<![CDATA[One of the most common nutritional problems in pregnant women is anemia, which is the biggest micronutrient problem and the most difficult to overcome in the entire world. Anemia occurs due to iron deficiency. This research was conducted in the working area of Gorontalo District Limboto Health Center. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of iron and vitamin C supplementation on increasing Hb levels in anemic pregnant women in the working area of Limboto Health Center, Gorontalo District. This type of research is quantitative research with quasy experimental design pre-post test with control group design. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and obtained 30 respondents. Based on the results of statistical tests using paired sample t test and independent t test results obtained p-value of 0,000 <0,05, meaning that there is an influence of iron and vitamin C supplementation on increasing Hb levels in anemic pregnant women in the working area of Limboto Health Center.Salah satu masalah gizi yang banyak terjadi pada ibu hamil adalah anemia, yang merupakan masalah gizi mikro terbesar dan tersulit diatasi di seluruh dunia. Anemia terjadi akibat defisiensi zat besi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi zat besi dan vitamin C terhadap peningkatan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil anemia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasy eksperimen pre-post test with control group design. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling dan didapatkan 30 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji paired sampel t test dan independent t test didapatkan hasil p-value 0,000 < 0,05 artinya terdapat pengaruh suplementasi zat besi dan vitamin C terhadap peningkatan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil anemia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo.]]>
