This research aims aimed to analyze, describes describe, and develop science laboratory management in SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung and SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung. This research used qualitative approaching. Data were collected by interview, documentation and observation. Research informan was the chief of science laboratory, principal, science teacher, laboratory assistant, and students. Data analysis was using Miles and Huberman interactive model. The result of this research obtained that planning was implemented trough though discussion. SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung has a chief of school laboratory while SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung has no chief of school laboratory. Practicum service were activities handled by science teacher and accompanied by laboratory assistant. Supervising in SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung followed by evaluation evaluatiy the development of science laboratory while SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung was never done. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis, mendeskripsikan, dan mengembangkan manajemen laboratorium IPA di SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung dan SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Informan penelitian adalah kepala laboratorium IPA, kepala sekolah, guru IPA, laboran, dan siswa. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa perencanaan dilaksanakan melalui musyawarah. SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung memiliki kepala laboratorium sekolah sedangkan SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung tidak ada kepala laboratorium sekolah. Kegiatan pelayanan praktikum dilakukan guru IPA dan didampingi laboran. Pengawasan SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung dilanjutkan dengan evaluasi pengembangan laboratorium IPA sedangkan di SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung tidak pernah dilakukan.
