, two cycles, and three cycles experienced a significant increase.Permasalahan berkaitan dengan peningkatan keterampilan menulis deskripsi melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Tujuan penelitian yakni, mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian, dan peningkatan menulis deskripsi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Hasil analisis disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setiap siklus mengalami peningkatan, sebagai berikut. (1) Rencana pembelajaran pada siklus satu hasil penilaiannya sebesar 71,5 dan pada siklus tiga sebesar 93 dengan kategori amat baik, (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pada siklus satu sebesar 70 dan pada siklus tiga sebesar 91 dengan kategori amat baik (3) Penilaian menulis deskripsi, pada prasiklus, siklus satu, siklus dua, dan siklus tiga diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 74,6; 77,5; 80; dan 85. (4) Peningkatan pembelajaran pada siklus satu, siklus dua, dan siklus tiga mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.Kata kunci       : model Problem Based Learning (PBL), perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian, dan peningkatan, teks deskripsi.
