Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward terhadap komitmen organisasi, menganalisis kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indo Chem Semesta. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan sampel jenuh (sensus) dengan responden karyawan PT. PT. Indo Chem Semesta sebanyak 150 orang. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indo Chem Semesta. Kata kunci:    kepemimpinan transformasional, sistem reward, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and reward systems on organizational commitment, analyzing the transformational leadership and Reward System to employee performance, analyze the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Indo Chem Universe. This research used path analysis. The sampling technique used saturated samples (census) to the respondents (150 employees of  PT. PT. Indo Chem).     The study showed that transforma­tional leadership and reward system had a  positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, transformational leadership and reward systems had positive and significant impact on employee performance, organizational commitment had a  positive significant effect on the employees perfomance of PT.
