<![CDATA[This study was conducted in SDN 2 Labuan Ratu Bandar Lampung City. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe: (1) school development team, (2) competence of teachers as educators. (3) The management, (4) The results of the work program of the school. This study used qualitative methods to study CIPP model evaluation. The data collections are through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study: (1) School Development Team (SMT) has been attempted as optimal to always support the work program of the school, (2) Competence of teachers as educators consisting of 4 (aspect) that pedagogical competence, personal competence, professional competence and social competence is good enough. (3) The management of school work program consisting of planning, implementation, evaluation and control has been able working well by educators and TPS. (4) the implementation of the work program of the school can be accomplished and no constraints.Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 2 Labuan Ratu Kota Bandar Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: (1) tim pengembangan sekolah, (2) kompetensi guru sebagai pendidik. (3) Manajemen, (4) Hasil program kerja sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mempelajari model evaluasi CIPP. Koleksi data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini: (1) Tim Pengembangan Sekolah (TPS) telah berusaha seoptimal untuk selalu mendukung program kerja sekolah, (2) Kompetensi guru sebagai pendidik yang terdiri dari 4 (aspek) yang kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian , kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi sosial cukup baik. (3) Pengelolaan program kerja sekolah yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan pengendalian telah mampu bekerja dengan baik oleh pendidik dan TPS.
