PENGARUH NANOGOLD TERHADAP ORGAN JANTUNG MENCIT (MUS MUSCULUS) AKIBAT PEMAPARAN MERKURI NANOGOLD (EFFECT AT CARDIAC OF MUS MUSCULUS INTO MERCURY EXPOSURE)

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemulihan nanogold terhadap organ jantungMus musculus yang sebelumnya terpapar merkuri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah true experiment. Metode yangdigunakan adalah voltametri dan histokimia dari jantung Mus musculus yang dibagi menjadi 4 kelompokperlakuan yaitu kelompok kontrol, merkuri, nanogold, dan kelompok pemulihan dengan nanogold selama 4minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok kontrol, merkuri, dan nanogold memiliki kadarmerkuri sebesar 0.00521%, 0.00154 % dan 0.00095% , serta kelompok pemulihan nanogold 10 ppm yangdiberikan kepada Mus musculus selama 4 minggu memiliki potensi menurunkan kadar merkuri dengan nilaiberturut-turut 0,00306%, 0,00305%, 0,00229 dan 0,00159%. Hasil histokomia menunjukkan adanya pengaruhpemberian nanogold terhadap kuantitas sel dan pemulihan organ jantung yang rusak oleh paparan merkuri. Olehkarena itu, nanogold berpotensi untuk menurunkan kadar merkuri dalam jantung Mus musculus.Kata kunci: nanogold, merkuri, histokimia, voltametri, jantungAbstract. Purpose of this research is know the effect of nanogold to mercury levels in cardiac of Musmusculus. Type of this purpose is true experiment. Voltammetry and histology chemistry into cardiac of Musmusculus is used in this method, which divided into four group treatment was control, mercury exposure,nanogold, and recovery with nanogold for four weeks. The result of this research showed that the mercurygroup, control group, and nanogold group has mercury levels is 0.00521%, 0.00154 % and 0.00095% , while forrecovery nanogold group is given Mus musculus as long as 4 weeks has the potential to reduce levels ofmercury, respectively with the value 0.00306%, 0.00305%, 0.00229% and 0.00159%. The results of histologychemistry indicate the effect of nanogold to the quantity of cells and damaged cardiac restored by mercuryexposure. Therefore, the nanogold has potential to reduce levels mercury in cardiac of Mus musculus.Keywords: nanogold, mercury, histology chemistry , voltammetry, cardiac
