Kepuasan Perawat Terhadap Kualitas Pendokumentasian Asuhan Keperawatan Berbasis Komputer

Abstract

Tuntutan pelayanan keperawatan membuat sebagian rumah sakit menerapkan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dengan menggunakan komputerisasi. Pasien di rumah sakit sering merasa tidak puas dengan pelayanan karena perawat terlalu lama mencari data-data riwayat penyakit pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang kepuasan perawat dengan kualitas pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan berbasis komputer. Desain penelitian menggunakan rancangan deskriftif analitik. Sampel penelitian menggunakan total sampling yaitu seluruh perawat rawat inap berjumlah 81 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 58% responden menyatakan tidak puas, dan sebanyak 96,3% responden melakukan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan berbasis komputerisasi dengan kualitas baik. Persepsi perawat tentang kepuasan bahwa perawat merasa tidak puas terutama pada aspek dokumentasi yang dapat melindungi perawat dari hukum tetapi persepsi perawat tentang kualitas pendokumentasian yang mereka lakukan dalam penggunaan komputerisasi cenderung menilai baik kualitas pendokumentasian. Pihak manajemen rumah sakit perlu membuat kebijakan baku tentang perlindungan perawat dari pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan karena menyangkut tentang kepuasan perawat sebagai pengguna. Kata Kunci: kepuasan perawat, kualitas dokumentasi, manajemen, sistem informasi Abstract Nursing satisfaction to quality of nursing of computer-based nursing.Nursing service demands make some hospitals apply documentation of nursing care using computerization. Patients is often unsatisfactory service so that the patient's time is wasted because the nurse is too long looking for patient history history data. This study aims to find out about nurse satisfaction with the quality of documenting computer-based nursing care. The design uses analytical descriptive research design. The study sample used total sampling, namely all nurses inpatients amounted to 81 respondents. The results showed that more than half of nurses (58%) expressed dissatisfaction, more than half of nurses (96.3%) documented good quality computerized nursing care. Nurses 'perceptions of satisfaction that nurses feel dissatisfied, especially in the documentation aspect that can protect nurses from the law, but nurses' perceptions about the quality of documentation they do in computerized use tend to judge both the quality of documentation. The hospital management needs to make a standard policy regarding the protection of nurses from documenting nursing care because it concerns the satisfaction of nurses as users. Keywords: nurse's satisfaction, quality of documentation, management, information systems
