HUBUNGAN STATUS GIZI DENGAN KEMAMPUAN MOTORIK SISWA DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH SE KECAMATAN REJOTANGAN

Abstract

Abstrak Status gizi dan keterampilan motorik siswa perlu dipertimbangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi yang baik agar dapat mendukung keterampilan motorik siswa yang akan memengaruhi kehidupan masa depan mereka..Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan metode survei dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas 7 di MTS Se Kecamatan Rejotangan, Kabupaten Tulungagung sejumlah 100 anak. Untuk variabel status gizi, pengukuran menggunakan uji berat / tinggi badan (BB / TB), dan untuk keterampilan motorik variabel dengan instrumen berikut: Standing Broad Jump, Wall pass, Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi terhadap motorik siswa MTS se Kecamatan Rejotangan. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh hubungan antara status gizi dengan kemampuan motorik sebasar 0,557. hasil pengujian hipotesis hubungan tersebut dinyatakan positif dan signifikan karena nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t hitung sebesar 21,232 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,553 hasil korelasi antara status gizi dengan kemapuan motorik bernilai positif artinya status gizi dengan kemampuan motorik bernilai positif artinya status gizi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan gerak motorik, dengan adanya pernyataan tersebut rata rata status gizi pada MTS se kecamatan Rejotangan dapat diterima. Berdasarkan data diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan status gizi dengan mototrik siswa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dimana dapat dilihat dari hasil uji korelasi antara status gizi dengan motorik siswa Kata Kunci: Status Gizi, Motorik ABTRACT The nutritional status and motor skills of students need to be considered. Meeting the needs of good nutrition can support students' motor skills that will affect their future lives. This research is a correlational study using survey methods and data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The subjects in this study were all 7th grade students in MTS in Rejotangan District Tulungagung Regency with 100 students. For nutritional status variables measurements using weight / height (BB / TB) test, and for variable motor skills are used the following instruments: Standing Broad Jump, Wall Pass, data analysis techniques using t test. This study aims to determine the relationship between nutritional status and motor skills of MTS students in Rejotangan Subdistrict. This research type is a correlation study to determine the relationship between nutritional status and motor ability, the calculation results obtained by the relationship between nutritional status and 0.557 motor skills. the results of testing the hypothesis of the relationship are stated positive and significant because the value of t arithmetic greater than t arithmetic of 21.232 is greater than t table of 1.553 the results of the correlation between nutritional status with motoric positive value means that nutritional status with positive motor ability means that nutritional status influences positive for motor ability, with the statement the average nutritional status in MTS in Rejotangan sub-district is acceptable. Based on the above data it can be concluded that the nutritional status mountains with the student's mototrics have a significant relationship which can be seen from the results of the correlation test between the nutritional status and students' motor skills.
