<![CDATA[This study aimed to describe the education character values and the meaning of the education character values in Kayaq Sandongan mask dance. Object of the study was the education character values and the meaning of the education character values in Kayaq Sandongan. Data were collected by determining unit and recording then analyzed by data reduction and data analysis. Inference based on four categories of education character values. Semantics validity and interview toward experts are used to validity the result of study. Based on the result of study it can be concluded that there are four education character values in Kayaq Sandongan mask dance. First, education character value that reflected in the relationship between human and God that covered religiuos. Second, education character value that reflected in relationship between human and oneself that covered hard work and responsible. Third, education character value that reflected in relationship between human and society that covered honest, tolerance and responsible. Fourth, education character value that reflected in relationship between human and environment that covered environmental care. It is suggested that Kayaq Sandongan mask dance can be introduced to elementary school students through extra curricular in order that students understand and appreciate Kayaq Sandongan]]>
