<![CDATA[Perancangan tata letak fasilitas merupakan hal penting dalam peningkatan produktivitas perusahaan. CV. VISA INSAN MADANI merupakan salah satu perusahaan garmen yang menghasilkan baju tunik dan koko di Bandung. Saat ini perusahaan ingin melakukan kontruksi pabrik pada bagian produksi tanpa melihat layout lama. Luas lahan di lantai produksi yang tersedia saat ini belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ditandai dengan terdapatnya beberapa lokasi produksi yang letaknya berjauhan dan berbeda lokasi. Untuk itu, perusahaan akan memindahkan lokasi produksi pada lahan baru yang lebih luas. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Teknik Konvesional dan algoritma Automated Layout Design Program (ALDEP) yang berfungsi untuk menghasilkan rancangan tata letak mesin dilantai produksi yang dapat meminimumkan total ongkos material handling di CV.VISA INSAN MADANI serta pola aliran produksi dapat berjalan dengan lancar.
