<![CDATA[Relationship between vulva hygiene and healing of perineal wounds in puerperal mothers in Dr. MM Dunda Limboto Supervised by Levana Sondakh as supervisor I and Jusri Adam as supervisor II. One of the pathologies in the puerperium is infection. Postpartum infections, such as sepsis, are still the leading cause of maternal death in developing countries. Factors causing puerperal infection can originate from injury to the birth canal which is a good medium for the development of germs. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the relationship between vulva hygiene and healing of perineal wounds in puerperal women at RSUD Dr. MM Dunda Limboto. This type of quantitative research with observational analytic design with cross-sectional study design using a questionnaire and observation sheet on 32 respondents. Data analysis using Chi Square test. Hypothesis test results obtained p-value 0.003 <α (0.05). which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between vulva hygiene and healing of perineal wounds.Hubungan vulva hygiene dengan penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas di RSUD Dr. MM Dunda Limboto Dibimbing oleh Levana Sondakh selaku pembimbing I dan Jusri Adam selaku pembimbing II. Salah satu patologi pada masa nifas adalah infeksi. Infeksi nifas seperti sepsis, masih merupakan penyebab utama kematian ibu di negara berkembang. Faktor penyebab terjadinya infeksi nifas bisa berasal dari perlukaan pada jalan lahir yang merupakan media yang baik untuk berkembangnya kuman. tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Hubungan vulva hygiene dengan penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas di RSUD Dr. MM Dunda Limboto. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain analitik observasional dengan rancangan penelitian crossectional dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi pada 32 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan hasil p-value 0.003 < α (0.05). yang artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara vulva hygiene dengan penyembuhan luka perineum.]]>
