<![CDATA[Abstract: Reproductive health according to the WHO definition is a state of physical, mental, whole well-being, not solely free from disease or disability in all matters relating to the reproductive system and its functions and processes. The level of education that has not been evenly distributed and is still low causes the information received about the reproductive health of sting to be limited. An increased level of education can increase self-confidence, insight and the ability to play a good role for yourself and the family associated with reproductive health. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of fertile-age woman about reproductive health. This research is a descriptive study with cross sectional approach. The research sample was 30 women of childbearing age in the Rejoso district Area using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and checklists. Data analysis techniques using frequency distribution. The results showed that the level of respondents' knowledge about reproductive health based on the age characteristics of the majority of respondents had enough categories namely as many as 11 respondents (64.8%), at the age of 21-25 years, the level of knowledge of respondents based on the characteristics of the majority of education in the category of less namely the level of education Senior High School as many as 4 respondents (66.6%). The level of knowledge of respondents based on the characteristics of parity that has a good category that is 4 respondents (57, 2%) have parity 1.Keywords: Reproduction health, fertile-age woman Abstrak: Kesehatan reproduksi menurut definisi WHO adalah suatu keadaan sejahtera fisik , mental, utuh, tidak semata-mata bebas dari penyakit atau kecacatan dalam semua hal yang berkaitan dengan sistem reproduksi serta fungsi dan proses-prosesnya. Tingkat pendidikan yang belum merata dan masih rendah menyebabkan informasi yang di terima tentang kesehatan reproduksi sengat terbatas. Tingkat pendidikan yang meningkat dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, wawasan dan kemampuan untuk berperan yang baik bagi diri sendiri maupun keluasrga yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan reproduksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan wanita usia subur tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah wanita usia subur di wilayah Desa Rejoso Klaten sebanyak 30 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan checklist. Teknik analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan responden tentang kesehatan reproduksi berdasarkan karakteristik umur mayoritas responden memiliki kategori cukup yakni sebanyak 11 responden (64,8%), pada umur 21-25 tahun, tingkat pengetahuan responden berdasarkan karakteristik tingkat pendidikan mayoritas dalam kategori kurang yakni tingkat pendidikan SMA sebanyak 4 responden (66,6%).
