Abstract

AbstractThe problem’s discussion of this research is comparing the application of learning model of Le Jeu des Phonèmes with conventional teaching in learning achievement of French reading. The purpose of this research is to know or describe: (1) level in reading ability of French, (2) difference of median score of French reading skill’s achievement of the students who are taught by Le jeu des phonemes teaching with conventional teaching. The result of the data analysis: 1) The population the students of the second semester. Sampling technique will be used lottery technique, from the population of normal distribution and has homogeneous variety; 2) Hypothesis: “Median achievement score of French reading skill of the students who are taught by Le jeu des phonemes teaching is higher than median achievement score of French reading skill achievement of students who are taught by conventional teaching”; 3) Level of reading skill of French student’s achievement is considered to be good, with a median score 10.75 and; 4) The hypothesis is accepted if sign more than α. In this case, the significance level is 0.05, meaning only 0.1% are error and 99.9% correct.AbstrakMasalah penelitian membandingkan aplikasi model belajar Le Jeu des Phonèmes dengan pengajaran konvensional dalam prestasi belajar membaca bahasa. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan: (1) tingkat keterampilan membaca mahasiswa bahasa Prancis, (2) perbedaan nilai rata-rata prestasi membaca bahasa Prancis mahasiswa dengan menggunakan model Le jeu des phonemes dan model konvensional. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Hasil analisis data: 1) populasi mahasiswa semester dua. Teknik pengambilan sampel akan menggunakan teknik undian, dari populasi distribusi normal dan memiliki varietas homogeny; 2) Hipotesis: "Skor prestasi rata-rata keterampilan membaca bahasa Prancis mahasiswa yang diajar dengan Le jeu des phonèmes lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata pencapaian prestasi belajar membaca bahasa Perancis mahasiswa yang diajar dengan pengajaran konvensional; 3) Tingkat prestasi membaca bahasa Prancis bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan bahasa Prancis dianggap baik, dengan skor rata-rata 10,75 dan 4) Hipotesis diterima jika tanda lebih dari α. Dalam penelitian ini, tingkat signifikansi adalah 0,05, artinya hanya 0,1% yang eror dan 99,9% benar.
