<![CDATA[Abstrak Latar Belakang: Rumah sakit merupakan sarana di bidang kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan yang menghasilkan limbah medis padat seperti limbah infeksius, patologis, farmasi, sitotoksik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen pengelolaan limbah medis padat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Dumai. Metode: Jenis. penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah informan sebanyak 5 orang yaitu Kepala Instalasi Kesling, Petugas Kesehatan, Staf Farmasi, Cleaning Service, dan petugas TPS. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Kesimpulan: Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SDM di Rumah Sakit masih belum memadai, sarana dan prasarana sudah memadai, dana sudah teralokasi dengan baik, pada tahap pemilahan masih terdapat pencampuran limbah medis dan non medis, pada tahap pengumpulan sudah sesuai standar, pada tahap penampungan sudah sesuai standar, pada tahap pengangkutan sudah sesuai standar, dan pada tahap pemusnahan tidak sesuai dengan standar. Abstrack Management of Medical Solid Waste At Dumai Hospital City Background: The hospital is organize health services that produce various medical solid waste like infectious, pathology, pharmacy, sitotoksik The purpose of this research to know the management of medical solid waste in Dumai Hospital. Methode: The kind of research this descriptive qualitative. Amount of informan are five persons is head of environmental health, nurse, cleaning service, pharmacy staff, a poll station worker. The technique of collecting data through in-depth interviews and observations. Conclusion: Human resources in the hospital is weak, facilities and infrastructure are adequate, the cost is allocated with well, at the sorting there are still mixing waste medical, at the collections is according to the standard, at the shelter is in line standard, at the transportation is in line standard and at the disposal not conforming to standard.]]>
