<![CDATA[Abstrak Dalam undang-undang No 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional disebutkan bahwa “Tujuan Pendidikan Nasional ialah mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan mengembangkan manusia seutuhnya, yaitu manusia beriman dan bertaqwa terhadap tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berbudi pekerti luhur, memiliki keterampilan, pengetahuan kesehatan jasmani dan rohani, kepribadian yang mantap dan mandiri serta rasa tanggung jawab kemasyarakatan dan kebangsaan”. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut salah satunya adalah melaksanakan kegiatan Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) yaitu, pendidikan kesehatan, pelayanan kesehatan, dan pembinaan lingkungan sekolah sehat. Untuk mendukung pelaksanaan UKS dibutuhkan berbagai pihak salah satunya adalah guru pendidikan jasmani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Bojonegoro tahun 2015, (2) Untuk mengetahui gambaran Peran Guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) dalam pelaksanaan Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Bojonegoro tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah non eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi karena respondennya adalah seluruh populasi yaitu SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Bojonegoro. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan presentase, mean, dan standart deviasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari lembar observasi UKS, strata yang terpenuhi dari tiga program pokok UKS yakni pada pendidikan kesehatan, dari ke 4 sekolah tersebut 2 sekolah berstrata optimal, dan 2 sekolah berstrata paripurna. Pelayanan Kesehatan, dari 4 sekolah 1 sekolah berstrata optimal. 1 sekolah berstrata standart, dan 2 sekolah bersetrata minimal. Pembinaan lingkungan sekolah sehat, 2 sekolah, 1 sekolah menempati strata standart, 1 sekolah menepati strata minimal. Hasil penghitugan angket guru PJOK, 4 guru sudah berperan dalam pelaksanaan UKS dan 6 guru sangat berperan dalam pelaksanaan UKS. Dengan nilai 126, rata-rata sebesar 12, standar deviasi 1,7 dan varian sebesar 2,9. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan UKS di SMA Negeri se-kecamatan Bojonegoro baik, karena semua sekolah melaksanakan kegiatan UKS dan sebagian besar sekolah berstrata standart. Untuk peran guru PJOK harus lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran pendidikan kesehatan di sekolah. Kata Kunci : Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS), Peran Guru Pendidikan Jasmani Abstract In law No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System states that "The goal of National Education is to educate the nation and develop the whole man , the man faithful and devoted to God Almighty and noble character , skills , knowledge, physical and spiritual health , personality steady and independent and sense of responsibility of community and nationality ". To realize these goals one of which is carrying out activities of School Health Unit ( SHU ), namely , health education , health care , and fostering a healthy school environment . To support the implementation of the school health program takes various parties one of which is a physical education teacher. The purpose of this study are : ( 1 ) To find a picture of the implementation of the School Health Unit ( SHU ) at the State Senior high school throughout the District Bojonegoro 2015 , ( 2 ) To reveal the role of the teacher of Physical Education , Sport and Health in the implementation of the School Health Unit ( SHU ) at the State Senior high school throughout the District Bojonegoro 2015. This type of research is non experiment with quantitative approach . This study is a population for which the respondent is the entire population of the State senior high school throughout the District of Bojonegoro . The instrument used in this study is the questionnaire . Data were analyzed using percentage , mean , and standard deviation. The results obtained from the school health observation sheet , strata which are met from three main programs namely school health efforts on health education , from 2 to 4 school the optimal stratified schools and 2 schools stratified plenary . Health Services , from 4 schools 1 school stratified optimal. 1 schools stratified standard , and 2 schools bersetrata minimal . Fostering a healthy school environment , 2 schools , 1 school occupies the strata standard , one school kept minimal strata . Results of the questionnaire counting of teachers of Physical Education , Sport and Health , 4 teachers have been instrumental in the implementation of the SHU and 6 teachers are very instrumental in the implementation of the SHU . With a value of 126 , an average of 12 , standard deviation of 1.7 and 2.9 variants. From these data it can be concluded that the implementation of the school health program in the State Senior high school districts throughout Bojonegoro good , because all the schools conducting SHU and most schools berstrat standard .
