Whereas, the Indonesia government has announced a legislation to manage working safety. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper (PT IKPP) company Tangerang, in order to fulfil safety and health working has implementing safety and health working management system in their company. To measure safety and health working management system that has been done, comparison between results data in the field with policy that set up by Indonesia government. Based on the comparison, the safety and health working management system is done about 75 percent.]]>
