Abstract

ABSTRAK Mesin/peralatan yang digunakan perlu dijaga kondisinya agar terhindar dari kerusakan paling tidak mengurangi waktu kerusakan. PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi alat-alat listrik. Bagian Press II merupakan bagian produksi yang memiliki kerusakan tertinggi. Sistem perawatan periodik saat ini tidak berjalan sesuai rencana sehingga perawatan tetap dilakukan secara corrective. Penelitian ini menentukan rancangan penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) untuk dapat menghilangkan six big losses dan meningkatkan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Hasil penelitian pada mesin Dobby 50 No.4, ISIS 40 No.1, menggunakan jadwal perawatan sehingga dapat meminimasi downtime. Melakukan perawatan terhadap item yang dapat menyebabkan six big losses tertinggi. Rata-rata nilai OEE meningkat setelah menerapkan rancangan TPM dalam melakukan perawatan. Kata kunci: Perawatan, (Total Productive Maintenance) TPM, Six Big Losses, OEE   ABSTRACT The condition of machines need to be maintained to avoid failure or at least reduce the failure time. PT. XYZ is company that produces electrical appliances. The machine that has high frequency of failure is found at Press II section. However, maintenance system didn’t go according to plan, so maintenence is still conducted in a corrective maintenance. This research determine the implementation Design of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to be eliminate of six big losses and improve Overalls Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The result of this research to Dobby 50 no.4, ISIS 40 no 1, using maintenance schedule to minimization downtime. Applying maintenance to the item that could caus six big losses.
