Pengembangan Kreativitas Anak Usia Dini Melalui Metode Proyek

Abstract

The research problem was children low creativity in Al-Fajar Kindergarten Labuhan Ratu Lampung Timur. Factors that causes low creativity was the lack of opportunities for children to engage directly in activities that stimulate children creativity. This research was used quantitative method with causal assosiative type. The sample in this study were 30 children. The sampling technique was used purposive sampling. Data were collected by observation and analyze by linear regression. The result showed that the value of R square was 0,635, so it can be concluded that the project method has a significant effect toward children creativity equal to 63,50%, while 36,5% explained by other variables.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kreativitas anak di PAUD Al-Fajar Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu Lampung Timur. Faktor yang menyebabkan kreativitas rendah adalah kurangnya kesempatan bagi anak untuk terlibat secara langsung dalam kegiatan yang merangsang kreativitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif kausal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 anak. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling.Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai R Square adalah 0,635, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode proyek berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas anak sebesar 63,50%. Sedangkan 36,5% diterangkan oleh variabel lain.Kata kunci: anak usia dini, kreativitas, proyek.
