Abstract

Perancangan tata letak fasilitas bagi perusahaan konveksi merupakan hal yang penting untuk dipertimbangkan dalam suatu sistem perusahaan. Permasalahan yang timbul saat ini di perusahaan konveksi yang diteliti yaitu minimnya luas lantai Fasilitas di bagian pabrik dan sistem tata letak yang kurang teratur sehingga berdampak pada fleksibilitas karyawan dalam bekerja, maka perlu dilakukan perancangan tata letak baru. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, metode yang digunakan adalah algoritma computerized relationship layout technique (CORELAP), algoritma ini merupakan salah satu dari metode konstruksi yang menggunakan peringkat hubungan kedekatan yang dinyatakan dalam total closeness rating (TCR) dalam pemilihan penempatan fasilitas. Penempatan fasilitas dapat berdasarkan placing rating dengan melihat nilai weight closeness rating atau jumlah bobot antar fasilitas. Kata Kunci: Perancangan tata letak fasilitas, Computerized relationship layout technique (CORELAP), Weight Closeness Rating. ABSTRACT Designing the layout of the facility for convections company is an important thing to consider in an enterprise system. The problems that arise currently in convections company studied are about the narrowness of the factory area and systems that are less regular layout so the impact on employees flexibility in work, so it is necessary to design a new layout. Based on the existing problems, the method used is a computerized algorithm relationship layout technique (CORELAP), this algorithm is one of the construction method that uses rank close relationship that is expressed in total closeness rating (TCR) in the selection of the placement of the facility.
