STUDI ANALISIS PEMAHAMAN GURU PAUD TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK DI KECAMATAN METRO TIMUR

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the early childhood teacher pedagogical competences. The sample of this study was qualitative descriptive research. The sample of this study was 25 teachers from 5 early childhood school in East Metro District. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data were collected by questionnairess, interviews, and documentations. Questionnaires and interviews were conducted with the guidelines of the instrument. Based on the result, it can be concluded that some of early childhood teacher at East Metro District didnt have a deep understanding in evaluation learning design.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD di Kecamatan Metro Timur.Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif.Sampel sebanyak 25 guru dari 5 sekolah PAUD di kecamatan Metro Timur. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kuisioner dan wawancara dilakukan dengan pedoman kisi-kisi instrumen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian guru PAUD di Kecamatan Metro Timur belum paham terhadap peserta didik, belum paham terhadap perancangan pembelajaran, belum paham terhadap pelaksanaan yang mendidik dan diologis, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.Kata kunci: pemahaman, kompetensi pedagogik, guru PAUD
