Abstract

PT. Nobel Industries adalah perusahaan yang memiliki spesialisasi dalam pembuatan benang. Mesin yang digunakan di PT. Nobel Industries diantara lain adalah adalah mesin Dyeing, Hydro Dryer, Dryer, Blending, Carding, Spinning, Twister, dan Winding. Namun diantara semua mesin yang digunakan mesin dyeing merupakan mesin dengan biaya produksi yang paling mahal di PT. Nobel Industries. Mesin dyeing sering mengalami kerusakan pada saat proses produksi berlangsung, hal tersebut karena belum terdapat kebijakan perawatan pencegahan bagi mesin dyeing tersebut. Komponen yang sering mengalami kerusakan (kritis) adalah air pressure switch, diapram dan main shaft. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penjadwalan perawatan yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung interval penggantian pencegahan kerusakan adalah metode age replacement.   Kata kunci: Mesin dyeing, Perawatan Pencegahan, Komponen kritis, Penjadwalan perawatan, Age replacement.   ABSTRACT PT. Nobel Industries is a company that has specialized in the manufacture of yarn. Dyeing, Hydro Dryer, Dryer, Blending, Carding, Spinning, Twister, and Winding are machines used at PT Nobel Industries. Dyeing machine is a machine with a expensive cost at PT. Nobel Industries. Dyeing machines often damaged during the production process, it is because there has been no policy of preventive maintenance for the dyeing machine. Components which are often damaged (critical) are air pressure switch, diapram and main shaft. Therefore, it is necessary to apply optimal scheduling maintenance. The method that used to calculate the damage preventive replacement interval is age replacement method.
