PERSEPSI GURU DALAM MENGELOLA RUANG KELAS PAUD

Abstract

The research purpose was to describe the perception of preschools teacher in classroom management. The research was used descriptive method. Sample in this research were 42 preschools teacher with syistematic sampling technique. Data were collected by using questionnaire and documentation. Data was analyzed by using descriptive quantitative percentage. Result showed that preschools teacher perception was suitable by 62%. It is suggested that teacher should be able to manage the classroom which suitable with the needs and characteristics of early childhood. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi guru PAUD dalam mengelola ruang kelas. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2-9 Maret tahun 2016. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 42 guru PAUD dengan pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan systematic sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru PAUD dalam mengelola ruang kelas cukup baik yaitu sebesar 62%. Oleh sebab itu, diharapkan guru mampu mengelola ruang kelas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik anak usia dini.Kata Kunci: persepsi guru, pengelolaan kelas, pendidikan anak usia dini.
