Sikap patuh pada program diet dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, sikap positif dan kesadaran seseorang . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan menggunakan purposive sampling , dan ada 44 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan korelasi spearman rank. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang diet diabetes dengan sikap taat dalam melakukan diet. Diharapkan bahwa klinik pemerintah daerah meningkatkan program konseling kepada pasien dari NIDDM dengan melibatkan anggota keluarga dan juga membuat kelompok untuk pasien NIDDM sehingga mereka dapat berbagi informasi dan saling mendukung untuk membuat program terapi berhasil.Kata kunci: trauma tumpul abdomen, laserasi kapsul lien, avulsi pedikel lien, syok hipovolemik, iritasi diafragma, splenectomy.ABSTRACTIntervention diet to control blood glucose is an important intervention for patient of NIDDM. The obedient attitudes to the diet program are influenced by the diabetic’s knowledge to their diet program. Constitued by knowledge, positive attitudes and awareness, someone’s behavior will be permanent. This research is analytic research with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, and there were 44 respondent. The obtained data were analysed with Sperman rank correlation. The conclution of this research is there is a relationship between knowledge about diabetic diet with their obedient attitudes in doing the diet. It is expected that the local government clinics improve counseling program to patient of NIDDM by involving the family member and also making groups for patients of NIDDM so that they can share information and support each other to make the therapy program succeed.Keyword: Level of knowledge, the obedient attitudes, patient of niddm]]>
