<![CDATA[Salah satu kompetensi manajerial pengelola pendidikan luar sekolah kelompok belajar paket A, B dan C yang ditetapkan oleh departemen pendidikan nasional. Kompetensi itu adalah mengorganisasikan penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Kesetaraan dalam hal mengatur pelaksanaan program yang mencakup sistem informasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat saat ini adalah mendukung tercapainya kompetensi manajerial PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) dalam bentuk penerapan sistem informasi pembayaran iuran berbasis komputer. Metode kegiatan terbagi dalam tiga tahap, yaitu ; (1) observasi/wawancara pendahuluan dan pengembangan sistem (2) penerapan aplikasi dan pelatihan pengoperasian (3) evaluasi dan monitoring. Setelah melalui tiga tahap kegiatan tersebut akhirnya dihasilkan satu produk dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis komputer yang diberi nama Makbuku. Aplikasi Makbuku dikembangkan secara khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan PKBM Zamzam sehingga lembaga bisa mengelola data pembayaran iuran siswa dalam satu aplikasi. Keberadaan Aplikasi Makbuku diharapkan mampu memperkuat manajerial PKBM Zamzam secara khusus dan meningkatkan kualitas komunitas belajar yang diinisiasi masyarakat secara umum. That competencies was to organize the implementation of Equality Education in terms of regulating the implementation of programs that include information systems. The aim of the community service activities at this time is to support the achievement of managerial competence of PKBM (Community Learning Activity Centers) in the application of information systems on student tuition payment with computer-based. The activity method is divided into three stages, namely; (1) preliminary observation / interview and system development (2) applicate of applications and operational training (3) evaluation and monitoring. After going through the three stages of the activity, one product was finally produced in a computer-based application called Makbuku. The Makbuku application was developed specifically to meet the needs of Zamzam PKBM so that the institution can manage student tuition payment data in one application.
