<![CDATA[The outpatient registration service at Muhammadiyah Hospital Ponorogo is still not optimal. Errors in the identification process in the registration section were caused by the officers' lack of knowledge. This research design is descriptive. Respondents were selected with a saturated sampling technique from the population, namely all 13 registration officers. The data collection method is a questionnaire. The results showed that the identification, naming and numbering were generally good (85%).
